Here’s how it works: Goods are produced in China Loaded on a Container and trucked to the Port in China where its loaded on a ship. The ship sails from China to the Port of LA and off-loaded for transportation. Dynamic 3PL assists the goods clearing customs. The container is then loaded on a train to the ramp in Elwood IL. A Drayage company delivers the container from the ramp to Dynamic 3PL. Back at Dynamic 3PL Goods are de-vanned, palletized, counted, inspected and verified against the inbound manifest to ensure we received the proper goods and quantities. Any overages, shortages and damages and reported to the client. Dynamic attaches an I-Tag label on each pallet for identifying critical information. Now ready for inventory - the goods are carefully putaway. An operator scans the newly created tags and location - so now our WMS knows exactly where the goods are located. All our clients ERP systems integrate with our WMS to facilitate efficient and accurate population of out-bound orders in our system - which automates “pick tickets” for fulfillment Small orders - Like Case Picks or Each Picks are picked from pre-defined locations in our warehouse, while Full pallet orders are picked from replenishment locations. Once picked, orders are staged on the outbound dock lanes with Supervisor Quality Inspections. Once approved, the order is loaded on an out-bound truck for delivery.
