I know, I know, I know...enough about Zarna Joshi...but this woman is certifiable. On Halloween Day, she was in attendance of a Seattle City Council meeting and was asked to leave after she went on a psychotic tirade, accusing the Seattle PD of sending white supremacists, and racists after her directly. Not only that, but in her youtube video rants, she's showcasing "cult like" mentalities that are honestly frightening. Hugh Mungus is better off with only the little interaction they had together.

Meanwhile my assault complaint from late April against an idiot in our building who was off his meds has not been assigned after 12 days. They are forcing him to leave but the clincher is that the apartment management company knew he was an issue, whoops. City Council President cut me off rudely when I raised these issues. So tonight the cops are at our door at 3a.m. because some fucktard lit a dumpster, a church doorway -- and my motorcycle tarp -- on fire. This is the second time in a week for the dumpster. Add that to the videos (links attached) I have done on windshield bashing, a man's ear getting bitten off in Cal Anderson Park, my building manager's car being stolen on video and the previous hit-and-run on my bike and I gotta' say I'm looking to pool that loot and get to San Jose sooner than later. Remember the reason Ol Yaller is not sporting his fairing is because the new replacement is in the dining room from the hit-and-run, nice. And wait until you get to the damn phone call I had with Seattle Fire when they refused to send someone out for forensics. I've got it all recorded. As a website owner of Mortgage Movies Journal (Seattle City Council candidate forum on underwater and foreclosure properties) I recognize the Right to safe housing as a Civil Right, much as I used to sue the shit out of people doing Bad Things. I documented Seattle City Council security police using physical force against citizens who oppose spending $160 million on a new police "bunker". Minor injuries were reported. Black Lives Matter protesters respond by protesting and shutting down the meeting at Seattle City Hall. The military style police building has offended many residents of the city. Protesters use hashtag #StopTheBunker at Twitter. Seattle City Council member Bruce Harrell personally intervened between security and protesters.
Yes that is my voice saying, "If the people want to speak, the city council should let them speak!"
Earlier I was blocked from entering the city council chambers by City Hall security, so I was unable to report live on what was happening in the room. The Seattle Channel was shut off during part of the protest. It was supposed to be broadcasting the council meeting live. After the meeting I complained out loud that the commercial media reporters and cameras left the room even though the protest continued. I saw only KIRO TV News actually interviewing Black Lives Matter demonstrators after the meeting adjourned for the second time. The KIRO reporter was livestreaming her interviews on Youtube.

A city council, town council, town board, or board of aldermen is the legislative body that governs a city, town, municipality or local government area.
Australia and New Zealand
Because of the differences in legislation between the States, the exact definition of a City Council varies. However, it is generally only those local government areas which have been specifically granted city status (usually on a basis of population) that are entitled to refer to themselves as cities. The official title is "Corporation of the City of ------" or similar.
Some of the larger urban areas of Australia are governed mostly by a single entity (see Brisbane and other Queensland cities), while others maybe controlled by a multitude of much smaller city councils. Also some significant urban areas can be under the jurisdiction of otherwise rural local governments. Periodic re-alignments of boundaries attempt to rationalize these situations and adjust the deployment of assets and resources.
Local councils in New Zealand do vary in structure, but are overseen by the government department Local Government New Zealand. For many decades until the local government reforms of 1989, a borough with more than 20,000 people could be proclaimed a city. The boundaries of councils tended to follow the edge of the built-up area, so little distinction was made between the urban area and the local government area.

I make movies extolling the virtues of Seattle all the time... as well as the crime, as noted in the Cal Anderson Community meeting video, above. So tonight the cops are at our door at 3a.m. because some fucktard lit a dumpster, a church doorway -- and my motorcycle tarp -- on fire. This is the second time in a week for the dumpster. Add that to the videos (links attached) I have done on windshield bashing, a man's ear getting bitten off in Cal Anderson Park, my building manager's car being stolen on video and the previous hit-and-run on my bike and I gotta' say I'm looking to pool that loot and get to San Jose sooner than later. Remember the reason Ol Yaller is not sporting his fairing is because the new replacement is in the dining room from the hit-and-run, nice. Video forthcoming, and I will be having a very public chat with City Council shortly about all of this. And wait until you get to the damn phone call I had with Seattle Fire when they refused to send someone out for forensics. I've got it all recorded. As a website owner of Mortgage Movies Journal (Seattle City Council candidate forum on underwater and foreclosure properties) I recognize the Right to safe housing as a Civil Right, much as I used to sue the shit out of people doing Bad Things. More on that later but yah that was the Civil Rights Wagon, the '87 BMW 535is loved that whip.
Anyway that's okay asshole I'll just get another one. I'll park it at the goddamn police station, and it will have a goddamn alarm on it, bitch.

Earlier I was blocked from entering the city council chambers by City Hall security, so I was unable to report live on what was happening in the room. The Seattle Channel was shut off during part of the protest. It was supposed to be broadcasting the council meeting live. After the meeting I complained out loud that the commercial media reporters and cameras left the room even though the protest continued. I saw only KIRO TV News actually interviewing Black Lives Matter demonstrators after the meeting adjourned for the second time. The KIRO reporter was livestreaming her interviews on Youtube.

I documented Seattle City Council security police using physical force against citizens who oppose spending $160 million on a new police "bunker". Minor injuries were reported. Black Lives Matter protesters respond by protesting and shutting down the meeting at Seattle City Hall. The military style police building has offended many residents of the city. Protesters use hashtag #StopTheBunker at Twitter. Seattle City Council member Bruce Harrell personally intervened between security and protesters.
Yes that is my voice saying, "If the people want to speak, the city council should let them speak!"
Earlier I was blocked from entering the city council chambers by City Hall security, so I was unable to report live on what was happening in the room. The Seattle Channel was shut off during part of the protest. It was supposed to be broadcasting the council meeting live. After the meeting I complained out loud that the commercial media reporters and cameras left the room even though the protest continued. I saw only KIRO TV News actually interviewing Black Lives Matter demonstrators after the meeting adjourned for the second time. The KIRO reporter was livestreaming her interviews on Youtube.
