In Greek mythology, Eos ( /ˈiːɒs/; Ancient Greek: Ἠώς, or Ἕως "dawn", pronounced [ɛːɔ̌ːs] or [éɔːs]) is the Titan goddess[Full citation needed] of the dawn, who rose from her home at the edge of Oceanus.
Eos is cognate to Vedic Sanskrit 'Ushas', the goddess of dawn. Also see Dawn goddess
The dawn goddess, Eos with rosy fingers opened the gates of heaven. In Homer, her saffron-coloured robe is embroidered or woven with flowers; rosy-fingered and with golden arms, she is pictured on Attic vases as a beautiful woman, crowned with a tiara or diadem and with the large white-feathered wings of a bird.
From The Iliad:
Quintus Smyrnaeus pictured her exulting in her heart over the radiant horses (Lampos and Phaithon) that drew her chariot, amidst the bright-haired Horae, the feminine Hours, climbing the arc of heaven and scattering sparks of fire.
She is most often associated with her Homeric epithet "rosy-fingered" (rhododactylos), but Homer also calls her Eos Erigeneia:
Hesiod wrote:
Thus Eos, preceded by the Morning Star, is seen as the genetrix of all the stars and planets; her tears are considered to have created the morning dew, personified as Ersa or Herse. Eos is the daughter of Hyperion, a bringer of light, the One Above, Who Travels High Above the Earth and of Theia, The Divine. Her brother was Helios, the Sun god and her sister was Selene, the Moon goddess. Her team of horses pull her chariot across the sky and are named in the Odyssey as Firebright and Daybright.

Plot
Cleopatra, the famed Egyptian Queen born in 69 B.C., is shown to have been brought by Roman ruler Julius Caesar at age 18. Caesar becomes sexually obsessed by the 18 year old queen, beds her, and eventually has a son by her. However, his Roman followers and his wife are not pleased by the union. In fact, as Caesar has only a daughter by his wife, he had picked Octavian as his successor. The out-of-wedlock son of Cleopatra is seen to be a threat to his future leadership. Thus Brutus and other Roman legislators plot the assassination of Caesar. Caesar's loyal general, Marc Antony, and Octavian then divide up the Roman empire. Antony takes Egypt and soon takes up the affair with Cleopatra. However, Octavian soon launches an attack on Antony and ultimately defeats and mortally wounds him. Rather than permitting herself to be humiliated by Octavian, Cleopatra sends her son away to India and she commits suicide by permitting the deadly asp to bite her.

The sun is far away
It goes in circles
Someone dies
Someone lives
In pain
It is burning
Into the thin air
Of the nature
Of a culture
On the dark side
Under the moon
sitting in the fields
the blood coloured fields
and wonder about the day
i was coming back to life
i clearly remember
the bright shining light
coming through the skies
gazing through my eyes
i remember
how i trembled as i saw your body
i remember how divine i felt
as i saw your face
sweet child o' mine
suddenly the light
was gone forever gone
i heard the birds cry in the sky
and teardrops falling to the ground
aurora borealis
that moment i knew
that something unusually
had happened to me
i opened my eyes and i realized
that i was coming back to life
aurora borealis
a part of me is still in your sky
