U čije ime putuje u Azerbejdžan i Kuvajt?
Koje su mu političke ambicije za budućnost?

"I don't expect any rewards at this moment. I expect the European Union to fulfil their obligations. We fulfilled our obligations and we will continue to fulfil what is related to the Copenhagen criteria, however no one has the right to place Serbia on the pillar of shame. No one has the right to say that in this country there is no rule of law, and no one else can say any more that we are the nation that was not able to confront the past. We have shown that we are the nation that has confronted its past."

"This was not a convenient moment for the arrest of Ratko Mladic and that is my comment to those who think it was. Judging from a position such as motivation, a much more convenient moment would be to coincide with the EU commission's decision in autumn or EU heads of state's decision in December and all those who are trying to find some artificial logic in the day when Ratko Mladic was arrested, I ask them to think again."

STORYLINE
Serbia's president vowed on Monday that Goran Hadzic, the last war crimes fugitive from the Balkan wars, would be arrested.
It comes in the wake of Serbia's arrest of wartime Bosnian Serb army commander Ratko Mladic last week.
Mladic was arrested on May 26 on charges of genocide and crimes against humanity, stemming from a war crimes indictment issued by the UN war crimes tribunal in The Hague in 1995.
Boris Tadic insisted that Mladic was captured as soon as authorities knew his whereabouts and asked those doubting his word to "think again".
Tadic said that it was "crystal clear" that Serbia was fulfilling its international obligations and that the country would continue to do so.
In relation to Hadzic he said he was sure Serbia was going to arrest him in the "next few weeks, months, in the period ahead of us".
Hadzic is the wartime Croatian Serb rebel leader.
He is accused by a United Nations war crimes court of the murder of hundreds of Croat civilians and the forcible deportation of around 28,000 Croats and other non-Serbs in Croatia during the 1991-1995 war.

STORYLINE:
Residents in the small town of Kalinovik, in eastern Bosnia, held a demonstration on Sunday to protest against the arrest of Bosnian Serb war crimes suspect Ratko Mladic.
Some three thousand protesters, including many dressed in T-shirts bearing Mladic's picture, expressed anger against the neighbouring Serb authorities at what they see as a betrayal of their former military leader.
Support for Mladic is particularly strong in Kalinovik because of its proximity to the village where he was born.
Sunday's crowd comprised of people from other predominantly Serb towns in eastern Bosnia, who arrived there on buses adorned with photos of Mladic in military uniform.

Kosovo President Fatmir Sejdiu on Monday welcomed the victory of Pro Western incumbent Boris Tadic in Serbia's presidential election.
Tadic edged Tomislav Nikolic, an ultranationalist ally of former President Slobodan Milosevic, by a narrow margin in Sunday's election.
The result "indicates it's time for Serbia to leave the past behind, especially on their radical views for Kosovo and to look forward to working together," Sejdiu told AP Television.
"People spoke in Serbia, the electorate decided," he added.
Ethnic Albanians have boycotted Serbian elections since the early 1990s and in the provincial capital, Pristina, some said it did not matter who had won the Serb elections as Kosovo's future was clear.
"For Kosovo Albanians here it doesn't have an impact because we have our government and soon our state," local Sabit Fetahu said.
Kosovo Serbs in the town of Gracanica, south of the provincial capital Pristina and in the divided Kosovan city of Mitrovica had mixed reactions to Tadic's win.
"I only hope that he can lift Serbia and Kosovo up. We need a better life, we need more jobs and I only hope things can change for the better," local Milan Angelovski said in Mitrovica.

Kosovo President Fatmir Sejdiu on Monday welcomed the victory of Pro-Western incumbent Boris Tadic in Serbia's presidential election.
Some locals welcomed the result, while others expressed indifference.
"For Serbia and its people the result is good since that's the way to look forward," Kosovo Albanian Ruzhdi Gashi said.
"For Kosovo Albanians here it doesn't have an impact because we have our government and soon our state," added local Sabit Fetahu.
The state electoral commission and independent vote monitors said that Tadic won about 51 percent, while Nikolic had 47 percent in the closely contested race. The remaining ballots were invalid.
Tadic's Democratic Party played a key role in the ouster of Milosevic in 2000.
The soft-spoken party leader first became the president in 2004, beating Nikolic in another runoff election.
Nikolic, deputy leader of the Serbian Radical Party, served as a deputy prime minister during Milosevic's 1998-99 war in Kosovo, when NATO bombed Serbia for 78 days to stop his brutal crackdown against the province's separatists.
The province has been run by the United Nations and NATO since the war.
Kosovo's ethnic Albanian leaders said they would declare independence days after the Serbian runoff, no matter who won, and they expected most EU countries and the US to follow up with quick recognition.
The election outcome will alleviate fears in the West that Serbia will react violently to the expected declaration of independence from Kosovo.
Both Tadic and Nikolic oppose Kosovo's independence, but Tadic ruled out the use of force and would likely seek to preserve close ties with the EU and the United States even if they recognise Kosovo statehood.
While pledging never to recognise Kosovo independence, he has said there is "no alternative" to EU membership for Serbia and that it is "the
only way forward" for the nation.

STORYLINE
Kosovo President Fatmir Sejdiu on Monday welcomed the victory of Pro-Western incumbent Boris Tadic in Serbia's presidential election.

"We (Serbian negotiating team) can't play for 'all or nothing'. We should be considering several alternatives, and they should all lead to the protection of our interests. We are not accepting Martti Ahtisaari's plan, we are not going to accept that Serbia should lose part of its territory, and to lose sovereignty and territorial integrity. On the other hand our politics should protect our interests, and we have to change our strategy because now we are in a whole new phase of negotiations on the future status of Kosovo, and the old way of negotiations won't work any more. We need new initiatives and new ideas."

STORYLINE:
Serbia will never accept independence for Kosovo, President Boris Tadic said on Tuesday, announcing a diplomatic offensive aimed at persuading major world powers to keep the restive province within Serbia's borders.
In a wide-ranging interview with The Associated Press, Tadic criticized a plan by chief UN envoy Martti Ahtisaari that envisages internationally supervised independence for Kosovo, and called for a "revision" of the UN-led process.
"We are not accepting Martti Ahtisaari's plan, we are not going to accept that Serbia should lose part of its territory, and to lose sovereignty and territorial integrity," Tadic said.
Tadic conceded that the yearlong process to determine the future status of Kosovo, Serbia's southern province and a UN protectorate since 1999, has entered a "whole new phase" since Ahtisaari formally presented his plan to the UN Security Council last week.
"The old way of negotiations won't work any more. We need new initiatives and new ideas," Tadic said, adding that Serbia's diplomatic offensive will focus on the United States, European Union and Russia.
But Tadic also added that efforts by Serbia to block final approval of the Ahtisaari plan at the Security Council should not harm its relationship with the US and its Western allies who have supported the blueprint.
"Our politics should protect our interests," Tadic said, and described Serbia's goal to eventually join the EU after years of wars and isolation under the 1990s rule of the late former autocratic President Slobodan Milosevic.
Tadic also said that four Serb paramilitaries seen in a video gunning down Bosnian Muslim civilians near Srebrenica in 1995 deserved "the maximum sentence."
The four were convicted of war crimes against civilians by Serbia's War Crimes Court.
The unit's commander, Slobodan Medic, and a fellow paramilitary were each sentenced to 20 years in prison, while the only defendant who admitted to shooting the victims, Pero Petrasevic, was sentenced to 13 years in prison.
Another Scorpions member, accused as an accomplice, was sentenced to five years in jail, while a fifth was cleared.
