I have always been what most would consider a “big girl”. In January 2014, I weighed 180 lbs (around 82 kilograms), which is quite overweight for a woman my height. I wasn’t always this weight though. In my teenage years, I weighed only 140 pounds and I felt much healthier and happier.
I strived desperately over the years to get back to this weight. But with a stressful and busy work life, I struggled to do so. Nothing seemed to work for me. I tried everything from diet pills to exercise machines I saw advertised on TV. I even tried crazy diets like the acai berry diet, and the green tea diet. They didn’t do anything for me. I was still overweight and considered myself ‘fat’.
That all changed in March 2014 though. I lost a staggering 23 pounds in only 21 days using an extreme diet I found online called The 3 Week Diet. I came across this diet after I read a news article about a famous Victoria Secret model who was using this exact same diet to lose loads of fat in preparation for photo shoots. If it worked for her I thought, shouldn’t it work for me?
I immediately started searching on Google and managed to find the official 3 Week Diet website. There, I watched a video by a professional nutritionist who revealed step-by-step what was needed to lose weight quickly. I was shocked, because noone had ever told me this information before! I had visited personal trainers, dieticians, and doctors, and in all these years, noone had ever told me these dieting secrets!
The next day I began the program. At first I thought it would be really difficult and that I would have to starve myself to see any progress. Boy was I wrong! I pretty much ate whatever I was eating before, but I made sure to eat it at the specific times when my metabolism was burning a thousand times faster than usual. I also made sure to include the secret fat burning foods listed in The 3 Week Diet with every meal. These things combined made the fat literally melt right off my body! How did I know what times my metabolism was burning fat and what foods to include in my diet? Well, Brian from The 3 Week Diet had laid it all out for me as soon as I joined the website. It couldn’t have been easier!
On the first day alone, I lost 2 lbs (around 1 kilogram). The next day, I lost a massive 3 lbs! By the end of the first week I had lost around 10 lbs (4.5 kilograms)! That was much more than I had anticipated. I thought I would lose around 5 lbs max! But 10 lbs in only 7 days! That was life changing! I continued to follow the diet for the entire course of 21 days, and by the end of the diet I had lost an earth-shattering 30 lbs of 100% pure body fat!
My dreams had come true! I was now closer to my ideal body weight than ever before! I felt slimmer, sexier, and healthier! My belly fat had shrunk, my butt was firmer, my thighs were tighter, and my cheeks were no longer round and chubby! Some people barely recognized me! I loved my new body and it was all 100% thanks to The 3 Week Diet. It changed my life!
I am continuing to do The 3 Week Diet and the fat is still dropping off! I'm aiming to get down to 140 lbs and I am probably going to get there in less than a couple weeks! This diet has been one of the best experiences of my entire life. I didn’t have to starve myself, I didn’t have to take any unhealthy diet pills, I didn’t have to work my butt off at the gym, and I didn’t have to eat bland boring food! The 3 Week Diet is really the only solution out there today if you are looking for a system which shows you how to lose weight fast. It worked for me, and I know it will work for you too.

McDonald's Drive Thru Diet Day 3 Yummy Fast Food Adventure Time Train
It's amazing how wrong the Super Size Me shockumentary was, how stupid to make the wrong choices from McDonald's for a whole month. By day 3 of my AMAZING McDonald's Drive Thru Diet I'm starting to change the way I eat. I'm now breaking 30 year old bad habits and all this is done while only eating McDonald's food. I have always wondered why the McHaters never take the time to show how to make the right choices when ordering food, in essence it's so simple. At Breakfast I loved the raisin toast with butter, and I'm starting to really notice fatty foods. This is something that never used to happen. For lunch I head down to Chatswood Westfield McDonald's with the children and thats always a super busy store. The large chicken salad was very yummy and the children loved their Happy Meal toys. But this is still early days, in the next few days I start to explore the menu choices. The McLeo is yet to be born. I'm lovin it.
My 30 day McDonald's Drive Thru diet of eating only McDonald's food saved my life, it radically transformed my mind, body and attitude to food. Morgan Spurlock of Super Size Me fame did it all wrong. His McDonald's shockumentary teaches you nothing about making the right choices at fast food outlets. I know there are many people who see McDonald's as an easy target when wanting to argue their point that fast food is dangerous and unhealthy. These people never spend the time to explain how to successfully use McDonald's as an inexpensive weight loss solution. Sadly the weight loss diet industry often relies on in-house partial fix's, where you need to continually engage with a weight loss program to reach a goal. You're never going to be taught a permanent solution to weight control. Some weight loss programs use specially invented supplements to sell as a weight loss solution. So often obesity has a root cause that's a serious medical condition or mental illness. Body style, lifestyle and diet are also contributing factors. Losing weight is difficult, keeping the weight off is by far the biggest challenge. Unless your diet has reformatted your whole approach to eating, you will quickly put on any weight you have lost. If your weight loss is dependent on a supplement or medication well thats going to get expensive over time. Thats how the weight loss industry loves to play.
I lost a lot of weight via my 30 days of eating only McDonald's food, this led to lots more weight loss in the 6 months after my 30 days McDonalds Drive Thru Diet. Best part is the weight has stayed off, I have learned how to completely control my food intake. Most importantly my brain and stomach are now in communication, I get a clear signal when I have had enough to eat. Before my diet this important signal was lost, in fact it had been lost for 30 years. I still go to McDonalds and have absolutely no problems with their menu choices, but I'm always very careful what I choose to eat. The right choices are there if you're prepared to steer clear of the obvious Burger and fries meals. In fact McDonalds have some amazing choices Vs other fast food outlets.

**Tea Latte
My favorite breakfast teas

Spring Peach Oolong – Coffee Bean + Tea Leaf: http://www.amazon.com/Coffee-Bean-Tea-Leaf-Spring/dp/B00BO0M6D4/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid;=1429470879&sr;=8-2&keywords;=spring+peach+oolong+tea
Brioche Tea – American Tea Room: http://www.americantearoom.com/products/brioche-tea#0
To make a tea latte brew the tea extra strong (5-6 minutes) and then add 2 oz frothed milk (or just heated milk) and a ½ tsp of honey. SO GOOD!!!!
**Veggie Omelet
Combine your favorite veggies with eggs or egg whites. Secret to tasty eggs:: after veggies are coked reduce heat to LOW and add eggs. Add your seasonings after cooking
**Bean + Rice Bowl
Get dried beans and allow to soak over night and then I cook mine in a rice cooker. I make enough to last me for 4-5 days at one time.
Cook rice (white or brown)
Add ½ avocado, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and two crushed up lime tortilla chips. I also sprinkle a little shredded mexican cheese blend on top
**Smoothie
1 cup of coconut water
1 banana
¼ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup frozen strawberries
1 packet Oxylent multivitamin packet http://www.amazon.com/Oxylent-Variety-Pack-30-count-21/dp/B003BHUZOK/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid;=1429470642&sr;=8-3&keywords;=oxylent
**Salmon with Brussel Sprouts
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Wash and cut brussel sprouts in half
Place salmon on tray with brussel sprouts
Spray both lightly with olive oil and top with salt and pepper
Cook salmon for 12-15 minutes and sprouts for 20-25 minutes (watch until outer edges start to brown)
**Parsley + Almond Topping
Chop 1/3 cup parsley and ¼ cup almonds
Add 1 part red wine vinegar (1tbs) and two parts olive oil (2tbs)
Put on top of salmon and serve with rice

Day 1 of my amazing McDonald's Drive Through Diet. My aim is to carefully pick menu items that were not going to be high in calories. In the end it was not as difficult as it first seemed. One problem is low calorie choices are few and far between. This day was a definite shock to the system, my body is waking up to the fact there are some very serious changes going on. The suggestive sell Hash Brown goes into a sin bin of up sold items I collect over the month. As this 30 day diet progress I taught myself how to use the McDonald's menu to make some great low calorie meals. But I needed to crawl before I could walk. Fact is I had to literally educated myself into making the right choices, I was never relying on another person to spoon feed me info on what to eat. Maybe this is why this diet was so successful. It's important to see all the challenges I was up against. Best aspect to this 30 day Drive Thru Diet was the Happy Meal toys based on Happy Meals. In later episode I show how you can make up your own Happy Meal thats a far better choice than the one McDonald's serve up. My son absolutely loved it.
My 30 day McDonald's Drive Thru diet of eating only McDonald's food saved my life, it radically transformed my mind, body and attitude to food. Morgan Spurlock of Super Size Me fame did it all wrong. His McDonald's shockumentary teaches you nothing about making the right choices at fast food outlets. I know there are many people who see McDonald's as an easy target when wanting to argue their point that fast food is dangerous and unhealthy. These people never spend the time to explain how to successfully use McDonald's as an inexpensive weight loss solution. Sadly the weight loss diet industry often relies on in-house partial fix's, where you need to continually engage with a weight loss program to reach a goal. You're never going to be taught a permanent solution to weight control. Some weight loss programs use specially invented supplements to sell as a weight loss solution. So often obesity has a root cause that's a serious medical condition or mental illness. Body style, lifestyle and diet are also contributing factors. Losing weight is difficult, keeping the weight off is by far the biggest challenge. Unless your diet has reformatted your whole approach to eating, you will quickly put on any weight you have lost. If your weight loss is dependant on a supplement or medication well thats going to get expensive over time. Thats how the weight loss industry loves to play.
I lost a lot of weight via my 30 days of eating only McDonald's food, this led to lots more weight loss in the 6 months after my 30 days McDonalds Drive Thru Diet. Best part is the weight has stayed off, I have learned how to completely control my food intake. Most importantly my brain and stomach are now in communication, I get a clear signal when I have had enough to eat. Before my diet this important signal was lost, in fact it had been lost for 30 years. I still go to McDonalds and have absolutely no problems with their menu choices, but I'm always very careful what I choose to eat. The right choices are there if you're prepared to steer clear of the obvious Burger and fries meals. In fact McDonalds have some amazing choices Vs other fast food outlets.

Day 2 of my amazing McDonlad's Drive Thru Diet. I'm with the children today so it's a day of eating McDonalds and buying toys. This was the time when we finally found the Minecraft Creeper toy and the new Trash Wheels playsets. But maybe the best toys were the Happy Meal toys, My Little Pony and the Happy Meal theme guys. I kicked off with a drive to Wataria McDonald's which is one of the older stores in Sydney. This McDonalds was one of the first on the North Shore and used to have a train theme and look through window into the kitchen. But that was the good old McDonald's! These days it's all very different. Lunch was at McDonald's Hornsby and I purchased a Build Your Own Meal, this was only available for a short time and sort of similar to the up market Create A Meal idea . It was a great idea but I did have trouble explaining what I wanted in my very different Build Your Own Meal, the store manager had to come in and finish off my order, in the end everything was correct. Something I started to notice was my body was starting to talk to me about what it wanted to have, this is the beginning of a huge change that's about to take place and it's only day 2 of this incredible weight loss diet. The food was excellent, the service was as well. I'm loving it.

About the speaker :
Doug McGuff, MD became interested in exercise at the age of 15 when he first read Arthur Jones' Nautilus Training Bulletin No. 2. His interest in exercise and biology led him into a career in medicine. In 1989, he graduated from the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio and went on to train in Emergency Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences at Little Rock where he served as Chief Resident.
From there, Dr. McGuff served as Faculty in the Wright State University Emergency Medicine Residency and was a staff Emergency Physician at Wright-Patterson AFB Hospital.
Throughout his career Dr. McGuff maintained his interest in high intensity exercise. Doug realized a lifelong dream when he opened Ultimate Exercise in November, 1997. Over the past 13 years Dr. McGuff and his instructors have continued to explore the limits of exercise through their personal training clients at Ultimate Exercise.
In addition to his work at Ultimate Exercise, Dr. McGuff is a partner with Blue Ridge Emergency Physicians, P.A. Dr. McGuff Lives in Seneca, South Carolina with his wife of 25-years, and their Children Eric and Madeline.
Doug is the best selling co-author of Body by Science and The Body by Science Question and Answer Book.

Kidney stones typically leave the body in the urine stream, and a small stone may pass without causing symptoms. If stones grow to sufficient size (usually at least 3 millimeters (0.12 in)) they can cause blockage of the ureter. This leads to pain, most commonly beginning in the flank or lower back and often radiating to the groin. This pain is often known as renal colic and typically comes in waves lasting 20 to 60 minutes. Other associated symptoms include: nausea, vomiting, fever, blood in the urine, pus in the urine, and painful urination. Blockage of the ureter can cause decreased kidney function and dilation of the kidney.
Most stones form due to a combination of genetics and environmental factors. Risk factors include being overweight, certain foods, some medications, and not drinking enough fluids. The diagnosis is usually based on symptoms, urine testing, and medical imaging. Blood tests may also be useful. Urinary stones are typically classified by their location in the kidney (nephrolithiasis), ureter (ureterolithiasis), or bladder (cystolithiasis), or by their chemical composition (calcium-containing, struvite, uric acid, or other compounds).

I have always been what most would consider a “big girl”. In January 2014, I weighed 180 lbs (around 82 kilograms), which is quite overweight for a woman my height. I wasn’t always this weight though. In my teenage years, I weighed only 140 pounds and I felt much healthier and happier.
I strived desperately over the years to get back to this weight. But with a stressful and busy work life, I struggled to do so. Nothing seemed to work for me. I tried everything from diet pills to exercise machines I saw advertised on TV. I even tried crazy diets like the acai berry diet, and the green tea diet. They didn’t do anything for me. I was still overweight and considered myself ‘fat’.
That all changed in March 2014 though. I lost a staggering 23 pounds in only 21 days using an extreme diet I found online called The 3 Week Diet. I came across this diet after I read a news article about a famous Victoria Secret model who was using this exact same diet to lose loads of fat in preparation for photo shoots. If it worked for her I thought, shouldn’t it work for me?
I immediately started searching on Google and managed to find the official 3 Week Diet website. There, I watched a video by a professional nutritionist who revealed step-by-step what was needed to lose weight quickly. I was shocked, because noone had ever told me this information before! I had visited personal trainers, dieticians, and doctors, and in all these years, noone had ever told me these dieting secrets!
The next day I began the program. At first I thought it would be really difficult and that I would have to starve myself to see any progress. Boy was I wrong! I pretty much ate whatever I was eating before, but I made sure to eat it at the specific times when my metabolism was burning a thousand times faster than usual. I also made sure to include the secret fat burning foods listed in The 3 Week Diet with every meal. These things combined made the fat literally melt right off my body! How did I know what times my metabolism was burning fat and what foods to include in my diet? Well, Brian from The 3 Week Diet had laid it all out for me as soon as I joined the website. It couldn’t have been easier!
On the first day alone, I lost 2 lbs (around 1 kilogram). The next day, I lost a massive 3 lbs! By the end of the first week I had lost around 10 lbs (4.5 kilograms)! That was much more than I had anticipated. I thought I would lose around 5 lbs max! But 10 lbs in only 7 days! That was life changing! I continued to follow the diet for the entire course of 21 days, and by the end of the diet I had lost an earth-shattering 30 lbs of 100% pure body fat!
My dreams had come true! I was now closer to my ideal body weight than ever before! I felt slimmer, sexier, and healthier! My belly fat had shrunk, my butt was firmer, my thighs were tighter, and my cheeks were no longer round and chubby! Some people barely recognized me! I loved my new body and it was all 100% thanks to The 3 Week Diet. It changed my life!
I am continuing to do The 3 Week Diet and the fat is still dropping off! I'm aiming to get down to 140 lbs and I am probably going to get there in less than a couple weeks! This diet has been one of the best experiences of my entire life. I didn’t have to starve myself, I didn’t have to take any unhealthy diet pills, I didn’t have to work my butt off at the gym, and I didn’t have to eat bland boring food! The 3 Week Diet is really the only solution out there today if you are looking for a system which shows you how to lose weight fast. It worked for me, and I know it will work for you too.

It's amazing how wrong the Super Size Me shockumentary was, how stupid to make the wrong choices from McDonald's for a whole month. By day 3 of my AMAZING McDonald's Drive Thru Diet I'm starting to change the way I eat. I'm now breaking 30 year old bad habits and all this is done while only eating McDonald's food. I have always wondered why the McHaters never take the time to show how to make the right choices when ordering food, in essence it's so simple. At Breakfast I loved the raisin toast with butter, and I'm starting to really notice fatty foods. This is something that never used to happen. For lunch I head down to Chatswood Westfield McDonald's with the children and thats always a super busy store. The large chicken salad was very yummy and the children loved their Happy Meal toys. But this is still early days, in the next few days I start to explore the menu choices. The McLeo is yet to be born. I'm lovin it.
My 30 day McDonald's Drive Thru diet of eating only McDonald's food saved my life, it radically transformed my mind, body and attitude to food. Morgan Spurlock of Super Size Me fame did it all wrong. His McDonald's shockumentary teaches you nothing about making the right choices at fast food outlets. I know there are many people who see McDonald's as an easy target when wanting to argue their point that fast food is dangerous and unhealthy. These people never spend the time to explain how to successfully use McDonald's as an inexpensive weight loss solution. Sadly the weight loss diet industry often relies on in-house partial fix's, where you need to continually engage with a weight loss program to reach a goal. You're never going to be taught a permanent solution to weight control. Some weight loss programs use specially invented supplements to sell as a weight loss solution. So often obesity has a root cause that's a serious medical condition or mental illness. Body style, lifestyle and diet are also contributing factors. Losing weight is difficult, keeping the weight off is by far the biggest challenge. Unless your diet has reformatted your whole approach to eating, you will quickly put on any weight you have lost. If your weight loss is dependent on a supplement or medication well thats going to get expensive over time. Thats how the weight loss industry loves to play.
I lost a lot of weight via my 30 days of eating only McDonald's food, this led to lots more weight loss in the 6 months after my 30 days McDonalds Drive Thru Diet. Best part is the weight has stayed off, I have learned how to completely control my food intake. Most importantly my brain and stomach are now in communication, I get a clear signal when I have had enough to eat. Before my diet this important signal was lost, in fact it had been lost for 30 years. I still go to McDonalds and have absolutely no problems with their menu choices, but I'm always very careful what I choose to eat. The right choices are there if you're prepared to steer clear of the obvious Burger and fries meals. In fact McDonalds have some amazing choices Vs other fast food outlets.

McDonald's Drive Thru Diet Day 1 Cheap Hash Brown Upsell Great Happy Meal Toy
Day 1 of my amazing McDonald's Drive Through Diet. My aim is to carefully pick menu items that were not going to be high in calories. In the end it was not as difficult as it first seemed. One problem is low calorie choices are few and far between. This day was a definite shock to the system, my body is waking up to the fact there are some very serious changes going on. The suggestive sell Hash Brown goes into a sin bin of up sold items I collect over the month. As this 30 day diet progress I taught myself how to use the McDonald's menu to make some great low calorie meals. But I needed to crawl before I could walk. Fact is I had to literally educated myself into making the right choices, I was never relying on another person to spoon feed me info on what to eat. Maybe this is why this diet was so successful. It's important to see all the challenges I was up against. Best aspect to this 30 day Drive Thru Diet was the Happy Meal toys based on Happy Meals. In later episode I show how you can make up your own Happy Meal thats a far better choice than the one McDonald's serve up. My son absolutely loved it.
My 30 day McDonald's Drive Thru diet of eating only McDonald's food saved my life, it radically transformed my mind, body and attitude to food. Morgan Spurlock of Super Size Me fame did it all wrong. His McDonald's shockumentary teaches you nothing about making the right choices at fast food outlets. I know there are many people who see McDonald's as an easy target when wanting to argue their point that fast food is dangerous and unhealthy. These people never spend the time to explain how to successfully use McDonald's as an inexpensive weight loss solution. Sadly the weight loss diet industry often relies on in-house partial fix's, where you need to continually engage with a weight loss program to reach a goal. You're never going to be taught a permanent solution to weight control. Some weight loss programs use specially invented supplements to sell as a weight loss solution. So often obesity has a root cause that's a serious medical condition or mental illness. Body style, lifestyle and diet are also contributing factors. Losing weight is difficult, keeping the weight off is by far the biggest challenge. Unless your diet has reformatted your whole approach to eating, you will quickly put on any weight you have lost. If your weight loss is dependant on a supplement or medication well thats going to get expensive over time. Thats how the weight loss industry loves to play.
I lost a lot of weight via my 30 days of eating only McDonald's food, this led to lots more weight loss in the 6 months after my 30 days McDonalds Drive Thru Diet. Best part is the weight has stayed off, I have learned how to completely control my food intake. Most importantly my brain and stomach are now in communication, I get a clear signal when I have had enough to eat. Before my diet this important signal was lost, in fact it had been lost for 30 years. I still go to McDonalds and have absolutely no problems with their menu choices, but I'm always very careful what I choose to eat. The right choices are there if you're prepared to steer clear of the obvious Burger and fries meals. In fact McDonalds have some amazing choices Vs other fast food outlets.

McDonald's Drive Thru Diet Day 2 Kids Great Toys & Fast Food
Day 2 of my amazing McDonlad's Drive Thru Diet. I'm with the children today so it's a day of eating McDonalds and buying toys. This was the time when we finally found the Minecraft Creeper toy and the new Trash Wheels playsets. But maybe the best toys were the Happy Meal toys, My Little Pony and the Happy Meal theme guys. I kicked off with a drive to Wataria McDonald's which is one of the older stores in Sydney. This McDonalds was one of the first on the North Shore and used to have a train theme and look through window into the kitchen. But that was the good old McDonald's! These days it's all very different. Lunch was at McDonald's Hornsby and I purchased a Build Your Own Meal, this was only available for a short time and sort of similar to the up market Create A Meal idea . It was a great idea but I did have trouble explaining what I wanted in my very different Build Your Own Meal, the store manager had to come in and finish off my order, in the end everything was correct. Something I started to notice was my body was starting to talk to me about what it wanted to have, this is the beginning of a huge change that's about to take place and it's only day 2 of this incredible weight loss diet. The food was excellent, the service was as well. I'm loving it.
