This is a session meant to contribute to a global conversation taking place by irreligious people about how we can normalize irreligion through leadership and work to promote genuinely positive developments worldwide that assist religious and irreligious people objectively. Things like how we can volunteer effectively. Promoting existing groups that genuinely help people with no ulterior motivates and for no ulterior reasoning.  I want to have a brief conversation discussing the roles of leaders of irreligious groups and communities and how we interact with individuals who are leaders, both who have faith and OF faith.
