Former Dunfermline manager Jim McIntyre makes a return to East End Park with Ross County, while Dundee host last season's beaten finalists Falkirk.
Formartine United and Cove Rangers know a trip to Fir Park to face Motherwell is the prize for the winner of their third round replay.
Struggling Dundee United travel to face Airdrieonians, and Hibernian - losing finalists in 2012 and 2013 - begin their campaign at Championship rivals Raith Rovers.

Anthony Stokes played the starring role with the winner in extra time to keep Celtic's hopes of a domestic double intact. Both Kris Commons and Jon Daly were cast in scene-stealing supporting roles with two goals each.
John Souttar, United's 16-year-old centre back, and Ryan Gauld, their 17-year-old attacker, vied for the best newcomer role as United made a colossal contribution to the tie, recovering from an early Commons goal to take the lead through Gary Mackay-Steven and Daly.
Victor Wanyama and Commons restored Celtic's league before Daly's equaliser ensured extra time for the second day running. If these teams had a hard act to follow after the remarkable events at Hampden 24 hours earlier, when Hibs recovered from a three-goal deficit to defeat Falkirk, it was a challenge Celtic and United readily accepted.

The Scots Language Centre provides information about and encourages the use of Scots. Scots is the language in which Burns wrote most of his work. It is the medium for some of the country's best loved poems and songs and is still spoken today by people throughout the Lowlands and Northern Isles. Scots like Gaelic is recognised by the European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages. Scots is one of our great cultural treasures, it has been with us for hundreds of years and we encounter it everyday in names like Kirk Brae, Trongate and Holyrood.
Scots is sometimes known by local names. People in the North East often call it Doric while in Dundee it's known as Dundonian and in Shetland it is usually referred to as Shetland dialect. In its literary form it can be called Lallans -- Hugh Macdiarmid is the best known of the Lallans poets. His epic poem, A Drunk Man Looks at the Thistle is written in Scots. Older generations usually called the language Scotch or 'braid Scots'.
In this interview with Dr Dauvit Horsbroch of the Scots Language Centre, First Minister, Alex Salmond, talks about his encounters with the language as a boy growing up in Linlithgow and then later in the North East where his constituency, Gordon, is located. The First Minster describes his use of Scots words and phrases in parliamentary debates and explains why he has a particular fondness for the expressive qualities of the language. The interview also looks at the Scots question in the 2011 census and considers the future health and status of the language. Mr Salmond reveals his great admiration for the work of Robert Burns and recites an example of the bard's verse. The whole interview is available to watch online.

Here is Susan Boyle on the 5.30 show - your welcome to the programme Susan. What a time its been for you so far - on Friday you were unknown to the British nation, now youre an internet sentation... 2.5 million people have watched that clip so far. How do you feel?
Gobsmacked, absolutely gobsmacked.
Whats it been like on the streets of Blackburn?
Everybody is wanting my autograph Im telling you its really surreal.
What made you go in for this, because youre a shy person. What made you push yourself forward for this?
Basically I wanted to fulfil a wish to my mother, I wanted to do something with my life. Not only that but I think I had a bit more to offer.
What did you do with your singing previously?
Basically in the choir, Ive been in school productions, karaoke - you name it I was on it.
And when people heard you sing karaoke - had they said youve got to go on Britain's got talent or one of those shows?
Well they did mention it once or twice, and then I said to them well I'll have a go at it now and see how far I get.
The judges loved you, the audience loved you - were you confident when you stepped out on that stage you would get a good reaction?
I didnt know what kind of reaction I would get - Im being honest with you. But i just got through with it you know. You just get on with it.
Because as your performance progressed everybody started to stand up - could you actually see that past the lights? Could you see that happening?
I couldnt have - cos I had my eyes closed half the time.
Did you get a chance to chat to the judges afterwards?
No, I didnt no. You dont do that anyway - its not professional.
So where is this going to go Susan - are you going to wait and see what happens? How far do you think you can go with this?
Through to the bitter end. But I'll do something - wee baby steps.
Well absolutely brilliant - we really want our viewers to get behind you. Im sure that everyone watching just thought you were absolutely jaw dropping. Piers Morgan wasnt that nice about Scottish talent, he said there wasnt a lot going on - so youve proved him wrong. So we need the 5.30 viewers and people of scotland to get right behind you, and make sure you go all the way. And you would like that to happen?
I would yes. Thankyou very much.
Susan we wish you the very best - youve got the most amazing voice and your mum would have been very proud of you. Good to see you on the programme.
Thankyou very much.

The bombshell white paper released by the Scottish Research Society, Much cost, little benefit: The economic consequences of Scottish separation, proves through careful economic analysis that independence could cost every Scottish household £3,500-£5,500 annually, plus another £500-£1,000 annually for every £100,000 borrowed on a mortgage.
Written by experienced economist Ewen Stewart of Walbrook Economics, he has combed through the Scottish Government’s own white paper, Scotland’s Future, along with other public records, and has concluded that Alex Salmond’s wishlist is at best, simply unaffordable, and at worst, could bankrupt Scotland.
Ten key points that Ewen Stewart raises:
• Scotland’s public spending is over 50% GDP, five percent higher than UK average. Spending is £1,267 a head higher than UK. An independent Scotland, dependent on a highly cyclical oil sector cannot maintain this. Either spending is cut, or taxes rise, or both.
• An independent Scotland would take on a national debt of £116billion, rising to £186billion including bank liabilities. How could we afford this?
• In 2012/13, an independent Scotland’s deficit would have been up to £17.1billion, or £3,226 per head.
• North Sea oil revenues can’t be our economic crutch. Since 2000, North Sea oil production has fallen by two-thirds from 4.5million barrels a day to 1.5million barrels a day. And more recently the Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR) downgraded its long-term North Sea oil tax projections by a massive £21billion.
• More than two-thirds of Scotland’s trade is with the rest of the UK – 4.5times more than Scotland’s trade with the rest of the EU combined. For this reason, maintaining a streamlined union and the Sterling is in Scotland’s interests.
• If an independent Scotland were allowed to retain the pound, they would have no say in a monetary policy set in the rest of the UK, nor would they be able to rely upon the protection of the Bank of England as a lender in times of financial difficulties.
• Without the safety net of the Bank of England, the Scottish banks would be forced to either relocate to London or to shrink their balance sheets, neither which is good, especially as shrinking the balance sheet would make it harder to get a mortgage, a loan or any sort of credit.
• The economic crash of 2008 would have bankrupted Scotland if it had been independent at the time.
• An independent Scotland would rely on state spending, volatile and declining oil resources, and a disproportionately large financial sector, making it one of the most unstable economies in Europe. Whereas, within the UK, Scotland benefits from the support of a larger, more diversified economy and the balance sheet of the UK treasury. Scotland’s population of 5.3million could not cope with a failure of the Scottish banking sector.
• Last year, Scotland raised £48.1billion in tax, including its per capita share of oil revenues and the Government spent £65.2billion. That’s a deficit of over £17billion or more that £7,100 for every household.
Ewen Stewart says, “The Scottish Government’s white paper, Scotland’s Future, is a vague wish-list of uncosted aspirations and ironically their proposals risk the very things they are trying to protect including employment, public spending and maintaining Sterling. Scottish separatism is mere romanticism. Scotland risks swapping the benefits of one of Europe’s fastest-growing economies, with a credible and respected bank, for token independence and one of the world’s largest annual fiscal deficits. Whatever the politics, whatever the emotion, whatever the Braveheart nationalism, economically speaking the case against separation is overwhelming. Financially speaking, Scotland and the United Kingdom are unquestionably better together.”
A spokesperson for the Scottish Research Society says, “The future of Scotland has to be based on evidence and Ewen Stewart, using the Scottish Government’s own facts and figures, has proven that Alex Salmond simply cannot deliver what he’s promising. An aspirational wishlist is simply not good enough to convince voters to take a leap of faith into the unknown without a parachute. Voters deserve to be given the realistic truth about their options, rather than being served up romantic visions of their future. Salmond couldn’t even answer basic questions about oil, the currency union, and public spending in this week’s debate with Alistair Darling. With five weeks to go before the referendum on September 18th, Salmond can’t continue to run away from these issues and fob off voters. He can’t answer the tough questions because the truth will be the nail in the coffin for his independence campaign.”

Includes jubilant scenes of the winning team parading through Dunfermline town centre in an open top bus and a short speech from Jock Stein thanking the crowd.
