Porsche Automobil Holding SE, usually shortened to Porsche (German pronunciation: [ˈpɔʁʃə]) or Porsche SE, a Societas Europaea or European Public Company, is a German holding company with investments in the automotive industry.
Porsche SE is headquartered in Zuffenhausen, a city district of Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg and is owned by the Piëch and Porsche families, and Qatar Holdings, through the Qatar Investment Authority (10%). As of September 2011, it owns 50.73% of the voting rights in Volkswagen AG , and 50.1% of Porsche Zwischenholding GmbH, which owns 100% of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, the manufacturer of a range of sports cars and SUVs.
The company was founded as Dr. Ing. h. c. F. Porsche GmbH in 1931 by Ferdinand Porsche, an Austrian engineer born in Maffersdorf, during the time of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, and Porsche's son-in-law Anton Piëch, an Austrian lawyer.
Porsche is the owner of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG (Porsche AG), and in June 2007 became a holding company for its stake in Porsche Zwischenholding GmbH (50.1%) (which in turn holds 100% of Porsche AG) and Volkswagen AG (50.7%). In August 2009, Porsche SE and Volkswagen AG reached an agreement that the two companies would merge in 2011, to form an "Integrated Automotive Group". During December 2009, Porsche SE lost control of Porsche Zwischenholding GmbH, which as a result is now a joint venture between Porsche SE and Volkswagen AG.

Plot

Plot

Plot

Plot
When Emma picks up a one-dollar coin on the bus, she thinks it will bring her luck: She has a great job, and her boyfriend has just been promoted. Plot
Jeff, a young delinquent, is enrolled by his father in a kenpo school, in the hopes of teaching the boy some self-discipline. Years later, Jeff's mentor, Kim, is being threatened by one of the Korean mafia families. Jeff tries to help his old friend, but is too late to prevent Kim's death at the hands of an unknown hitman. Vowing revenge, Jeff takes on all of the families, using his martial arts skills to find the man who killed his friend.

Plot

Porsche will have completed the structural work and erection of steel girders for the new engine plant at its Zuffenhausen site by the end of the year. By the beginning of 2016, the new development in the northern part of Stuttgart, on a site occupying only 10,000 square meters, will include a state-of-the-art assembly line with logistics areas and engine-testing technology, plus appealing offices and staff recreation rooms. The two-storey plant will accommodate a total workforce of around 400 people. The master plan for the conversion of the entire 'Porsche Werk 4' industrial site has received the highest commendation from the German Association for Sustainable Construction.
