Some showers in the north, otherwise fine with sunny spells.
Much of Scotland will be breezy and rather cloudy with further showers, and the odd shower may develop elsewhere across northern Britain. Elsewhere, after a chilly start, it will be a dry day with plenty of sunshine on offer.
