The head of the White House said that only a weak country could do what Russia did to the Crimea. Obama believes that Russia threatens its close neighbor. Needless to mention that the American president is not paying attention to the voluntary return of the Crimea to the Russian Federation, and to the legal referendum that took place in this connection. The world community is still going to assume that it is only the Russians to blame. In this regard, the West has already suspended cooperation with Russia in several fields. However, wise people do not intend to break all ties only because of someone else's prejudices.
