Legislation In Second Reading ======================== Bill S15-007 "Order In the Senate" Legislative Intent: To expand the pivotal role of the Parliamentarian, further define the notification of noncompliance, and establish a professional, proper voting protocol for the Senate. Constitutional Amendment S15-001 "Upholding Academic Standards" Legislative Intent: To increase the Constitutional GPA requirement for Student Government members. Bill S15-009 "Bridging the Gap" Legislative Intent: To establish a monthly casual meeting welcoming all USFSP students. Bill S15-010 "Bullseye" Legislative Intent: To provide a regular outlet of information regarding Student Government to all students. Bill S15-011 "Anything Can Be Considered Networking" Legislative Intent: To more narrowly define the stipulations of Title VIII that involve networking. Bill S15-013 "Changing What It Means to Be Ex-Officio" Legislative Intent: The intent of this bill is to change the definition of Ex-Officio, allowing for Ex-Officio members to not only count towards quorum, but allowing them to vote. Bill S15-015 "Fixed Impeachment Process II" Legislative Intent To Fix the Impeachment Process Bill S15-016 "Senate Workshops" Legislative Intent: To allow the Legislative Branch leaders to train and assist Senators with workshops that will improve efficiency within the Senate. Bill S15-017 “Spring Cleaning: The Sequel” Legislative Intent: To alphabetize the Senate Rules of Procedures, fix typographical issues, and update any additions that were passed in the Fall semester of 2014.
