Mohammad Moin Khan (Urdu: محمد معین خان; born September 23, 1971), popularly known as Moin Khan (Urdu: معین خان), is a former Pakistani cricketer, primarily a wicketkeeper-batsman, who remained a member of the Pakistani national cricket team from 1990 to 2004. He has also captained the Pakistani side. He made his international debut against the West Indies at Multan. He took over 100 catches in Test cricket. He has scored over 3,000 ODI runs and taken over 200 catches in ODI cricket. He is credited with coining the name of Saqlain Mushtaq's mystery delivery that goes from leg to off, as the doosra. It means the "other one" in Urdu.

Throughout his international career, Moin had to compete with another wicket-keeper, Rashid Latif. Moin kept wickets in the 1992 Cricket World Cup which Pakistan won and the 1999 Cricket World Cup where Pakistan finished runners up. Latif kept wickets in the 1996 Cricket World Cup and the 2003 Cricket World Cup. Despite close rivalries, Moin is mostly remembered as the better player as their performance after the glove-work came onto how they batted. Despite having a significantly similar Test batting average, Moin had a higher ODI average than Latif and scored more runs than Latif in international cricket.

Andrew "Freddie" Flintoff MBE (born 6 December 1977) is a broadcaster and former English cricketer who played for Lancashire County Cricket Club, England and the Indian Premier League team Chennai Super Kings. A tall (6' 4") fast bowler, batsman and slip fielder, Flintoff according to the ICC rankings was consistently rated amongst the top international allrounders in both ODI and Test cricket. His nickname "Freddie" or "Fred" comes from the similarity between his surname and that of Fred Flintstone^{[citation needed]}.

From his debut in 1998, Flintoff became an integral player for England, and has both captained and vice-captained the team. However, he suffered regular injuries throughout his international career, often due to his heavy frame and bowling action. During the period 2007–09 he played in only 13 of England's 36 Test matches, but nevertheless remained a core member of the England squad, being selected whenever available. On 15 July 2009 he announced his retirement from Test cricket at the conclusion of the 2009 Ashes series, on 24 August, but made himself available for future commitments in One Day International and Twenty20 International matches.

Moin Akhtar (Urdu: معین اختر, also spelled as, Moeen Akhtar; 24 December 1950 – 22 April 2011) was a Pakistani television, film and stage actor, as well as a humorist, comedian, impersonator, and a host. He was also a play writer, singer, film director and a producer.

Akhtar was born in Karachi to Urdu speaking Kashmiri parents migrated from Mumbai India, was highly dynamic and versatile performer, he made his debut for television on 6 September 1966, in a variety show held on PTV to celebrate the first defense day of Pakistan‎. Since then, he has performed several roles in TV plays/shows, later making a team with Anwar Maqsood and Bushra Ansari.

He was beloved for providing humor for people of all ages, and with an etiquette that remains unmatched. His attempts to avoid vulgarity in his humor rendered him a favorite amongst family audiences. Akhtar was fluent in several languages, including English, Bengali, Sindhi, Punjabi, Memon, Pashto, Gujarati and Urdu. He performed not only in Pakistan but played in several stage shows like Bakra Qiston Pe and Buddha Ghar Pe Hai with Umer Sharif in India too.

Imran Khan Niazi (Urdu: عمران خان نیازی; born 25 November 1952) is a Pakistani politician and former cricketer, playing international cricket for two decades in the late twentieth century. After retiring, he entered politics. Currently, besides his political activism, Khan is also a philanthropist, cricket commentator, Chancellor of the University of Bradford and Founder and Chairman Board of Governors of Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Centre.

Arguably Pakistan's most successful cricket captain, Khan played for the Pakistani cricket team from 1971 to 1992 and served as its captain intermittently throughout 1982–1992. After retiring from cricket at the end of the 1987 World Cup, he was called back to join the team in 1988. At 39, Khan led his teammates to Pakistan's first and only World Cup victory in 1992. He has a record of 3807 runs and 362 wickets in Test cricket, making him one of eight world cricketers to have achieved an 'All-rounder's Triple' in Test matches. On 14 July 2010, Khan was inducted into the ICC Cricket Hall of Fame.

Babra Sharif (Urdu: بابرہ شریف, Baabra. born 1954) is an actress in the Pakistani film industry during the 1980s and late 1970s. She started her career in television commercials. She made her presence felt in a 'Jet' washing powder commercial and came to be known as 'Jet' powder girl. Fair-haired, attractive and intelligent, Babra soon became a household name. Her appearance in the 'Lux' advertisement with the message, 'Aakhir loag hamara chehra he to deiktay hain', took her fame to the top. After a while, she appeared in Mohsin Shirazi's television play, which was telecast from Karachi television station. She worked with many famous names of her time, including Shahid, Nadeem, Waheed Murad, Ghulam Mohyedin and even Muhammad Ali. She had great success in Urdu films in Pakistan. She did a variety of roles which proved her versatility as an actress. Some critics have also considered her as the best actress of her time in Pakistan.^{[citation needed]}

She worked in more than 100 movies.

After working in PTV drama Kiran Kahani in 1973, her first film was Intezar in 1974. Confident of her acting potential, Shamim Ara signed her for the film Bhool in 1974. Bhool was scheduled to be directed by S.Sulaiman. Prior to Bhool, S.Sulaiman had already signed Barbara for his film Intezaar. Incidentally, Intizaar was released before Bhool. Hence, Barbara debuted in the film Intezaar as supporting actress in 1974. To set the record straight, both Intezaar and Bhool were released in 1974. Barbara's innocent face distinguished her from other actresses of her time.
