Emmanuel Moire is a French singer. He and his twin brother Nicolas were born in Le Mans on 16 June 1979. Emmanuel is an eclectic artist. He sings and plays the piano, with a hundred tunes to his credit.
At 21 years of age, Emmanuel was selected to take part in the 16th meeting of Astaffort, a training course for song writers and performers. Between 2004 and 2007, he portrayed Louis XIV in the successful musical Le Roi Soleil, whose cast included Christophe Maé and Merwan Rim.
Emmanuel Moire released his first solo album, titled Là Où Je Pars, on 13 November 2006. The first single was "Le Sourire". With British pop influences, the first album paid special attention to the melodies even more than the emotions. The piano, vocals and beautiful guitar segments led the listener to a place where love, sufferings and the small joys of the life all mixed. On his Facebook site, Emmanuel said his first album was, “about the universal topics which I wanted to treat in a personal way. The role of an artist, it is to invite people into his universe, to give all that he has in him so that each one finds his own story there.” “This album is the fruit of a lot of collaboration. I wanted it to represent me so that people could discover me, musically, there. ” “It is easy to see that this album is a reunion of those close to me at Astaffort. Those, who for several years, share in the same hopes and dreams: Claire Joseph, Yann Guillon, Benoît Poher, Davide Esposito, Christophe Beucher... “
Hubert-Félix Thiéfaine (French pronunciation: [ybɛʁ feliks tjefɛn]) is a French pop-rock singer and songwriter, born 21 July 1948 in the town of Dole in the Jura département.
Mostly shunned by television and radio, he has built over the years – through word of mouth and frequent touring – a considerable following which allowed him to fill the 17,000-seater Palais omnisports de Paris-Bercy for an anniversary concert in 1998. In recent years he has been increasingly name-dropped as an influence by the latest generation of performers in France, and was the subject of a tribute album of covers in 2002. He has been performing since the late 1960s and releasing records since 1978.
Musically, H-FT draws mostly from classic rock, with rare nods to the latest musical trends, and generally leaves the arranging to a collaborator. But his songs are most notable for instantly recognisable lyrics, with their trademarks streams of consciousness, surreal and often extreme or dark imagery, often tinged with comedy, cynicism, literary references, neologisms and liberal use of scientific, long or foreign words. The lyrical mayhem sometimes spreads into comically long song titles, such as Enfermé dans les cabinets (avec la fille mineure des 80 chasseurs), or Exercice de simple provocation avec 33 fois le mot « coupable ». His education in a Catholic boarding school has also left deep traces which surface in his lyrics in the form of biblical quotations and cheerfully blasphemous lyrics.

Five people were killed
Our world is going mad
And it's hard to understand
I close my eyes and hide my face
My tears are falling down
Our world is a living hell
We were born to love
Pay it forward and you will see
I'm ready to go, I'm ready to fight
And my Spirit leads me right
I want to see a change
I remember the times when I was young
Those sunny days seem so far away
I see the sky is grey and I can't see the sun
I'm longing for a change
To face another day
We were born to love
Pay it forward and you will see
Where is my heart
Where is my love
Where is my heart
(Where is your heart)
Where is my love
(Where is your love)
I'm a victim of this time
I'm ready to go, I'm ready to fight
And my Spirit leads me right
I want to see a change
I'm ready to go, I'm ready to fight
And the Spirit leads me right
Love will show the way
I'm ready to fight
We were born to love
