(NB: Tom Trento and Anjem Choudary are ideological enemies but both are able to listen to each other without screaming and shouting. As sounds military doctrine instructs, "Know your enemy.") The purpose of this extended interview is to understand from a shariah expert exactly why Muslims have to kill people when they draw pictures of Muhammad. Listen very carefully as Choudary articulates the DOCTRINE of Islam which provides the judicial basis for punishment including multiple lashes up to capital death. In particular Choudary attempts to walk a fine line between endorsing punishment through a shariah court proceeding and immediate implementation of punishment, vis-a-vis, the Garland shooting. This is an extremely informative and important discussion that enables Americans to understand the complex and dangerous situation that people like Choudary and members of the Islamic State are creating for those individuals who want to exercise their First Amendment rights guaranteed under the US Constitution. STATE OF EMERGENCY DECLARED The Nepal government has declared a state of emergency in the affected districts and appealed for international humanitarian assistance. Kathmandu Valley and surrounding districts are worst affected, According to the Deputy Prime Minister Bamdev Gautam Aftershocks of equal magnitudes are still causing more damage. The death toll in Nepal’s earthquake could reach 10,000, Prime Minister Sushil Koirala has said, as survivors’ despair turned to anger at the government’s slow response to the humanitarian crisis unfolding in the country, with food, water and other essentials in desperately short supply. “The government is doing all it can for rescue and relief on a war footing,” Koirala said in an interview with Reuters. “It is a challenge and a very difficult hour for Nepal.” The death toll in Nepal alone rose to 4,352 on Tuesday, with more than 8,000 injured, according to police, amid warnings the full extent of the tragedy would not be known until rescue teams had reached “flattened” villages in remote regions. Islamic State (IS) fighters are being smuggled into Europe by gangs in the Mediterranean, a Libyan official has told the BBC. Government adviser Abdul Basit Haroun said smugglers were hiding IS militants on boats filled with migrants. He based his claim on conversations with boat owners in parts of North Africa controlled by the militants. He alleged that IS was allowing them to continue their operations in exchange for 50% of their income. The UN estimates that 60,000 people have already tried to cross the Mediterranean this year. More than 1,800 people are feared to have died making the journey in often overcrowded and unseaworthy boats in 2015 - a 20-fold increase on the same period in 2014. McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario is the latest to support the global Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement. Students at the university\'s annual general assembly voted in favor of the campaign. A similar vote in March of last year didn\'t receive enough quorum for passage. Toronto\'s York University, Windsor University in Ontario and University of Ottawa have already approved the boycott in protest at what they call Israeli apartheid. The student campaign is gaining momentum despite the Canadian government\'s staunch support for Israel. Universities across Europe, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa have also joined the campaign.

STATE OF EMERGENCY DECLARED

The Nepal government has declared a state of
emergency in the affected districts and appealed for
international humanitarian assistance. Kathmandu
Valley and surrounding districts are worst affected,
According to the Deputy Prime Minister Bamdev Gautam

Aftershocks of equal magnitudes are still causing more damage.

“It is a challenge and a very difficult hour for Nepal.”

The death toll in Nepal alone rose to 4,352 on Tuesday, with more than 8,000 injured, according to police, amid warnings the full extent of the tragedy would not be known until rescue teams had reached “flattened” villages in remote regions.
