Thomas Dexter "T. D." Jakes, Sr. (born June 9, 1957) is the bishop/chief pastor of The Potter's House, a non-denominational American megachurch, with 30,000 members, located in Dallas, Texas. T. D. Jakes' church services and evangelistic sermons are broadcast on The Potter's Touch, which airs on the Trinity Broadcasting Network, Black Entertainment Television, the Daystar Television Network, The Word Network and The Miracle Channel in Canada. Other aspects of Jakes' ministry include an annual revival called "MegaFest" that draws more than 100,000 people, an annual women's conference called "Woman Thou Art Loosed", and gospel music recordings.
In the fall of 2009, Jakes planned on launching a secular daily talk show, syndicated through the CBS Television Distribution group; however, economic troubles in the industry may put his new program into jeopardy.
In 2005 Jakes accompanied President George W. Bush on his visit to the areas devastated by Hurricane Katrina. In his book Decision Points, President Bush describes Jakes as "a kind of man who puts faith into action."
I got an invitation for you
A little temptation for you
A night in your honor a secret rendezvous
I can almost see your face at my door
I don't want to have to wait anymore
I know my offer might be long overdue
RSVP, it's a private affair
I just won't believe that you don't care
RSVP, only you and me
I'll be waiting till you answer me, yeah
Please don't hesitate, I'm waiting for you
You can't have nothing more important to do
Deep in the nighttime hear me talk to you
RSVP, it's a private affair
I just won't believe that you don't care
RSVP, only you and me
I'll be waiting till you answer me, go!
RSVP, it's a private affair
I just won't believe that you don't care
RSVP, only you and me
{Uhh, that was creepy
I would rather slurp rancid tuna salad out of my own ass
Or scour my boobies off with a rusty S O S pad
[CHORUS:]
(No relation) Get Up, Get Out! (x3)
Go! Go! Go! Go!
(No relation) Get Up, Get Out! (x3)
Are you in or out, or in or out?
That way someday you may want to go
Fools pray that way, you can lay low
Easy cop out, stay in and take-out
You'll get snowed in, I got no time
Big G, Little G, he don't wanna go
Out that way - a lame and tame show
If G Squad want me, they're going to have to say so
You may want me, but I don't want know
R.S.V.P! (x2)
(No relation) Get Up, Get Out! (x3)
Are you in or out, or in or out?
Say G, you've been acting like a brother (like a brother)
No way, man, you ain't nothing but a 'mutha
Huh! Another 'nother 'mutha
The shine of your shoes ain't nothing new
But if you lose the clues then I guess you're through
Cut down like a vegetable
By a hard kickin' mutha who's an animal
(No relation) Get Up, Get Out! (x3)
Are you in or out, or in or out?
Big G's happy, took another bite
Little G's angry, spoiling for a fight
His roots got ripped out, Little G flipped out
Shaking like a shitting dog, he couldn't work it out
Little G, Big G, R.S.V.P, I'm throwing at your window
Can you see me, hear me?
G's Squad want me, they're going to have to say so
You want me, but I don't want know
You can be what you wanted to be. (x6)
[CHORUS]
R.S.V.P. (x8)
[Awa:]
I can't stand to see
You not leave with me
Sophisticated native
What's it gonna be
[Chorus:]
If you would like
Someone to treat you right
Just invite me
Cause I don't mind
If it's only for one night
You excite me
[PNC:]
Miss madam moselle can I compell you
To tell me the cell digits, even better
Can I get a squiz at between where u hips at
Word is barry bonds, that's how long I'll hit that
Sit back heres a drink, sip that
Don't skull it and vomit on my louis vutton wallet
Yeah it's fake hey, I'm ballin on a budget
And u fallin for it like it's warren buffet
I love it, how ya dress and shoes match
Let's move to the back and remove all that
Ya all that, can't u tell I feel ya
That's why I'm on the chase like lemon to tequilla
I'm a thriller, like mike pre white skin
A PYT, you remind of like when
Nesian and PNC on the track
You a hit baby girl, the greatest infact
[Chorus]
[Sabre:]
In the words of 3000 "Sophisti-funk Aristocrat"
Man sharpen up your act
For such a lady comes along once in a blue moon
And when you do I'm over the moon
Don't mean to sing blues talking all that Jazz
Straight up I like the fact you don't need to brag
Or blow your own horn like pulling a louie
You know pulling my Arm strong
Isn't scared to let the curls loose
Sweet coconut perfume with a smile that consumes the room
Infectious how I develop an interest in what ever your interest are
Refreshing to find such a down to earth star
Knows where she's from & yet where we are
Proud to be that brown Nesian queen
Making me feel free to be me S to the A B
[Chorus]
[Bridge:]
Baby girl gotta let u know,
You're just so beautiful
Ain't gotta be no video chick,
No you don't
From head to toe baby girl, you a hit
[Junz:]
Like destiny child but around the way girl,
The best I've seen in awhile her booty to her smile
Somehow, She got me breaking all the rules,
Got me pulling out all the stops to get close to you [?],
She beats the rest she be the best ain't no contest,
From her booty to her chest, So if you don't mind tonight we'll just ride tonight, She say's fine and just smiles, I like it if your status ain't hood she ain't down, Others try to be her man, But she know I'm a around, Jeah!
Cause I'm in need of a souljah girl,
So won't cha girl,
Be my 1 and only girl,
Is it just me or you feeling what you see,
Soon as I step on the scene,
Looking so fresh so clean,
Baby don't mind me,
Mr J*U*N to the Z,
Cause you're more than just a women to me
Was our love built on solid ground?
There were so many ups and downs
I cannot count the times you'd end up crying.
I always thought I'd be okay
But then we went our seperate ways
Since we parted broken hearted
Can't eat, can't sleep, can't do anything
I sent this letter, hope you can get it
RSVP
I think I've finally realized
Love requires compromise
Maybe we were wrong to give up trying
And I would give most everything
If you could take me back again
Since we parted broken hearted
Can't eat, can't sleep, can't do anything
I sent this letter, hope you can get it
RSVP
Can't eat, can't sleep, can't do anything
I sent this letter hope you can get it

Sent you an invitation
I hope that you're free
It's a special occasion
Just for you and me
R.S.V.P. (R.S.V.P.)
As soon as can be
I can make you number one
If you want to have my love
You got to dance with me, please
I can make you number one
Loving me is so much fun
Why don't you try it and see?
Two weeks with no answer
It's time you made up your mind
(With a little bit of luck tonight)
Ooh, won't you move a little closer
We're running out of time
R.S.V.P. (R.S.V.P.)
As soon as can be
I can make you number one
R.S.V.P. (R.S.V.P.)
As soon as can be
I do the quickstep like a fox
And when I dance, I give it all I got
I've every move right in the groove
Every part of me knew just what to do
I do the soft shoe shuffle with such a style
Every step I take will make you smile
And you know I'll do anything for you
But there's just one thing I'm telling you
(I can make you number one)
(I can make you number one) I can make you number one
(I can make you number one)
(I can make you number one)
I can make you number one
If you want to have my love
You got to dance with me, please
(with a little bit of luck tonight)
I can make you number one
Loving me is so much fun
Why don't you try it and see? (R.S.V.P.)
I can make you number one
If you want to have my love
You got to dance with me, please
(with a little bit of luck tonight)
I can make you number one
Loving me is so much fun
Pas de deux, cordon bleu
Quel dommage, à la plage
Laisser faire, tête-à-tête
Mal de mer, vinaigrette
Sans souci
Ma chérie
Mélange et blancmange
Raison d'être, et kilomètre
Savoir faire, négligée
Au contraire, consomée
Vis-à-vis
Ma chérie
Promenade, à la carte
Nom de guerre, vin ordinaire
Quelque chose, coup d'état
Mon repos, petits pois
Jeux d'esprit
Ma chérie
Je ne sais pas, pâté de fois gras
Corps de ballet, tout-à-fait
Rendez-vous, femme de cilambre
Entre nous, tous ensemble
Lingerie
I made a choice that very night
To become a slightly better man
I started white-washing my hands of all those passings
And as you waited alone in your car outside
I politely, but quite firmly denied your invitation for the evening
So, hold out your weary hand
Let me tell your fortune again
Your future is brighter than you'll ever know
Now that we are on our own
And there are things that you deserve to know
The rest you have to earn
I have no remorse
And as soon as I hung up the phone
I knew that this disaster was finally through
And I could hear through the cloudy line
That this took you by surprise
So, hold out your weary hand
Let me tell your fortune again
Your future is brighter than you'll ever know
Now that we are on our own
And it's true that I have no idea what the universe has in store
But I do know that when you think it can't get any worse, it does
It does, it does
So, hold out your weary hand
Let me tell your fortune again
Your future is brighter than you'll ever know
And now we are on our own
So, hold out your weary hand
Let me tell your fortune again
Your future is brighter than you'll ever know
Now that we are on our own
