LaDainian Tramayne Tomlinson (born June 23, 1979) is a free agent American football running back who last played for the New York Jets of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for Texas Christian University (TCU). He was drafted by the San Diego Chargers fifth overall in the 2001 NFL Draft and spent nine seasons with that team before moving to the Jets as a free agent.

Tomlinson, often referred to by his initials, L. T., has been selected to five Pro Bowls and has been an All-Pro six times. Tomlinson won two rushing titles, in 2006 and 2007, and ranks fifth in career rushing yards. During the 2006 NFL season, he set several records and received numerous honors and awards including the NFL’s Most Valuable Player Award and Associated Press’ Offensive Player of the Year Award.

Tomlinson was born to Loreane Chappelle and Oliver Tomlinson in Rosebud, Texas. His father left the family when Tomlinson was seven years old. Tomlinson did not see his father very often afterwards. His mother worked as a preacher. At age nine, Tomlinson joined the Pop Warner Little Scholars football program and scored a touchdown the first time he touched the ball.

Shaun Edward Alexander (born August 30, 1977) is a former American football running back who played for the Seattle Seahawks and the Washington Redskins. He was drafted by the Seahawks 19th overall in the 2000 NFL Draft. He played college football at the University of Alabama.

Alexander was born and raised in Florence, Kentucky. His father, Curtis Alexander Jr., works for Morton Salt and his mother Carol works in the truancy department of the Boone County School District. He has an older brother Durran, and four older half-sisters and three older half-brothers. His parents divorced when he was 11, and he and Durran were raised by their mother in a two-bedroom apartment in a government housing project.

He attended Florence Elementary School. In 1991, he entered Boone County High School. As a freshman, he played football for the junior varsity team and was voted Class President—as he was every year in high school. As well as football, Alexander excelled in basketball and baseball.

In his sophomore season, he made the varsity team as the second-string running back. By mid-season, he was the team's featured running back as he rushed for 1,095 yards and fourteen touchdowns. During his junior season in 1994, Alexander ran for 2,396 yards and 42 touchdowns as Boone County made it to the state semifinals. In a game versus Campbell County, Alexander rushed for seven touchdowns. He was listed in "Faces in the Crowd" section of Sports Illustrated in January 1994.

Michael Dwayne Vick (born June 26, 1980) is an American football quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL). He played for the Atlanta Falcons for six seasons before serving time in prison for his involvement in an illegal dog fighting ring.

Vick played college football at Virginia Tech, where as a freshman he placed third in the Heisman Trophy balloting. He left after his sophomore year to enter the NFL and was drafted first overall by the Atlanta Falcons in the 2001 NFL Draft. He became the first African-American quarterback to be selected first overall in an NFL Draft. In six seasons with the Falcons, he gained wide popularity for his performance on the field, and led the Falcons to the playoffs twice. Vick ranks first among quarterbacks in career rushing yards.

In April 2007, Vick was implicated in an illegal interstate dog fighting ring that had operated over five years. In August 2007, he pleaded guilty to federal felony charges and served 21 months in prison, followed by two months in home confinement. With the loss of his NFL salary and product endorsement deals, combined with previous financial mismanagement, Vick filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in July 2008. Falcons owner Arthur Blank did not want Vick on the Falcons, and after attempts to trade him failed, Vick was released. He signed with the Philadelphia Eagles and was reinstated in week 3 of the 2009 season.

William Stephen "Bill" Belichick (pronounced /ˈbɛlɨtʃɪk/; born April 16, 1952) is an American football head coach for the New England Patriots of the National Football League. Coaching continuously in various roles in the NFL since 1975, Belichick earned his first head coaching job with the Cleveland Browns in 1991. Following his firing in 1995, he did not serve as a head coach again until 2000 with the Patriots. Since then, Belichick has coached the Patriots to five Super Bowl appearances: victories in Super Bowls XXXVI, XXXVIII, and XXXIX, and subsequent losses in Super Bowl XLII and Super Bowl XLVI. He was named the AP NFL Coach of the Year for the 2003, 2007 and 2010 seasons. He is the NFL's second-longest tenured active head coach, behind Andy Reid.

Bill Belichick was born in Nashville, Tennessee, and raised in Annapolis, Maryland, where his father Steve Belichick was an assistant football coach at the United States Naval Academy. He graduated from Annapolis High School in 1970. While there, he played American football and lacrosse, with the latter being his favorite sport. He enrolled at Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts for a postgraduate year, with the intention of improving his grades and test scores in order to be admitted into a quality college. The school would honor him forty years later by inducting him into its Athletics Hall of Honor in 2011.

Reginald Alfred "Reggie" Bush, II (born March 2, 1985) is an American football running back for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the first round of the 2006 NFL Draft. He played college football at the University of Southern California from 2003 to 2005. Bush also went to the same High School as San Francisco 49ers QB Alex Smith

Bush won multiple collegiate awards, including the 2005 Heisman Trophy, but allegations that he received improper benefits were central to a controversy surrounding the USC program that led to severe NCAA sanctions against USC, including a two-year postseason ban, the loss of football scholarships and the vacating of wins in the 2004–05 championship season. On September 14, 2010, Bush voluntarily gave up his Heisman Trophy.

With the Saints, Bush won a Super Bowl title in 2010.

Bush was born March 2, 1985, in Spring Valley, California in the county of San Diego. He was a running back at Helix High School in La Mesa, California.
