Andrea Lauren Bowen (born March 4, 1990; Columbus, Ohio) is an American actress who is best known for playing Julie Mayer on Desperate Housewives (2004–2012). She has won two SAG Awards.

Bowen is of Welsh descent and made her Broadway debut in 1996 as Young Cosette/Young Eponine in Les Misérables. At six, she was the youngest actress to ever play the role. From 1996 to 2001 Bowen was a consistent presence on Broadway. She appeared in the original company of the 1998 revival of The Sound of Music as Marta, and in 2000, created the role of Adele in the musical version of Jane Eyre. Bowen was also a member of The Broadway Kids concert group. Several of Bowen's siblings have also been heavily involved in musical theatre, performing roles in various other Broadway shows.

She briefly attended the Professional Performing Arts School in New York alongside best friend Sarah Hyland.

From 2004–2012 Bowen has portrayed Julie Mayer on Desperate Housewives. She currently models for Miss Selfridge.^{[citation needed]} She has also had recurring or guest starring roles on such shows as One Tree Hill (with friend Sophia Bush), Boston Public and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. In the film Red Riding Hood she appears as one of "The Three Ashleys." Most recently, she played the role of Candace in the esoteric adventure film Eye of the Dolphin. She also starred in the Lifetime Original film Girl, Positive, an experience that allowed her to help spread the message among youth that "HIV is something you can protect yourself from." More recently, she has appeared in an episode of Ghost Whisperer during its fourth season.

Sasha Pieterse (born February 17, 1996) is an American film and television actress. She is known for her role as Amanda Strazzulla on Heroes, and as Alison DiLaurentis on ABC Family's TV series Pretty Little Liars, which first premiered in June 2010.

Born in Johannesburg, South Africa and raised in Las Vegas before moving to Los Angeles, Sasha Embeth Pieterse grew up around show business. Her parents were both professional dance partners who performed all over the world, and Pieterse loved being on stage with them. She soon met with an agent who quickly signed her to acting, and she's been busy acting and modeling ever since. At 6 years old, Sasha Pieterse got her start in television, co-starring as "Buffy" on The WB comedy series Family Affair. In 2004, she appeared in Stargate SG-1 and House. In 2005, she appeared in her first film The Adventures of Shark Boy and Lava Girl cast as Marissa "Ice Princess" and also in a short-lived series called Wanted with her former Family Affair co-star, Gary Cole. In 2009 Pieterse was cast as Alison DiLaurentis in the TV series Pretty Little Liars based on the book series by Sara Shepard. Being only 14 at the time, she is the youngest actress on the show, all her co-stars being in their early to mid 20s.

Darren Stein (born December 24, 1971) is an American film director, screenwriter, and film producer who grew up in the San Fernando Valley. Among his works include the documentary Put the Camera on Me, the upcoming summer 2010 horror comedy All About Evil, and the satirical major motion picture Jawbreaker - which has been deemed a "cult classic" by the New York Post, and is still referenced today in mainstream sources.

Stein started using his father’s video camera at the age of ten, creating a body of work that would later be seen in his documentary Put the Camera on Me. Upon graduating NYU film school, he co-wrote and directed his first feature, Sparkler, that premiered at the Hamptons Film Festival and won the audience award in Athens, GA. Stein’s second feature, Jawbreaker, premiered at the 1999 Sundance Film Festival and was nominated for the MTV Movie Award for “Best Villain”. Upon completing Put the Camera on Me with childhood friend Adam Shell in 2003, Stein was interviewed by Ira Glass on This American Life. The documentary was released on DVD through Wellspring/Genius Entertainment. Stein went on to executive produce Cam Archer’s Wild Tigers I Have Known, which premiered at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival. In 2010, he produced All About Evil, a horror comedy starring Natasha Lyonne and Thomas Dekker. Most recently, he has written the book for Jawbreaker the Musical, which is scheduled for a one night showing on July 29, 2010 in Los Angeles, and featuring Jenna Leigh Green.

Dana Welles Delany (born March 13, 1956) is an American film, stage, and television actress, producer, presenter, and health activist.

Delany has been active in show business since the late 1970s. Following small roles early in her career, Delany garnered her first leading role in 1987 in the short-lived NBC sitcom Sweet Surrender and achieved wider fame in 1988–1991 as Colleen McMurphy on the ABC television show China Beach, for which she won two Emmy Awards. She received further recognition for her performances in the films Light Sleeper (1992), Tombstone (1993), Exit to Eden (1994), The Margaret Sanger Story (1995), Fly Away Home (1996), True Women (1997) and Wide Awake (1998). Since the mid-1990s, Delany has served on the board of the Scleroderma Research Foundation.

In 2000s she returned to television with a string of short-lived television series beginning with Pasadena (2001), Presidio Med (2002–2003), and Kidnapped (2006–2007). From 2007 to 2010 Delany played Katherine Mayfair on the ABC series Desperate Housewives. As of 2011^[update] she is in the lead role as Megan Hunt on the ABC drama series Body of Proof.
