The Gerber Edict is in the line of 3 tactical/EDC knives from Gerber that are - yes indeed - all made (designed, manufactured, the whole 9 yards) in the U.S. 154CM steell, rubber on portions of the handle, plain-edged blade, and a back lock are some of the notable features. It's the middle of the 3 knives in this line - the Order is the smallest, the Edict is in the middle, and the Decree is the largest. Overall, a fine blade and definitely good at piercing.
