"Thank you" is a common expression of gratitude. It often refers to a thank you letter, a letter written to express appreciation.
Thank You or Thank U may also refer to:
Real estate is "property consisting of land and the buildings on it, along with its natural resources such as crops, minerals, or water; immovable property of this nature; an interest vested in this (also) an item of real property; (more generally) buildings or housing in general. Also: the business of real estate; the profession of buying, selling, or renting land, buildings or housing."
It is a legal term used in jurisdictions such as the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, India, Australia, and New Zealand.
Residential real estate is a type of property, containing either a single family or multifamily structure, that is available for occupation for non-business purposes.
Residences can be classified by, if, and how they are connected to neighbouring residences and land. Different types of housing tenure can be used for the same physical type. For example, connected residents might be owned by a single entity and leased out, or owned separately with an agreement covering the relationship between units and common areas and concerns.
Southwest Florida is the region along the south west gulf coast of the U.S. State of Florida. Definitions of the region vary, though its boundaries are generally considered to put it south of the Tampa Bay area, west of Lake Okeechobee, and mostly north of the Everglades and to include Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee, and Collier counties. For some purposes, the inland counties of DeSoto, Glades, and Hendry, and the thinly populated mainland section of Monroe County, south of Collier, are also included.
The region includes four metropolitan areas: the North Port-Bradenton-Sarasota MSA (733,000 population) (sometimes alternately considered a part of the Tampa Bay Area to the north), the Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA (660,000), the Naples-Marco Island MSA (340,000), and the Punta Gorda MSA (165,000). The most populous county in the region is Lee County (661,000 population), and the region's largest city is Cape Coral with a population of 165,831 as of 2013.
Southwest Florida was largely ignored by commercial developers until the late 1800s, and as such, lacks much of the heavier development present in other parts of Florida, such as that found in the central or southern regions of the state. In recent years however, there has been a major real estate boom focusing on downtown Fort Myers (high-rise residential condominiums); southern Lee County (commercial development and high-technology); eastern Collier County (residential development); and eastern parts of Bradenton
The bald eagle (Haliaeetus leucocephalus, from Greek hali "sea", aiētos "eagle", leuco "white", cephalos "head") is a bird of prey found in North America. A sea eagle, it has two known subspecies and forms a species pair with the white-tailed eagle (Haliaeetus albicilla). Its range includes most of Canada and Alaska, all of the contiguous United States, and northern Mexico. It is found near large bodies of open water with an abundant food supply and old-growth trees for nesting.
The bald eagle is an opportunistic feeder which subsists mainly on fish, which it swoops down and snatches from the water with its talons. It builds the largest nest of any North American bird and the largest tree nests ever recorded for any animal species, up to 4 m (13 ft) deep, 2.5 m (8.2 ft) wide, and 1 metric ton (1.1 short tons) in weight.Sexual maturity is attained at the age of four to five years.
Bald eagles are not actually bald; the name derives from an older meaning of "white headed". The adult is mainly brown with a white head and tail. The sexes are identical in plumage, but females are about 25 percent larger than males. The beak is large and hooked. The plumage of the immature is brown.
The Southwest Florida Eagle Cam is a website featuring live streaming webcams trained on a bald eagle nest, which sits 60 feet above the ground, in a Slash Pine tree in North Fort Myers, Florida. The live streaming website shows the parent eagles and their family as they build and restore the nest, mate, lay eggs, and challenge the natural elements and predators in the area. The site launched with one camera in September 2012.
The live webcam was set up by the landowner's company, Dick Pritchett Real Estate, to observe the eagles in their natural habitat in hopes of providing an educational and learning experience.
This nest is labeled LE026-B of the Florida State Monitoring Program. It has been monitored for 6 years. The first year was when the nest was across the street in 2007. The pair relocated the nest in 2006-2007 to its present location.
A typical nest is around 5 feet in diameter. Eagles often use the same nest year after year. Over the years, some nests become enormous, as much as 9 feet in diameter, weighing two tons. The Southwest Florida Eagle Cam nest is approximately 8 feet in diameter and a short one mile flight away from the Caloosahatchee River, which serves as their primary food source. The pair of eagles rely mostly on fish from the river (Mullet, Catfish, Red Fish, Snook, Gar), but may also eat small rodents if the opportunity presents itself.
Instinct and imprinting kick in as E9 spots a rabbit on the pasture grounds and goes to check it out, not once, but two times. It is amazing to watch a young juvenile attempt to hunt. Way to go, E9! E9 also perches on the power pole where we have not documented him before. Though viewed at a distance, the timing of M appearing after E9 leaves the pole may indicate M brought food which E9 grabbed and ate before flying past H and M on the power poles later. Thank you SWFEC, hosted by Dick Pritchett Real Estate, for maintaining such a suitable tree and environment for our Bald Eagle Family. http://www.dickpritchettrealestate.com/eagle-feed.html
May you have the strength of eagles wings, The faith and courage to fly to new heights, And the wisdom of the universe to carry you there. ~ Native American Blessing. It is not goodbye E9, but just goodnight as you depart on your solo journey for a time. My prayer is for you to stay safe from all dangers, to always have a meal in your crop, to remember the lessons Mom & Dad taught you, to fly high & free, that your heart may sing & dance when the rains come. Maybe one day, God willing, you might return to your nest area and start your own family of eaglets. God speed little one, I will never ever forget you & always love you. ♥♥♥ As our 5th season has come to an end, I would like to thank all the many viewers & eagle lovers who have followed E9's amazing journey. E6 was last seen on the cam at 10:36am, Monday, May 4th. As this precious young eagle embarks on a new chapter, we find it hard to say good-bye. So, farewell E6. May you have a long, healthy life. E9 was welcomed into the world today at 7:33am! Congratulations Southwest Florida Eagle Cam & Harriet and M15 on a job well done! M brought in grasses and Harriet got up and we were able to witness the hatching of E9. M sees E9 for the first time & pulls some of the shell aside!! Thank you for watching! 73 day old E9 wingersized in the nest, then the porch and on the launch back to the nest, E9's right foot slipped off. E9 tried with wings and feet to get back up, but ended up upside down for 20 seconds before pushing off, flying down while righting himself and flew perfectly 20 feet or so above the ground to the west pasture where he enjoyed a new found freedom on the ground. A second video of E9's morning of breakfish with mom and dad and exploring the west pasture will be posted later. Congratulations, E9!! Thank you SWFEC, hosted by Dick Pritchett Real Estate, for maintaining such a suitable tree and environment for our Bald Eagle Family. http://www.dickpritchettrealestate.com/eagle-feed.html
Because bald eagles only use their nest for eggs and eaglets, it is not unusual to not see mated adults for days at a time during the summer months. I did not see Harriet or M15 in the nest area today but I am happy they have a summer "to do nothing" after two summers of "having to do a lot". The nest, nest tree, pastures and pond look inviting for a great upcoming nesting season. Thank you SWFEC, hosted by Dick Pritchett Real Estate, for maintaining such a suitable tree and environment for our Bald Eagle Family. http://www.dickpritchettrealestate.com/eagle-feed.html Thank you to Eagle Landing and several friends for allowing me to film on their premises away from the nest site.
E9 was heard squeeing away from the pasture area before daybreak, but was not seen in the pasture area before I left at 10am or perch spots I checked on the way home. Harriet and M15 were seen on the power poles off and on and together on one until 9am. The red shouldered juvenile hawk hunted, played and flew in the nest tree pasture, bringing back happy memories of E9 doing the same. I found M15 at yonder pond drying off after a bath in a tree near the back of the pond. Godspeed little one if you go today. Thank you SWFEC, hosted by Dick Pritchett Real Estate, for maintaining such a suitable tree and environment for our Bald Eagle Family. http://www.dickpritchettrealestate.com/eagle-feed.html Thank you to Eagle Landing and my friend Marilyne for allowing me to film on their premises awa...
E9 enjoys the new "wonders" of the pasture as he picks up items from the ground and around the base of the trees. E9 and the horses also meet at ground level. E9 flies majestically twice in this video, with a landing attempt. The missed branch does not bother E9 as he simply glides down to the ground. I will have one more video from today - fence sitting and breakfish with H & M - that I will post later. If I lost you
If you only knew
That I would miss you
Like the stars above
If you needed me
You know I'll be right here
'Cause you can count on me
Like the air you breathe
Just keep holding on
You are the
Wonder of my world
I'm somehow lost for words
You are the the life
Within my veins
My love for you remains
In my heart
You are my world
You are my world
When I think of you
Everything
We've been through
There's so much to see
Don't give up on me
Just keep holding on
You are the
Wonder of my world
I'm somehow lost for words
You are the the life
Within my veins
My love for you remains
In my heart
You are my world
You are my world
Never thought
We'd come this far
You know there's
A place for us
All this time
I've seen you you try
So just keep holding on
'Cause you are the
Wonder of my world
I'm somehow lost for words
You are the the life
Within my veins
My love for you remains
In my heart
You are my world
