Emmanuel "Manny" Dapidran Pacquiao, PLH (English pronunciation: /ˈpæki.aʊ/ PAK-ee-ow; Tagalog: [pɐkˈjaʊ]; born December 17, 1978) is a Filipino professional boxer and politician. He is the first eight-division world champion; having won six world titles, as well as the first to win the lineal championship in four different weight classes. He was named "Fighter of the Decade" for the 2000s (decade) by the Boxing Writers Association of America (BWAA). He is also a three-time The Ring and BWAA "Fighter of the Year," winning the award in 2006, 2008 and 2009.
As of 2012, Pacquiao is the WBO Welterweight Champion. He was long rated as the best pound for pound boxer in the world by some sporting news and boxing websites, including BoxRec.com, Sporting Life and The Ring. However, in April 2012, Pacquiao dropped to number two in the rankings, behind Floyd Mayweather Jr. In their ratings ending May 7, 2012, Ring Magazine declared the top position vacant and jointly ranked Pacquiao and Mayweather in the number two spot.
Lipstick on a thermos cup,
Lust and whiskey fill it up
And smoke blows from the chimney to the moon.
It's much too cold in the Midwest -
Chilly hands cup chilly breasts.
Things not said fill up every room.
As he stands there in the door,
There's no room for him anymore.
She lies there saying,
"Honey take one last look."
I'll tell it all in my new book.
Above the city 300 feet,
A derelict in a penthouse suite
Packs his suitcase for the midnight train.
The rich girl could not face her dream.
He's bitter coffee, she's sweet cream.
She pulls on her shirt, outside it rains.
And later in the rambling dark,
He'll unwrap her broken heart
And smile the weary smile of the crook.
I'll tell it all in my new book.
Coyote sleeps with everyone,
But in the morning he's long gone
And it turns out that he was a she.
Tales grow tall around the fire.
Where there's no truth, no one's a liar.
Whatever mask you wear is who you'll be.
There is a hole in the day
Through which we make our gateway -
I make mine every time I'm shook.
I'll tell it all in my new book.
We sift through culture run amok
But our rhythm is still boom-boom-chuck.
The whole world to us is now a theme park.
The tourist takes the traveler's place,
Buys a new body, a new face.
A hymn is not a hymn sung with no heart.
And I turn to the Man of Woe
And ask him where there's left to go -
He points down with his shepherd's crook.
I'll tell it all in my new book.
When they lead you to the wood,
Remember that you always should
Leave a trail of black-eyed peas behind
So I can find my way to you,
Whatever you may get into -
You are the one I always long to find,
And when this crazy time is gone,
We'll build a home down by a pond.
I'd make you a good mate - I love to cook.
I'll tell it all in my new book.
On old Cape Cod, it blows a gale.
I'll be Jonah. You be the whale.
I want to dive as deep as we can go.
Your ship is sailing for the dark,
Leave your suitcase, take my heart -
Hold me, stow me, love me very slow.
Why must this hour come to pass?
I look at you and raise my glass.
Our kisses cannot stop the scythe, the hook.
I'll tell it all in my new book.
I heard a young man sing a song,
Just that one, and he was gone
Off on the journey we all used to make.
It was a song like rain and wind,
Reminded me of where I'd been,
And that wild feeling I can't seem to shake.
I'd like to go into some shack
And wait for that kid to come back
And sing until the walls and windows shook
And tell it all in my new book.
The soldiers meet between the fights
To drink and gamble half the night
While waiting for the fresh troops to arrive.
The battlements will always stand,
According to the ancient plan,
Not a one of us gets out alive.
And as we huddled in the smoke,
I began to get the joke.
I laughed and kissed you
While the whole world shook.
I got the right to change my mind
So give to me
My hearrt and my liberty
You sold the dream and I was blind
You staged your plan
I fell for a lover's scam
Right from the start you took love fun passion
While I did all of the giving...
I want my money back
The sale is over
You keep you lifetime guarantee
Give me my moneyback
Let's call it closure
Cause what you got don't work for me
I can't believe I took so long
To work it out
Your game and what you're about
I paid the price for being so wrong
So heavily
From all that you got from me
My broken heart was just one more days work
It's what you do for a living...
I want my money back
The sale is over
You keep you lifetime guarantee
Give me my moneyback
Let's call it closure
Cause what you got don't work for me
Nah no, nah no, no-no, no-no-no...
I'll pick me up, I'll dust me off and I will start anew
Tomorrow I'll be moving on...
Without you...
I'm running to my future, but before I do
I need one last thing from you...
I want my money back
The sale is over
You keep you lifetime guarantee
Give me my moneyback
Let's call it closure
[Chorus]
Gotta bag full a money
Bag bag full a cash
I'm on give it to da bank
Day ain't even gotta ask
Gotta bag full a money
Bag bag full a cash
{Verse 1}
I walked up in the bank
They all know me
Always got money
Every time that I leave
Got money everywhere
Got money up my sleeve
Got money all over
From my head to my feet
Everytime I walk
Money's all I talk
I got more green
Than a f*ckin beanstalk
I got so much money
I take a bath in it
When it comes to money b*tch
I'm in it to win it
B*tch I make money
Just walkin down the road
I got so much money
It gets hard to even tote
So now what I do
With the money that I make
Is put it in a bag
And walk out of the bank
[Chorus]
{Verse 2}
Hit me up with a bag full a money for I go
I got so much money up in the bank you don't even know
Normally by now I would be rappin fast as Ceelo
With my rhymes comin so fast it's hard to even hear the flow
But I decided to take it a little slower for this verse
Losin my life or my money b*tch I don't know which is worse
I just make money talkin I don't even need to work
Got all these hoes on me cause where there's money they tend to lurk
Got more presidents in my wallet than in history books
Got money all over me so everyone of yall will look
I got so much money now this is the most I've ever had
I walk up in the bank and come out with a full bag
[Chorus]
{Verse 3}
This is that sh*t that attracts all the hoes
So say this sh*t as your walkin down the f*ckin road
But while you say it b*tch you need to walk real slow
And get that money in your bag and show em what you f*ckin hold
This is the high-rollers anthem that all the playas know
So say this sh*t as you're walkin down the f*ckin road:
"I get dat money"
"I get dat green"
"I get dat skrilla b*tch, know what I mean?"
"I get dat money"
"I get dat green"
"I get dat skrilla b*tch, know what I mean?"
Now that you've said it, take all the money that you have
Put it in a sack and go out and show off yo money bag
If you feel like you lost yourself
I will show you the way
If you feel like you lost your soul a long time ago
It's just a slow spin down to old dogtown
The black and white police
Are everywhere it seems
But I'm invisible
And they won't bother me
No they won't bother me
If you feel like you lost yourself
I will show you the way
If you feel like you lost your soul a long time ago
It's just a slow spin down to old dogtown
The mad cats and stray dogs
Come out the back alleys
But I'm invisible
They won't bother me
I'm ridding on my moonbike
I'm alive
I'm riding on my moonbike
But the road is so icy icy
The road is so foggy foggy
The road is so icy icy icy
If you feel like you lost yourself
I will show you the way
If you feel like you lost your soul a long time ago
It's just a slow spin down to old dogtown
Slow spin down to old dogtown
