June Marlowe (November 6, 1903 – March 10, 1984), was an American actress, who appeared in six Our Gang short subjects as the lovely schoolteacher Miss Crabtree.
Marlowe was born Gisela Valaria Goetten of German parents in St. Cloud, Minnesota. She was a prolific actress in silent films during the 1920s, appearing in films opposite John Barrymore and Rin Tin Tin. She was one of the WAMPAS Baby Stars of 1925. Her career did well until the introduction of talking pictures. Marlowe did not make an easy transition, and by 1930 she was starting to drift away from acting.
By chance, she happened to meet Our Gang director Robert F. McGowan one day in a Los Angeles, California, department store. McGowan was searching for an actress to portray the schoolteacher in the Our Gang series of children's comedies. After producer Hal Roach suggested that brunette Marlowe don a blonde wig to match the hair of the lead kid in the series, Jackie Cooper, she was given the part of Miss Crabtree.
Marlowe and Cooper were paired together in three Our Gang films, Teacher's Pet, School's Out and Love Business. She also had a small role in 1931's Little Daddy. In addition to her work in Our Gang, Marlowe appeared in fellow Roach stars Laurel and Hardy's first feature film, Pardon Us.
Bill Marlowe (also Bill Marlow and Damian Harris) is an actor in gay pornography. He is credited in over 70 films.

Plot
Vicious drug dealer Vince Ryker escapes from San Quentin with another prisoner after stabbing a guard to death and stealing what he believes to be a cannister filled with experimental heroin from the prison hospital. In reality the container is filled with cobalt-60, a highly radioactive substance which threatens the entire city if it is somehow opened. The ruthless Ryker dumps his dying cellmate and murders a bypassing motorist, burning his body beyond recognition. Assuming a new identity, Ryker heads for Los Angeles to become reunited with his beautiful girlfriend and Crown, a corrupt businessman and front man for Ryker's drug business. Fully aware of the potential dangers of the situation, the authorities are engaged in race against time to recover the cannister and avoid citywide panic.

A City in terror... Chills for millions...
A million eyes wide and wild with terror!
A half crazed man in a terror crazed town!
Vince Ryker: Let me take a look at you. You haven't changed.::Vince Ryker: [Her expression turns serious, and he looks down] You have changed. The first year you take it, and the second year you change. Then you get out.::June Marlowe: Not this way.::Vince Ryker: What difference does it make? I'm out the right way. Could you have waited eight years?::June Marlowe: I'd have waited.::Vince Ryker: For what? An ex-con? Do you know the difference between a con and an ex-con? Well, there isn't any. You're just dead meat, dishwashing the rest of your life.
Lt. Mark Richards: Did any of his friends contact you?::Eddie Crown: [Shakes his head] Just his girl once. The reason I remember is because once you've seen her, you've seen her. [He gives a knowing smile]
Eddie Crown: [to Ryker] Those clothes you're wearing look like they were made by a hopped-up tailor. They're even pulling cops out of retirement to look for you.
Dr. John Wallace: [to Richards concerning the mayor notifying the public of the danger] You could tell them it won't wipe out the whole city. There's not enough of it. It's not a bomb. However... it will contaminate entire farms, milk, butter, eggs, get carried into markets on meat and produce, into theaters and restaurants, get carried around by people on their clothes, on their shoes, on insects and birds... and on children... Then you'll have to describe the symptoms to watch out for - hoarse coughing, heavy sweat, horrible retching. Then the blood begins to break down the cells. If you merely touch your skin, the watered blood just oozes out of your pores. Finally you hemorrhage internally. Blood fills the lungs. I doubt if anyone can explain that calmly to three million people without touching off the worst panic in history.
