Diyar-e-Dil

Diyar-e-Dil (Urdu: دیار دل‎ ; lit. The Valley of Heart) is a Pakistani television drama serial, that originally aired on the Hum TV from March 17, 2015, to October 27, 2015, comprising a total of 33 episodes. Diyar-e-Dil follows the lives of a dysfunctional family led by Agha Jaan and his grandchildren, Wali and Farah. The story is told in a heavily serialized manner. Each episode follow the lives of Wali and Faarah who became the cause of reuniting the family that fell apart because of Agha Jaan's eldest son Behroze, despite their troubled relation.

Diyar-e-Dil features an ensemble cast with Abid Ali as Agha Jaan, Osman Khalid Butt and Maya Ali as his grandchildren, Meekal Zulfiqar, Ali Rehman Khan as his children and Sanam Saeed, Hareem Farooq as his daughters-in-law. It also stars Behroze Sabzwari, Tara Mahmood, Ahmad Zeb and Mariyam Nafees in recurring roles.

Diyar-e-Dil was created by Momina Duraid, and aired on Hum TV as part of a night programming all under Duraid's production company. It was written by Farhat Ishtiaq based on her novel of the same name and it is directed by Haseeb Hassan. The show is set in Skardo, Gilgit–Baltistan and Lahore, Punjab. Diyar-e-Dil premiered in Pakistan, UK, USA and UAE on March 17, 2015, with prime slot on Tuesdays.

Episode 1.1 (Primeval)

Episode 1 is the first episode of the ITV drama Primeval. The episode was aired on 10 February 2007 as a pilot for the series. The pilot became a success and was picked up before the series was aired.

Plot

At night. A Gorgonopsid emerges from the Forest of Dean pursuing Dr. Helen Cutter. Unable to find shelter in a nearby closed supermarket, Helen flees back into the forest. With no witnesses to her disappearance, she is presumed dead.

Eight years pass. At Central Metropolitan University, graduate student Connor Temple approaches his tutor in evolutionary zoology, Professor Nick Cutter, and Cutter’s assistant, Stephen Hart, with a newspaper photograph of a Therapsid-like creature. Cutter initially dismisses it as a hoax, but decides to investigate upon learning that the sighting took place in the Forest of Dean, where his wife disappeared.

At the Forest of Dean, Cutter, Stephen, and Connor find evidence of a large and powerful predator. They are joined in their search by Claudia Brown, a junior-level agent from the Home Office sent to investigate the monster sighting.

The Last Man on Earth is a 2011 Italian science fiction drama film directed by Gian Alfonso Pacinotti. Its original Italian title is L'ultimo terrestre, which means "The last earthling". The story follows a man with relational problems while aliens visit Earth. The film premiered in competition at the 68th Venice International Film Festival.

Production

Fandango produced the film in collaboration with Rai Cinema and the Toscana Film Commission. The production involved a budget of 2.3 million euro. Filming took place in Tuscany during five weeks.

Release

To market the film, a viral video was released on the Internet where the real RAI newsreader Maria Cuffaro announces that extraterrestrials have arrived on Earth. The film premiered on 8 September 2011 in competition at the 68th Venice International Film Festival. Italian distribution is handled by Fandango, and the regular release is set to 9 September.

The Last Man on Earth is an American post-apocalyptic comedy television series created by and starring Will Forte. The series premiered on Fox on March 1, 2015. The pilot episode was written by Forte and directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller. On April 8, 2015, the show was renewed for a second season, which premiered on September 27, 2015.

Plot

In 2020, Phil Miller (Will Forte) is seemingly the only human left on Earth after a deadly virus swept the planet one year earlier. An average man "who likes Star Wars, Twinkies, and sex", Phil searches North America in his RV for other survivors. After a long journey, Phil returns to his hometown of Tucson, Arizona believing that he is Earth's last surviving human. Just before he attempts suicide out of loneliness and a desire for a female companion, his prayers are answered, and he meets Carol Pilbasian (Kristen Schaal), a quirky and unusual woman.

Carol insists that she and Phil marry in order to repopulate the Earth, only for Phil to learn a day later that there is another woman alive named Melissa, a very attractive woman for whom he can barely restrain his longing. Phil, Carol, and Melissa then meet another surviving man named Todd, but Phil grows jealous after Todd and Melissa develop a romantic relationship. Soon after, Phil runs into two women named Gail and Erica but does not tell them about the others. However, his secret is exposed when the other survivors find him sneaking around with Gail and Erica. Phil is then kicked out of his home by Carol, but, after telling the truth, Carol allows him to rejoin the group and agrees to a divorce.
