First and foremost, I’ve got a real symmetry thing. Probably not a unique stand point, but if looking out my window meant these views I think I would have a case of constant vertigo. Maybe that is the feeling that photographer Michael Wolf is trying to give us with his new collection called ‘Architecture of Density.’
The German shutterbug was a native of Hong Kong for some twenty years. He liked to spend his free time photographing visual patters he found in the environment and then cluster them in groups like “Lost Laundry,” and “Informal Seating Arrangements.” Most of his works are available in the normal coffee book format and some of his collections are truly a trip.
