She pulled up half an hour late and didn't even stop near us. She just barked at me "You'll have to bring him up." I walked back to my husband, had him hold onto the shopping cart, and pulled him over to the vehicle. She loaded Ron (my husband in a wheelchair). I loaded the groceries in the back door like I always do. She told me I "had to move them" because she was getting another wheelchair. I moved them to the driver's side, up by the wall, well out of the way of a wheelchair. She scoffed, got an attitude, and said that "Wouldn't work" It has every other time - we've been riding 11 years. I only had 3 bags. I got on the vehicle. I attempted to shut the back door, which is alarmed, to stop the ungodly racket, but she blocked it so I couldn't. . I figured she was playing games so I asked her, nicely, to *please point where she wanted me to place the groceries*. I figured if my spot was "bad" she must have a "good" spot in mind. She scoffed at me again and tried to stare me down. I didn't feel like playing musical bags, especially on my birthday, especially since I had woken up with a migraine. I asked her again, and again, to please point where she wanted the bags as she continued to stare rockily at the interior of the vehicle and scoff at me. My husband, a head injury patient, is very sensitive to noise. He asked her, many times, with progressive urgency, to "please shut the door and stop the noise". She refused to do so, scoffing at him, trying to stare me down. He tried to shut the door himself but I stopped him. She got a gloating expression so I got out the cell phone and began to video. I tell her I'm making a video. I continue to ask for an indication where she wants me to put the groceries. I was perfectly willing to move them one more time but I didn't want to play games. She just stares and scoffs. When she realizes I am serious about making this video, and her job is probably in danger, she finally stomps off, shutting the door. Then she got on her cell phone literally stomping and screaming for 10 minutes, got on, and treated us as normal customers. Completely immature and unprofessional. If she hadn't been a half hour late already we would have asked for another driver. The sad thing, we've had this driver before and she has been 'fine" many times. I guess today was our unlucky day for the borderline personality disorder.
