Lips are a visible body part at the mouth of humans and many animals. Lips are soft, movable, and serve as the opening for food intake and in the articulation of sound and speech. Human lips are a tactile sensory organ, and can be erogenous when used in kissing and other acts of intimacy.
The upper and lower lips are referred to as the "Labium superius oris" and "Labium inferius oris", respectively. The juncture where the lips meet the surrounding skin of the mouth area is the vermilion border, and the typically reddish area within the borders is called the vermilion zone. The vermilion border of the upper lip is known as the cupid's bow. The fleshy protuberance located in the center of the upper lip is a tubercle known by various terms including the procheilon (also spelled prochilon), the "tuberculum labii superioris", and the "labial tubercle". The vertical groove extending from the procheilon to the nasal septum is called the philtrum.
The skin of the lip, with three to five cellular layers, is very thin compared to typical face skin, which has up to 16 layers. With light skin color, the lip skin contains fewer melanocytes (cells which produce melanin pigment, which give skin its color). Because of this, the blood vessels appear through the skin of the lips, which leads to their notable red coloring. With darker skin color this effect is less prominent, as in this case the skin of the lips contains more melanin and thus is visually darker. The skin of the lip forms the border between the exterior skin of the face, and the interior mucous membrane of the inside of the mouth.
A police officer (also known as a policeman or policewoman, and constable in some forces, particularly in the United Kingdom and other Commonwealth nations) is a warranted employee of a police force. In the United States, "officer" is the formal name of the lowest police rank; in many other countries "officer" is a generic term not specifying a particular rank, and the lowest rank is often "constable". Police officers are generally charged with the apprehension of criminals and the prevention and detection of crime, and the maintenance of public order. Police officers may be sworn to an oath, and have the power to arrest people and detain them for a limited time, along with other duties and powers.
Some police officers may also be trained in special duties, such as counter-terrorism, surveillance, child protection, VIP protection, and investigation techniques into major crime, including fraud, rape, murder and drug trafficking.
Responsibilities of a police officer are varied, and may differ greatly from within one political context to another. Typical duties relate to keeping the peace, law enforcement, protection of people and property, and the investigation of crimes. Officers are expected to respond to a variety of situations that may arise while they are on duty. Rules and guidelines dictate how an officer should behave within the community, and in many contexts restrictions are placed on what the uniformed officer wears. In some countries, rules and procedures dictate that a police officer is obliged to intervene in a criminal incident, even if they are off-duty. Police officers in nearly all countries retain their lawful powers, while off duty.

Plot
Serial chronicling the lives of the residents of Ramsay Street in the fictional Australian suburb of Erinsborough. When the series began, it revolved around three families - the Ramsays, the Robinsons and the Clarkes, living at no. 24, no. 26 and no. 28 respectively. Nowadays, the scope of the programme is much wider and only one member of the original families remains in the street. The show reached a watershed in 1997 when the last remaining original character, Helen Daniels, died. The departure of her relatives and arrival of the Scully family marked the start of a new era for Neighbours. There's never a dull moment in Ramsay Street, and despite their many feuds, the residents will always - in the words of the show's theme tune - "be there for one another".

I mean, that's natural.::Karl: And what about the kiss?::Joel: Well, I wouldn't call it a kiss as such.::Karl: A pash then.::Joel: A peck perhaps.::Susan: Gee, pecking's changed since our day, hasn't it?::Joel: Maybe it looked like a kiss.::Susan: It would have been the pressing of lips that confused us probably.::Joel: Alright, we just got caught up in the romantic mood of the maze.::Karl: And the density of the foliage.
Lou: Harold, spare me the lecture.::Harold: I'm only commenting.::Lou: Harold, spare me the comment!
Jane: Are you sure this is a good idea?::Charlene: I'm a Ramsay. We don't think about things like that.
[after a lecture from Madge]::Toadie: I'll have a coffee thanks Madge, hold the arsenic.
Joe: You need a megaphone to have a 'quiet' word with that woman Lynnie.

we sing together we sing mouth to mouth
the garden is a river flowing south
the bees are sippin honey
our tongues know the steps so well
twisted arms behind your back
leaves you dry
my thoughts are smooth
slide over each other
my thoughts are snakes
they play all the games
they know each other well
they know each others names
don't be alarmed
its only a kiss
i don't mean you harm
and i'll stop at your lips
i'd start at the wrist and
Don't give me no lip about my drinking habits
Don't give me no lip about my chasing women
Don't give me no lip about my smoking refer
Don't give me no lip don't give me no lip
Sure you might see me around a quarter after four
Sure I might come knocking baby drunk at your door
I get a little bit then I want a little more
Never really know what tomorrow has in store
So if you wanna tell me how to live my life I guess I'm gonna say
Don't give me no lip about my drinking habits
Don't give me no lip about my chasing women
Don't give me no lip about my smoking refer
Don't give me no lip don't give me no lip
So you see me with a different flavor every night
You know I like to have a little fun and feel allright
I get a little bit then I want a little more
Never really know what tomorrow has in store
So if you wanna tell me how to live my life I guess I'm gonna say
Don't give me no lip about my drinking habits
Don't give me no lip about my chasing women
Don't give me no lip about my smoking refer
Don't give me no lip don't give me no lip
I might smoke a little reefer everyday
I know it never killed anybody anyway
I get a little bit then I want a little more
Never really know what tomorrow has in store

Took her off the vegetation
Took her by the arm
Selling e-coli burgers
Couldn't do no harm

I'd use any trick
