Room:  Senate Lounge SB 382 - Dixon Modifies provisions relating to procedures in criminal proceedings SB 212 - Walsh Adds an element to the crime of aggravated or first degree stalking SB 30 - Cunningham Increases the penalty for knowingly allowing a minors to drink or possess alcohol or failing to stop a minor from drinking or possessing alcohol SB 31 - Cunningham Modifies provisions relating to controlled substances and requires probation and parole officers to arrest people suspected of violating their conditions of release SB 36 - Romine Modifies the law relating to the Missouri Human Rights Act and employment discrimination SB 100 - LeVota Expands the list of offenses eligible for expungement and requires courts to accept certain petitions for expungement under seal and to close hearings on those petitions SB 165 - Nasheed Creates a petition process for the expungement of records relating to certain criminal offenses SB 307 - Curls Expands the crimes eligible for expungement and modifies the time period a person must wait before being eligible to petition for expungement SB 410 - Wallingford Modifies provisions relating to criminal nonsupport and provides a method for expungement of a one-time offense of criminal nonsupport SB 451 - Dixon Modifies provisions relating to petitions for the expungement of criminal records **Written testimony should be submitted by e-mail (PDF format preferred) to judiciary@senate.mo.gov, one day prior to the committee hearing, for distribution to committee members.** EXECUTIVE SESSION MAY FOLLOW ON ANY BILL HEARD BY THIS COMMITTEE
