Has Ukraine emerged from the former Soviet Union to become the illicit sex tourism capital of Europe? The statistics speak for themselves... 60,000 prostitutes; 2,500 street children, making it a hub for child pornography; a third of the population in poverty; one of the fastest growing HIV rates in the world; and drug and alcohol abuse rates amongst the highest in eastern Europe. Video journalist Nick Lazaredes has been investigating Ukraine's underworld and the social problems it's causing. He also meets the people trying to stop the sex trade in the face of violence and lack of interest from the authorities. Broadcast on Dateline, SBS TV Australia on March 25th, 2010.

Japan Tourism & Vacations 2015, Japan Trip 2015 Travel Videos HD, World Travel Guide http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=World1Tube Japan, known as Nihon or Nippon (日本) in Japanese, is a nation of islands in East Asia See in Japan ============ Castles ------------ When most Westerners think of castles, they naturally think of their own in places like England and France however, Japan, too, was a nation of castle-builders. In its feudal days, you could find multiple castles in nearly every prefecture. Original Castles ------------------------ Because of bombings in WWII, fires, edicts to tear down castles, etc. only twelve of Japan's castles are considered to be originals, which have donjons that date back to the days when they were still used. Four of them are located on the island of Shikoku, two just north in the Chugoku region, two in Kansai, three in the Chubu region, and one in the northern Tohoku region. There are no original castles in Kyushu, Kanto, Hokkaido, or Okinawa. Gardens --------------- Japan is famous for its gardens, known for its unique aesthestics both in landscape gardens and Zen rock/sand gardens. The nation has designated an official "Top Three Gardens", based on their beauty, size, authenticity (gardens that have not been drastically altered), and historical significance. Those gardens are Kairakuen in Mito, Kenrokuen in Kanazawa, and Korakuen in Okayama. The largest garden, and the favorite of many travellers, is actually Ritsurin Park in Takamatsu. Rock and sand gardens can typically be found in temples, specifically those of Zen Buddhism. The most famous of these is Ryoanji Temple in Kyoto, but such temples can be found throughout Japan. Moss gardens are also popular in Japan and Koke-dera, also in Kyoto, has one of the nation's best. Reservations are required to visit just so that they can ensure the moss is always flourishing and not trampled. Spiritual Sites --------------------- Regardless of your travel interests, it's difficult to visit Japan without at least seeing a few shrines and temples. Buddhist and Shinto sites are the most common, although there are some noteworthy spiritual sites of other religions, as well. Buddhist --------------- Buddhism has had a profound impact on Japan ever since it was introduced in the 6th century. Like shrines, temples can be found in every city, and many different sects exist. Horyuji Temple in Horyuji, just south of Nara, is the world's oldest wooden structure. The beautiful Phoenix Hall in Uji is seen by most visitors to Japan on the back of the ten yen coin, if not in real-life. Shinto ---------------- Shintoism is the "native" religion of Japan, so those looking to experience things that are "wholly Japanese" should particularly enjoy them as they truly embody the Japanese aesthetic. The holiest Shinto Shrine is the Grand Ise Shrine, while the second holiest is Izumo Shrine, where the gods gather annually for a meeting. Other famous holy shrines include Itsukushima Shrine' in Miyajima, Toshogu Shrine in Nikko, the Kumano Sanzan, and the Dewa Sanzan. Kyoto also has many important historic shrines, such as Shimogamo Shrine, Kamigamo Shrine, and Fushimi Inari Shrine. Do in Japan ========== Japan's Top 100 Cherry Blossoms Spots Climb the 3776 meter Mount Fuji, an icon of Japan. Take a walk amidst thousands of cherry blossoms in Yoshino Ascend Mount Aso to see one of the world's largest calderas Visit the snowy peaks of the country's largest national park, Daisetsuzan. Climb the 2446 stone stops of the holy Haguro mountain through an amazing primeval forest. Soak in the hot springs of Japan's Onsen Capital, Beppu. Go River rafting in some of the last wild rivers in Japan in the Iya Valley Ski the world famous powder of Hokkaido or in the Japan Alps. Overnight in one of the holy temples of Mount Koya.
Thailand Travel Guide, Thailand Tourism, Thailand Vacation Travel Videos HD, World Travel Guide http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=World1Tube The jewel of the Southeast Asian travel circuit, Thailand offers astonishing diversity and a truly fascinating and accessible culture that, along with the revered Thai hospitality, makes it an incredibly popular destination. With an enticing mixture of established destinations such as Phuket and Hua Hin, and out-of-the-way palm-fringed islands, Thailand has a very exotic appeal. It caters for grungy backpacking types wanting to party into the wee hours through to those who prefer white tablecloth dining and clinking wine glasses. From staying on a converted rice barge, clambering into a jungle tree house or bedding down in a hill tribe village, the country offers a wealth of choice for all tastes and budgets. For divers, snorkelers, and those who just like swanning around on white-powder sand there are postcard-perfect beaches, and the extraordinary metropolis of Bangkok in the south, while the north offers the sublime delights of culture-packed Chiang Mai with its temple-studded old town, and cooling forests and mountain retreats. One of the best ways to access Thai culture is through a 'Monk chat' session in a local wat (temple) in Chiang Mai, where you get the opportunity to quiz the dignified saffron-robed monks about anything you like. And in the early morning, all over the country, the monks leave the sanctuary of their wats to receive alms from the people, be it in a dusty village or on crowded city streets. Buddhism is a way of life here and the Thais are also strong supporters of their monarchy. And don't forget the food! A culinary adventure awaits with tempting morsels on virtually every street corner, from traditional Royal-project run restaurants to delicious piping hot street food. Eating is as much a part of the culture here as anything else and definitely the key to local hearts. If you're lucky enough to catch a local festival, it will probably be dominated by food. The most welcoming of countries, despite being inundated with tourists and expats, it's the gentle hospitality of local people that is the strongest memory of Thailand for many visitors. And what a wonderful memory it makes. Things to see and do ======================= Northern Insight Meditation Centre Thailand is a serene and thought-provoking place to do some meditation. This centre offers an intensive month-long course and there are strict rules to be observed. The beautiful leafy setting in Chiang Mai is ideal, but there are similar places all over the country; make enquiries at local temples. Chiang Dao Thailand's highest limestone mountain can be found here amidst a jungle oasis with an excellent selection of local accommodation. A mystical warren of caves extending some 14km (8.7 miles) can be explored, and riding a bicycle is a relaxing way to explore the area around Chiang Dao. Chiang Mai - Old City The temple-studded old city of Chiang Mai with its leafy residential sois, towering city gates and crumbling walls is a highlight of the north. Exploration is best by bicycle with traffic surprisingly subdued in the city walls and there are plenty of places to stop for refreshment when escaping the heat of the day. Doi Inthanon Escape to the cooling heights of Thailand's highest peak, where jungle walks, bird watching and simply shaking the heat of the simmering plains from your back awaits. There are good roads in the park making it easy to get around and waterfalls to splash about in. Elephant Nature Park Visiting an elephant sanctuary can be a wonderful experience especially if you stick to those, like this nature park, which genuinely care for the animals instead of just making them do ridiculous antics. Visitors can help wash and care for the elephants here and no riding is allowed. JEATH War Museum The moving JEATH War Museum (JEATH representing the first letter of Japan, England, America, Australia, Thailand and Holland, the countries who lost soldiers in the region) is located in the provincial capital, Kanchanaburi and features photographs and various other memorabilia from World War II. Wat Phra That Doi Suthep One of northern Thailand's most sacred temples, Wat Suthep is perched high in the mountains overlooking the steamy metropolis of Chiang Mai below. As well as offering astounding views the temple, established in the 14th century, has a wonderful collection on Lanna Art and architecture. Bangkok's Siam Ocean World Dive with the sharks in the aquarium at Bangkok's Siam Ocean World (www.siamoceanworld.co.th), and live to tell the tale. There's a daily feeding of sharks and penguins and the deep reef zone is a fascinating glimpse into a magical underwater world.

Sex tourism is huge in Thailand and there are millions of men who come to Thailand each and every year for holidays that involve paying for sex. The men come from many different countries around the world and there are all different age groups that come to Thailand for some action. One of Thailand’s greatest attractions is the attitude of the ladies you meet. Most will treat you as their “boyfriend” from the time they meet you until the time you depart company. It is this experience that truly makes Thailand one of the most exceptional and exotic sex travel destinations in the world. A Thailand sex vacation today is certainly a very different thing to what it was 30 years ago. Much of the difference is due to the ongoing development of the Thai economy in general. Thailand is no longer the desperately poor country it once was, and it is catching up with the West all the time. This will inevitably change the nature of the pay-for-pleasure industry as time goes by, most notably in the form of higher prices. These days, it’s much harder for older men to get the real good lookers, but it’s still possible, it all depends on how much you are willing to pay, if you have enough cash, you can get any working girl to hang off you and as anyone who has been to Thailand knows, Thai women are happy while the money is flowing. There are more and more younger guys now coming to Thailand and these guys are spoiling most of the older guys fun as they are occupied with them instead and the price to get a good looker goes up because of this. Gone are the days of very cheap girls prices with the full service and girl friend experience, to get this now, you have to dig deep and pay much more and if you are older, you most often have to pay even more.

Oman Travel Guide, Oman Vacation, Oman Tours, Trip to Oman Travel Videos HD, World Travel Guide http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=World1Tube Things to see and do in Oman Al-Ansab Wetland ------------------------- This wetland, the eagle capital of the world, is the place to go birdwatching with more than 280 different species on view. To see flamingos, spoonbills and flocks of wading birds head to Barr Al-Hickman, one of Oman's 16 national nature reserves Barka ---------- Don't miss the lively fish market here. Watch locals standing around the auction floor bid for fish of all colours, shapes and sizes, while fishermen young and old land the night's catches on the huge beach outside, running up the sand with filled crates and fish threaded on lines. Bimmah Sinkhole ------------------------- This enormous sinkhole is mesmerising, its wonderful geological shape and still green-blue waters (a result of salt and fresh water mixing together) creating a picture of beauty. It's worth the long climb down (and back up again) to dip your toes in the water and to get a closer view of the 40m-wide (130ft) basin. Empty Quarter ------------------------- The largest desert in the Arabian Peninsula, north of Salalah, is the place to enjoy an exhilarating 4-wheel drive off-road experience, exploring territory that had not been crossed until just 80 years ago. Grand Mosque, Muscat ------------------------- Be wowed by gold, crystals, Italian white marble, a 10-tonne crystal chandelier lit by 1,122 bulbs and a 21-tonne carpet woven in one piece by 600 Iranian women. The women's room is much smaller than the men's. It took six years to build the mosque, whose huge gold dome and tall minarets dominate the skyline. Ras Al Jinz ---------------- Ras Al Jinz, near Sur, is the only place to spot protected turtles. More than 50,000 females make their way slowly up the beach every night to lay their eggs, before slipping back to the sea before dawn. July to October is the peak time for turtle watching. Rustaq Fort ------------- The sheer beauty of this mighty fort comes into view as you approach. It has been beautifully restored and is a maze of corridors, stairways, prettily-carved archways and fascinating rooms including the sultan's guest room, winter room, prison and women's and girls' rooms adorned with pretty bracelets, teapots and delightfully painted ceramics. Wadi Sahtan ------------------ Explore the beautiful ravine of Wadi Sahtan in the Rustaq region on a 4-wheel drive guided jeep tour. Pass by small ancient villages, beautiful, still green pools, 14 million date palms, and craggy cliffs, stopping off for a picnic lunch beneath the towering peaks. Best of all, enjoy the thrill of splashing at speed through small rivers along the way. Al Mughsayl blowholes ------------------------- These blowholes provide an amazing natural water display. During the monsoon, when sea levels rise and currents become more active, water surges though rock cavities, resulting in a superb display of gushing water. Al-Hoota Cave -------------------- You will encounter some of the country's limestone wonders at this cave, reached by Oman's only train It extends for 5km (3 miles) underground and the cave lake contains several species of blind fish. Bahla Fort ------------- This is one of the most impressive fortified settlements of its kind in the world and one of Oman's many World Heritage sites. Like several of its listed sites, it is not yet open to visitors. Before you leave, buy a souvenir pot from local Bahla potters but don't rub it - Bahla is famous for genies! Beach picnic --------------- Spend a day the Omani way with a picnic and the company of friends on the beautiful beaches of Yitti, Seifa or Quiryat or in the lush oleander-flowering wadis of Dayqah, Shab and Tiwi. Forts and castles ------------------------- Scale the battlements of one of Oman's many forts and castles in the old capital cities of Nakhal or Rustaq, and examine why honey wasn't always sweet for unwanted guests at the imposing Al-Hazm, Nizwa or Jibreen Forts. Muscat ----------- To get a true feel for Oman's whitewashed capital, follow the Muttrah Corniche from the lively fish market, past the balconied buildings of the Muttrah Souk and old Muscat to the Sultan's Palace, which shelters beneath the 16th-century Portuguese forts of Al Jalali and Al Mirani. Nizwa -------- Renowned for its early-morning livestock market, winding alleyways and silver handicrafts, Nizwa was the country's capital during the sixth and seventh centuries. Buy copper and handicrafts from artisans at the souk.

This session looks into how the reality of consumer wellness tourism trends and habits have recently been quantified and qualified through the research carried out by the Global Spa and Wellness Summit in conjunction with leading research company SRI International in a report entitled 'The Global Wellness Tourism Economy'. Benchmarking the size of this niche market for the first time makes a difference to how public and private companies, governments and industry stakeholders react. We will discuss how this knowledge has been, and is, manifesting change within the fastest growing tourism sector.

Lying at the most northern and accessible end of Fiordland National Park, Milford sound offers some of the world's most staggering coastal scenery with its dramatic peaks and dark blue waters. The area's frequent downpours only enhance this South Island beauty, sending numerous waterfalls cascading down the cliffs. Bay of Islands ========== The Bay of Islands is one of the most popular holiday destinations in New Zealand. The picturesque area contains 144 islands, many secluded bays and some great sandy beaches. This beautiful bay has an abundance of marine life including whales, penguins, dolphins and the big marlin. Not surprisingly, it is a popular tourist spot for sailing yachts on world cruises and international sport fishermen. Tongariro National Park =================== The first national park of New Zealand, Tongariro is known for its surprises and extremes. The park's diverse range of ecosystems includes tranquil lakes, active volcanoes, herb fields, untamed forests and desert-like plateaus. Start your trek at the Whakapapa Visitor Center, just a three hour hike from the stunning Taranaki Falls. The short hike will take you through scrubland and forest and across the lava line of volcanic eruptions from hundreds of years ago. Rotorua ======== Rotorua is known as the thermal wonderland of New Zealand. There are numerous geysers and hot springs in and around the city. Many of these are in parks and reserves. Natural eruptions of steam, hot water and mud occasionally occur in new locations. Nearby Wai-O-Tapu is also a popular tourist attraction with many hot springs noted for their colorful appearance, in addition to the Lady Knox Geyser. Franz Josef Glacier ============= This glacier, located within Westland National Park in the southwest, is one of the world's most accessible. Visitors can walk right up to the foot of the massive glacier or take a helicopter ride over the dazzling Ice Age remnant. Together with Fox Glacier it is one of South Westland's major drawcards for tourists. Kaikoura ======== This small coastal town on the South Island is a haven for seafood lovers. You can spot fur seals, dolphins, sperm whales and albatrosses off the shore, then indulge in a feast of fresh crayfish, mussels, blue cod and more. Land lovers can take a wilderness walk through the untamed and dramatic Kaikoura forest. Napier Art Deco ======== Napier, a small city in Hawke's Bay on the North Island's east coast, is famous for its eye-catching art deco architecture. Most of Napier was leveled by an earthquake in 1931. The rebuilding period coincided with the short-lived Art Deco era and as a result Napier's architecture is strikingly different from any other city in the world. Thousands of tourist visit Napier every February for the Art Deco Weekend, an event dedicated to the style, vintage cars, picnics and the soapbox derby. Sky Tower =============== The Sky Tower is an observation and telecommunications tower located in New Zealand's largest city. At a height of 328 meters (1,076 ft) it is the tallest free-standing structure in the Southern Hemisphere and the Sky Tower has become an iconic structure in Auckland's skyline. The tower offers views of up to 80 km away and fine dining in the Orbit revolving restaurant. Abel Tasman National Park =============== Located on the northern tip of the country's South Island, this vast national park is a hiker's dream. Closed to vehicles, one must enter by boat, foot or small plane, but the trip is well worth it. While traversing the mountainous terrain, blue penguins, wekas, oyster catchers, wood pigeons and other rare birds can all be seen. Coromandel Peninsula ============== This north-eastern peninsula is famous for its white and golden sand beaches that frame magnificent coastal scenery, forests perfect for days of exploration and other natural wonders. Start your visit in Thames, a small but picturesque city with a rich history of gold mining. Don't miss a stop at Hot Water Beach, where visitors can dig their own hot pool from the springs under the sands. ====================== New Zealand tourist attractions, New Zealand Tourism, New Zealand Nature, NZ cities, NZ full video HD, New Zealand HD, New Zealand Travel, New Zealand Travel Guide, New Zealand Vacations, New Zealand Landscape, New Zealand Tours, Top Tourist Attractions in New Zealand, Milford Sound, Bay of Islands Tongariro, National Park, Rotorua, Franz Josef Glacier, Kaikoura, Napier Art Deco, Sky Tower Abel Tasman National Park, Coromandel Peninsula

New Delhi, April 1 (ANI): Julianne Moore has reportedly been dropped from becoming the face of Turkey's Tourism Campaign, due to her "poor acting". According to the reports, the Oscar winning actress, had shot a promotional film in Los Angeles last year titled, 'Home Of', where she was seen revisiting her childhood journeys to Turkey, but the Culture and Tourism Ministry rejected her "poor" performance and asked for a re-shoot, which she has refused to do, an online portal reported. Meanwhile, the Turkish Culture and Tourism ministry officials have declined to release any official statement on the 'Still Alice' star's cancellation. There was a loss of 1.5 million dollar due to the cancellation of the 4 million dollar project, revealed the owner of 'Iconisus and I Mean It', the advertising agency behind the campaign. It has also been reported that choosing Moore to become the face of the campaign had caused controversy from the beginning itself and many prominent figures had opposed her role and even slammed her "depressive persona".

Jamaica Observer 2015-04-06Tourism is travel for recreational, leisure or business purposes. The World Tourism Organization defines tourists as people "traveling to and staying in places outside their usual environment for not more than one consecutive year for leisure, business and other purposes".
Tourism has become a popular global leisure activity. In 2010, there were over 940 million international tourist arrivals worldwide, representing a growth of 6.6% when compared to 2009. International tourism receipts grew to US$919 billion (€693 billion) in 2010, corresponding to an increase in real terms of 4.7%. As a result of the late-2000s recession, international travel demand suffered a strong slowdown from the second half of 2008 through the end of 2009. After a 5% increase in the first half of 2008, growth in international tourist arrivals moved into negative territory in the second half of 2008, and ended up only 2% for the year, compared to a 7% increase in 2007. This negative trend intensified during 2009, exacerbated in some countries due to the outbreak of the H1N1 influenza virus, resulting in a worldwide decline of 4.2% in 2009 to 880 million international tourists arrivals, and a 5.7% decline in international tourism receipts.
Babe it's time
to tell me that it's over,
tell me that it's over,
it's plain to see.
And this time
we won't be starting over,
no crying on your shoulder
into the heart shaped sea.
Oh you've been a-running
from our door
and you've been enchanted
by the gracious voice of love.
Babe it's time
to look me in the eyes,
time to say goodbye,
it's clear to me.
And this time
I won't let you down,
you can turn around,
I'll set you free.
Oh you've been a-sailing
from our shore
and you've been enchanted
by someone from afar.
Babe it's time
to gather all the harvest,
to pray before the winter
and sail the heart shaped sea.
Oh you've been a-running
from my love
and you've been enchanted
by the powers up above.
