Best of Manny Pacquiao versus Chris Algieri Fight Highlights Venetian Macau Cotai Arena. Pacquiao versus (vs.) Algieri: The Clash in Cotai Return. The "Fighter of the Decade" and World Boxing Organization Welterweight Champion Manny Pacquiao took on New York's undefeated WBO Junior Welterweight Champion Chris Algieri at The Venetian Macao's Cotai Arena on Sunday, November 23, 2014 and emerged victorious with a unanimous decision after knocking down Algieri six times in a lopsided fight where Pacquiao dominated every round. Pacquiao defeated Brandon Rios in Macau on Nov. 23, 2013, in the first HBO Pay-Per-View bout from outside of the U.S. The Filipino star is coming off an April 2014 victory in a rematch over Timothy Bradley. Algieri earned the bout by scoring an upset of Ruslan Provodnikov in a WBO super lightweight bout on June 14 at the Barclays Center in New York. Landing a fight with Pacquiao is a startling rise for Algieri, who began 2014 as a virtual unknown while fighting on ESPN2 Friday Night FIghts shows. The fight likely won't do a massive number on pay-per-view, but promoter Bob Arum has repeatedly said he's not worried about that. The fee the Venetian pays to land Pacquiao will more than cover the shortfall in pay-per-view revenue. Fights that are held outside of the U.S., particularly in an international venue, tend to have dramatically lower pay-per-view sales or television ratings. The Pacquiao-Rios bout sold only around 450,000 buys, much lower than Pacquiao had been doing. But upon his return to the U.S., he did roughly 750,000 sales with Bradley in April. Pacquiao, who has won two in a row after suffering back-to-back defeats in 2012 to Bradley and Juan Manuel Marquez, improves his record to 57-5-2 with 38 knockouts.

Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, is a region on the southern coast of China geographically enclosed by the Pearl River Delta and South China Sea. Hong Kong is known for its expansive skyline and deep natural harbour, and with a land mass of 1,104 km2 (426 sq mi) and a population of over seven million people, is one of the most densely populated areas in the world. Hong Kong's population is 93.6% ethnic Chinese and 6.4% from other groups. Chinese President Xi Jinping has visiting Macau to mark the 15th anniversary of the former Portuguese colony's return to China. He urged people in the territory to respect the "one-China" principle. Like neighbouring Hong Kong, Macau is a special autonomous region and has experienced protests by pro-democracy activists.
More than 100 people have marched in Macau, demanding universal suffrage for the election of the chief executive. The rally took place on Saturday, the 15th anniversary of the return of the territory to China from Portugal. The protesters included people who took part in recent pro-democracy protests in Hong Kong. Holding yellow umbrellas, the symbol of the Hong Kong protests, they chanted slogans calling for the election of Macau's chief executive through a popular vote. A 22-year-old protestor said she was moved by the demonstrations in Hong Kong. She said she wanted to convey the significance of universal suffrage to more people. The Macau government blocked student leaders and members of pro-democracy organizations in Hong Kong from entering the territory.

Macau ---------------------- Lying 65km to the west of Hong Kong, Macau is a city of duality. Its fortresses, churches and the food of its former Portuguese colonial masters speak to a uniquely Mediterranean style on the China coast, intermixed with alleys, temples and shrines. On the other hand, it's also the 'Vegas of the East' -- the Special Administrative Region of Macau is the only place in China where gambling is legal. Macau city have a so many tourist place's. Travel video about destination Macau in China. After 466 years, Portugal handed back the city of Macau to China. It is small and museum-like, a fine example of colonial Portugal on the South China Sea. The Fortaleza Do Monte is a typical Portuguese fortified complex strategically located on a hill above the old cathedral in the heart of the city. Its many old canons and mighty fortress walls are reminders of those times when invasion was a constant threat. The old centre of the city is the triangular Largo Do Senado, Senate Square. Its wonderful colonial buildings with their light-colored facades were built at the end of the 19th century and completely renovated in the final decade of the 20th. Macau's largest Buddhist temple, Templo de Kun Iam Tong, dates back 400 years to the Ming Dynasty when its original foundations were built. Beyond its main gate, just off a busy street in the north of the city, is a peaceful oasis of silence and contemplation, a mystic place in which stone lions, golden Buddhas and all who visit are surrounded by serene, aromatic wisps of smoke. The beautiful Jardim de Lou Lim Ioc Park is situated in the northern less touristy business district of the city. It was designed in the 19th century by a wealthy Chinese trader, Lou Kau. This marvelous oasis is an idyllic setting with a lotus pond, rocks, grottos and waterfalls. Excursions are available on restored motorized junks that leave from the City's harbor several times a day. Taipa is the larger of the two islands that belong to Macau. The tangled and narrow alleys in the centre of Vila da Taipa abound with rural character and Portuguese street signs are painted on azulejos. The island's shops and light-colored houses would be equally at home in Portugal. Although the Macau of today has much contemporary flair, it continues to enjoy a rich colonial inheritance that is well worth seeing.
Macau, considered by many to be the Las Vegas of the Far East, is only a short ferry ride away from Hong Kong, China. When we decided to visit we thought we'd spend most of our time checking out casino; however, what we discovered was a city with a unique colonial history (Portuguese) and some of the best street food in all of Asia. In terms of attractions, most people who come to visit Macau may only come for the gambling. That's a shame. Attractions such as Senado Square and the ruins of Saint Paul Cathedral await those who explore its old city quarters. With architecture that seems as though it belongs more in Portugal or Brazil you'll find this city is east meets west in many regards. For those with adventurous taste buds regional culinary delights such as Macau egg tarts, pork chop buns and almond cookie are on plentiful display. We simply couldn't stop eating Macanese street delights during our brief stay in Macao. The essential Macau Travel Guide – Dino and Julio of Soler tour us around the best places to eat, drink, shop, and play in Macau. Macau (Chinese: 澳門), also spelled Macao ( /məˈkaʊ/), is one of the two special administrative regions of the People's Republic of China, the other being Hong Kong. Macau lies on the western side of the Pearl River Delta across from Hong-Kong which is to the east, bordering Guangdong province to the north and facing the South China Sea to the east and south.
The territory's economy is heavily dependent on gambling and tourism, but also includes manufacturing.
Macau is a former Portuguese colony, and is both the first and last European colony in China. Portuguese traders first settled in Macau in the 16th century and subsequently administered the region until the handover on 20 December 1999. The Sino-Portuguese Joint Declaration and the Basic Law of Macau stipulate that Macau operates with a high degree of autonomy until at least 2049, fifty years after the transfer. Macau was first lent by the Chinese empire as a trading port in the 16th century, and had to administer the city under Chinese authority and sovereignty. In 1887, Macau became a colony of the Portuguese empire and its sovereignty transferred to the Portuguese.

Ghosts are scared
of falling down.
Ghosts are scared
of falling down.
It's hard to see.
He said to me.
It's hard to see.
He said to me.
Tried my best
Failed the test.
Did my worst.
Came in first.

Of all I knew, her held too few.
And would you stop me, if I try to stop you.
Old songs stay 'til the end.
Sad songs remind me of friends.
And the way it is, I could leave it all
And I ask myself, would you care at all.
When I drive alone at night, I see the streetlights as fairgrounds
And I tried a hundred times to see the road signs as Day-Glo.
Old songs, stay till the end.
Sad songs, remind me of friends.
And the way it is, I could leave it all

Ghosts in the photograph
never lied to me.
I'd be all of that
I'd be all of that.
A false memory
would be everything.
A denial my eliminent.
What was that for?
What was that for?
What would you do
if you saw spaceships
over Glasgow?
Would you fear them?
Every aircraft,
every camera,
is a wish that
wasn't granted.
What was that for?
What was that for?
Try to be bad.
Try to be bad.
'Cause this music can put a human being in a trance like state and deprive it for the sneaking feeling
of existing. 'Cause music is bigger than words and wider than pictures. If someone said that Mogwai
are the stars I would not object. If the stars had a sound it would sound like this. The punishment
for these solemn words can be hard. Can blood boil like this at the sound of a noisy tape that
I've heard. I know one thing. On Saturday, the sky will crumble together (or something)
with a huge bang to fit into the cave.
I can hear the birds singing to me, outside.
Talk to cats for a while.
Try so hard to turn a life, inside out.
Everyone knows when to smile.
But I don't see too much these days.
'Cause I don't want to.
"Let me go" she said.
And I'll find it.

We gotta... we gotta do something about this.
When do you think you could make it over here? How long?
I could try and get... 45 minutes maybe.
Right.
I'll try.
OK.
But we got to sort this out.
OK. I'm just gonna go, I'm going to head off just now and just try to speak to some people about this.
Well you got to do something.
Yeah.
Cause if we don't take care of this then... I don't even want to think about it. Hello.
Hi Colin.
Hiya.
It's Martin.
Hi Martin.
I'm sorry to bother you.
It's alright.
But we've got a bit of a sketch going on here.
What? What?
Well, it's pretty hard to explain.
So tell us. What?
Right. We were down at Vics and Stuart and Dominic got into a bit of a row.
Hmm hmm
And Stuart was getting a bit stroppy with Dominic and it ended up with Dominic punching Stuart and walking out.
Hmm hmm
Saying he's not coming back. Stuart's saying that he's out and stuff like that.
Right.
Stuart's away as well.
Where's Stuart away to?
He just phoned his dad and left.
And is John still there?
No he went away with Stuart for some reason. To try and calm him down or something. It was a full bloody sketch man. I don't know what to do. We've this thing on Tuesday.
Right. Kind of limited to what I can do. ??????

Are you still into it? 'cause I'm still into it.
We haven't had sore bits for about a fortnight.
Am I your only one? 'Cause you're still my only one.
But if you need more, I'll just do it in some, right.
We should go into town and spend some money.
We could go to the pictures and see something funny.
We'd share a popcorn and we can go to the pub at night.
We can get right tanked up and go home and have a fight.
Will you still miss me, when I'm gone?
Is there love there, even when I'm wrong?
Will you still kiss me, if you find out?
I will now leave you but don't follow me.
We could go into town and spend some money.
We could go to the pictures, go and see something funny.
Share a popcorn and when it's finished we could go to the pub at night.
And get right pissed and go home and have a fight.
Will you miss me, when I'm gone?
Is there love there, even when I'm wrong?
Will you still kiss me, if you find out?
I will leave you and I will miss you.

I'll tell you about punk rock: punk rock is a word used by dillitante's and ah... and ah... heartless manipulators about music that takes up the energies and the bodies and the hearts and the souls and the time and the minds of young men who give what they have to it and give everything they have to it and it's a... it's a term that's based on contempt, it's a term that's based on fashion, style, elitism, satanism and everything that's rotten about rock'n'roll. I don't know Johnny Rotten but I'm sure... I'm sure he puts as much blood and sweat into what he does as Sigmund Freud did. You see, what sounds to you like a big load of trashy old noise is in fact the brilliant music of a genius, myself . And that music is so powerful that it's quite beyond my control and ah... when I'm in the grips of it I don't feel pleasure and I don't feel pain, either physically or emotionally. Do you understand what I'm talking about? Have you ever felt like that? When you just couldn't feel anything and you didn't want to either. You know? Like that? Do you understand what I'm saying sir?
