Darragh \d(a)-rra-gh\ is a name of Irish origin. The name is derived from the Irish word doire, which means "oak" or "Rascal." Darragh is frequently used in Ireland as either a male or a female given name, and it also occurs as a surname. Darragh is an anglicisation of the name Dáire. The spelling varies, with variations such as Dara, Dairi etc.
In Celtic mythology, Darragh, also meant Dagda, the Celtic god of the underworld, it also means strength perseverance.
Darragh in other languages includes:
In Persian Dara (Persian: دارا) means "wealthy" and is a boy's name. It is also the name of a male doll, and Dara and Sara are sold as "Iran's Islamic alternative to Ken and Barbie". In Persian, Darius and Dariush are also common male names stemming from the same origin. In the words of Lady Francesca Wilde, "is worthy of note, while on the subject of Irish and Iranian affinities, that the old Persian word for tree is dar, and the Irish call their sacred tree, the oak, darragh." Modern Persian's general word for tree is derakht. Fruitless trees such as the Oak Tree for the Irish or the Platanus for the Persians served very similar roles in the ancient mythologies of these peoples. Lady Wilde said "it is recorded that Xerxes before going to battle invoked victory by the Sacred Tree, and hung jewels and rich robes on the boughs." The commonality of names such as Darragh, Dara, Dariush, and Darius are all modern invocations of a similar ancient word.

Small but with a HUGE personality and oodles of energy, Darragh is the slapstick star of the series. Forever laughing and joking, he’s not one for taking life too seriously and if there’s ever a chance to muck about he’ll seize the opportunity. But in amongst all the bravado, Darragh can be a sensitive soul, with a true passion for the environment and wildlife, and his general knowledge is impressive. He’s also super creative, which will prove invaluable for the many makeover tasks the team tackle throughout the six weeks. Darragh Joyce is 14 years of age and lives in County Galway. His favourite subjects are maths, science and art. He enjoys school and learning new information. The sports he plays are soccer, football and swimming. He loves marine animals and has been fascinated by them...
Blackburn Rovers youngster Darragh Lenihan was delighted to have made his senior debut against Millwall, coming on as a first half substitute replacing Matt Kilgallon, and he's now more determined than ever to get more first team action under his belt. A product of the academy, the young Irishman has been been working hard and impressing in training and feels his loan period at Burton has helped him develop massively as a footballer and person.

(Tricky and A. Smith -> Aka Ambersunshower ) ...
Ambersunshower :
She's been waiting for that special someone
Anguished by the tears left behind them
Fortifying all that lying
Putrid taste left in her mouth
Chorus :
(Ambersunshower sings while Tricky raps)
Ambersunshower :
Follow me, follow me
Down
Follow me, follow me
Down
Tricky :
Yeah, c'mon
Let's do the maniac
Maniac, bumping like a brainiac
Brainiac, I don't remember [?]
Land me down, touch me down at heathrow
Reach down, the first time I ever feel
Bouncers [face?] on 57th st
Calm down, I feel a cool breeze and
Not particular
I think I found a reason
[For I saw?] what I saw
Ambersunshower :
She's been waiting for that special someone
But then look what she's got left
Fortifying all that lyingputrid taste left in her mouth
Chorus :
(Ambersunshower sings while Tricky raps)
Ambersunshower :
Follow me, follow me
Down
Follow me, follow me
Down
Tricky :
Yeah, c'mon
Let's do the maniac
Maniac, bumping like a brainiac
Brainiac, I don't remember [?]
Land me down, touch me down at heathrow
Reach down, the first time I ever feel
Bouncers [face?] on 57th st
Calm down, I feel a cool breeze and
Not particular
I think I found a reason
[For I saw?] what I saw
A: contamination cramps the surface
blood runs cooler than you flow
she is hiding smiles behind whispers and tears
chaos reaches higher ground
Ambersunshower :
Chaos, chaos, chaos
Ambersunshower :
