A suplex is an offensive move used in professional sport wrestling . The move consists of one wrestler picking up his or her opponent off the ground (or mat) and then using a large portion of his or her own body weight to drive the opponent down on the mat. Nearly all suplexes have the attacker going down to the mat with the opponent landing on his or her back. For example, common in professional wrestling is the vertical suplex, which has the wrestlers begin face-to-face, then the attacker forces the opponent's head down and locks the opponent's arm around it. The attacker then places his or her opponent's arm around the opponent's own head, to force opponent up and over. At the zenith the opponent's body is upside-down and vertical above the attacker. The attacker falls backwards onto his or her own back, using his or her body weight to slam the opponent down onto his or her back.
In Olympic and amateur wrestling there exists a move called a suplay, a Greco-Roman wrestling term. This is probably the origin of the suplex term since amateur wrestling predated professional wrestling. During his career, pro wrestling commentator Gordon Solie used the soo-play pronunciation (as has the AWA's Rod Trongard and Terry Taylor), but almost all other pro wrestling talent pronounces it sue-plex; this suggests the two names define the same kind of move. The origin of the word suplex is the French word souplesse (flexibility).

Army of the Pharaohs (AOTP or A.O.T.P.) is a hip hop supergroup originating from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, formed by Jedi Mind Tricks MC, Vinnie Paz in 1998.
The original incarnation of the group included five MCs: Vinnie Paz, Chief Kamachi, Esoteric, Virtuoso and Bahamadia, along with Jedi Mind Tricks producer Stoupe the Enemy of Mankind and producer/DJ 7L (of 7L and Esoteric fame). The group released their debut EP/single "The Five Perfect Exertions" b/w "War Ensemble" in 1998. Both tracks were later included on JMT's 2000 album Violent by Design; with "The Five Perfect Exertions" being remixed into "Exertions Remix", and both "Exertions" and "War Ensemble" shedding Chief Kamachi's appearance. The Army of the Pharaohs project was put on the back-burner while JMT's career took off.
The group wouldn't return until 2005 without Virtuoso and Bahamadia. The group was now composed of Paz, Kamachi, 7L & Esoteric, Outerspace, Apathy, Celph Titled, Reef the Lost Cauze, Des Devious, Faez One and King Syze. After years of anticipation, the group recorded their debut album, The Torture Papers. It was released in March 2006 on Babygrande Records. The album was produced by AOTP affiliates such as DC the MIDI Alien, Undefined, Beyonder, Loptimist, and German producer Shuko. The album featured the single "Tear It Down" b/w "Battle Cry", the former featuring a music video, and the latter was a posse cut featuring nine of the group's then ten members. The album debuted in the top 50 on Billboard's Top Independent Album chart, and hit #42 on the magazine's Heatseekers chart. An unofficial continuation of The Torture Papers soon began circulating around the internet called The Bonus Papers. It was composed of tracks not released on the album.
Pull right in here, no time to spare
I've got a flat that just can't wait
I cant go that fast
I need some new tires
Keep your pants on son
We'll fix it just as fast as we can
Les says that it's free beef time
Load up on tires. Let them shine
New radials, some jerky too
Let's have a sexy picnic
[Verse 1: Des Devious]
It's Des, you know the nigga that'll never spit a whack rhyme
I'm too devoted on the concept of being?
You shook as an old fact, Pharaohs is born to shine
And body a motherfucker, won't do a bit of time
My area's on the mic like none other grind
Older than adolescent boys and past?
A slang editor level box, this beat bang
If? is touching goons stick you for loose change
Yeah that's your last six bucks, bitch boy duck
Run for cover, rounds spinning graze your wife and mother
Syze, Demoz, Vinnie Paz, and Des D
Bringing this animal rap so niggas bless me
[Verse 2: Demoz]
D is for the way I demolish niggas
E is for the way I exit the room without being spotted, nigga (Can't spot me, nigga)
M is for the multiple bullets inside the gun
O is for the obstacle you thought I couldn't overcome
Z is for the way I'm zoned out (Zoned out)
I'm pulling the chrome out, I shoot a nigga's flesh till his bones out
I don't give a fuck about police (I don't give a fuck)
Nigga you know me, I shoot under pressure like Kobe
Then hop in the whip and just take off
If you ain't in my circle then I'm giving everybody like eight off (Everybody)
Chainsaw massacre, I'm ripping his face off
Fuck a bar of soap, I stuff a sock with an eight-ball
[Chorus:]
If you a nigga with an issue and got access to a pistol
Listen closely put your clip in the gun (Put your clip in the gun)
If a nigga hating on you cause you nice and he the opposite
Listen closely take a sip of this rum, shoot his bitch and his son
Now if a cop is following you and you know you riding a dirty
Grab your pistol and get ready for war, nigga we ready for war
So if they catch you and sitting for an army in a cell
Kill yourself, give em a story to tell, give em a story to tell
[Verse 3: King Syze]
Eh yo this ain't no breaking news, just happens we been murking it
Hurting shit permanent, populate some turbulence

And we get up in the lab and make music for us
We chasing the main phrase you know in God we trust
And the skills never change, staying strong and forever reign
Haters love to talk but believe man they never gain
Mic ministry spitting misery every single day
For that little bit of pay we spit metal your way
We get hectic for a monster is mounting the scrilla
Money is the root of all evil man, it makes me a killer
[Verse 4: Vinnie Paz]
It's on now, I'm coming at you with machetes and hatchets
Everything I do is brutal, incredibly graphic
Of mice and men motherfuckers you tend to the rabbits
Suicidal, I wish the Unabomber sent me a package

I just know I'm running through motherfuckers like Reggie Bush
I don't think I'm lazy, I just need a steady push
Then I'm ready with the Beretti for any petty crook

You a pussy, you running from the sound of the Hawk
I turn a rock into rubble, you get ground into dirt
