Before his accession to the throne, he served as heir apparent and held the title of Prince of Wales for longer than any of his predecessors. During the long reign of his mother, Queen Victoria, he was largely excluded from political power and came to personify the fashionable, leisured elite.
The Edwardian era, which covered Edward's reign and was named after him, coincided with the start of a new century and heralded significant changes in technology and society, including powered flight and the rise of socialism. Edward played a role in the modernisation of the British Home Fleet, the reform of the Army Medical Services, and the reorganisation of the British Army after the Second Boer War. Edward fostered good relations between Great Britain and other European countries, especially France, for which he was popularly called "Peacemaker", but his efforts were unable to prevent the outbreak of World War I in 1914.
Plot British empire monarch George V and his wife Queen Mary decide to hide their last-born son, Johnnie, from the public, being embarrassingly affected by epilepsy. While his protective elder brother is ruthlessly groomed for court life, Johnnie gets packed off to a country cottage on the royal estate Sandringham. With his full-time governess Lalla, a substitute-mother, he's abandoned to playfulness and virtual social neglect. The Great War and the Russian Revolution change life in Britain, also at court, even at Sandringham, where royal refugees are expected.
The heartbreaking story of the prince that history forgot
Quotes:
Prince John: [about the Tsar who is swimming in the sea] He looks like an emperor fish!
Prince George: [Speaking about Prince John] He was the only one of us who was able to be himself.
Queen Mary: I am English. From top to toe, from toe to top. I am English, from top to toe, from toe to top. I am English, from top to toe, from toe to top.
Plot As William will probably be in his fifties by the time he becomes king, part two looks at how best he might occupy his time while he waits for his future job to become vacant. The most important thing he will have to do before then is find a suitable wife to provide him with an heir. He should also find a suitable job in the interim, however, history shows this is usually far from easy to achieve.
Plot Virginia-born Lady Astor is the first woman to sit in Parliament. Her outspokenness in unpopular causes leaves her open to heartbreak, public and private.

“The British Royal Family is actually a fake – it’s a fraud. It’s Flat Lie Royal. It’s been an illegitimate non-Royal Family since at least 1901/1902, but really it’s been an illegitimate Flat Lie Royal, non-Royal Family since 1852.”
Contending that Queen Victoria had a firstborn son before King Edward VII and that son, whose name is “Marcos Manoel”, was born in wedlock legitimately, and that he is the True King of England, and his descendants are the True King of England – the true Monarchs of England: Greg effectively made a superior claim to the English Royal family than Elizabeth Windsor, from the Saxe-Coburg and Gotha royal dynasty.
While friends and associates of Greg cannot confirm his death with 100% certainly, they fear the worse having not heard from him for weeks.
Having survived at least 12 attempts on his life, it would seem the 13th attempt has been fatal.
From an interview on the 26th of July 2012 hosted by Jim Fetzer and Jim Viken.
Greg Hallett: Well, you know, it was the 12th one, and I thought, you know, the 13th is trying to be a bit too lucky.
The interviewer is a prick (in my opinion) but an interesting interview non-the-less.

It was Elgar's Enigma Variations that made his name as a composer, at the age of forty-two. Today, Enigma is widely seen as the first real musicial masterpiece to emerge in Britain since the dead of Henry Purcell two centuries earlier. In the manuscript score the word "Enigma" is written over the original theme, with its contrasted strains of major and minor. Elgar later said that this theme represented "the loneliness of the creative artist", and one may assume that it therefore represents Elgar himself. He also said there was "another and larger theme" which "goes" through and over the whole set but is not played. Whether this second theme is a popular melody or a symbolic idea such as friendship has never been established and probably never will be.
First performed in London in June 1899 and conducted by Hans Richter, Elgar dedicated the Variations "to my friends pictured within," and they form an irresistible sequence of character studies, culminating in the composer's rousing, assured self-portrait - as though he were telling those friends, "See what you have made of me.". But Elgar also confessed that the music contained a "dark saving", adding that the theme itself expressed his enduring sense of the "loneliness of the artist". So like many of Elgar's finest works, Enigma reveals two very different personae: the robust, brimming confidence of the self-made English gentleman and the restless, melancholic introspection of the outsider. Thet Elgar gentleman and the restless, melancholic introspections of the outsider. That Elgar was truly both is one of the aspects of his music that makes him fascinating. That is not the whole story: Enigma is also about warmth of feeling, tunefulness, and lively humor, and even - an unashionable word today - Nobility.
At the end of an overlong day laden with teaching and other duties, Edward Elgar lit a cigar, sat at his piano and began idling over the keys. To amuse his wife, the composer began to improvise a tune and played it several times, turning each reprise into a caricature of the way one of their friends might have played it or of their personal characteristics. "I believe that you are doing something which has never been done before," exclaimed Mrs. Elgar. Thus was born one of music's great works of original conception, and Elgar's greatest large-scale "hit": the Enigma Variations. The enigma is twofold: each of the 14 variations refers to a friend of Elgar's, who is depicted by the nature of the music, or by sonic imitation of laughs, vocal inflections, or quirks, or by more abstract allusions. The other enigma is the presence of a larger "unheard" theme which is never stated but which according to the composer is very well known. The identity of the phantom tune left the world with the composer, and guesses have ranged from "God Save the King" to a simple major scale.
This apparatus aside, the variations contain some of the most charming and deeply felt music Elgar ever penned, more than redeeming the work from the status of mere gimmickry. The main theme is hesitating, lean and haunting, and is reprised with the passionate first variation that represents Caroline, the composer's wife, a constant source of encouragement and inspiration.
IX. Nimrod - The most beautiful and famous of the variations, this music describes a nighttime walk and encouragement to composer, recalling Beethoven's determination in adversity. Nimrod was a biblical hunter.

Elizabeth II a fraud? | Interview with Greg Hallett | Proxy To The Throne Of England
Elizabeth II a fraud? | Interview with Greg Hallett | Proxy To The Throne Of England
Greg Hallett born 15 September 1961 in Wellsford is an essayist and theorist REALITY of New Zealand.
Hallett has built his work around a denunciation of the British monarchy as hawkish agent of world domination.
Greg Hallett claimed to be adopted by the True Royal family of England, and was elevated to Lord Chancellor to speak on their behalf.
“I am acting as Proxy, as stand-in for the True Monarch and the True Prince of Wales.”
Posted on TheWorldOfTruth.net, Greg Hallett makes the extraordinary statement:
