YAHWEH Our Redeemer Sabbath Synagogue- Sabbath Sermon (Feast of Passover, Igbo)- PART 3
The General Overseer, Pastor Joshua Oluah preaches on the essence of observing the upcoming Feast of Passover and Unleavened Bread in holiness, eagerly preparing for it, its significance and why it should be celebrated instead of Easter! JESUS CHRIST who we all look up to and wish to be like celebrated this Feast and laid HIS life down for my sake and yours during this Feast and NOT during Easter! Easter isn't biblical and is not associated with GOD or JESUS CHRIST Our Saviour. The Feast of Passover and Unleavened bread is an everlasting decree given to us by GOD to be celebrated in the month of Nissan/Abib (March/April), which is the first month of a new year in GODS calendar, the biblical calender (Jewish Calendar) remember HIS mighty works in Egypt from generation to generation and to also remember JESUS CHRIST who laid HIS life down for us during this period. For more information please visit www.yorss.org N.B: For those who don't understand the language, it is called Igbo, the language spoken in the eastern part of Nigeria. In future we will endeavor to have translations to English for you to understand but for the meantime may you be blessed by the praise, worship and little translation given above. YAHWEH Our Redeemer Sabbath Synagogue- Feast of Purim 2013 (Igbo Sermon)
YAHWEH Our Redeemer Sabbath Synagogue- Feast of Purim 2013 (Igbo Sermon)
Members of YORSS came together to celebrate the 14th day of the month of Adar (February) which is the 12th and Last Month of the year in GODS calendar (The Jewish Calendar). This day according to the book of Esther Chapters 8 and 9 marks the day that GOD delivered the Israelite's in Persia from the evil plots of Haman. This is what we all should celebrate in the month of February and not St. Valentines day. Val's day as it's popularly called has no biblical root, significance or association with GOD. In your own time please read the book of Esther as it is a very interesting story and yet again shows the power and might of GOD Almighty. When all hope seems to be lost, at the last minute HE proves HIMSELF! For more information please visit www.yorss.org Translation: The General Overseer, Pastor Joshua Oluah is explaining the significance of this celebration and why Israel is also known as the Holy Land, because they observe the statues and commandments of GOD.
