I am a 23 year old Masters of Occupational Therapy student with a bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology. I moved to Austraia last year from the states to be closer to my family and to pursue a masters degree. I have dual citizenship between America and Australia and have been in childcare for 10 years now, working with all ages. I held a job over the past year as a full time nanny for a family with a one-year old and a five-year old. I have had seven years of experience working closely with The Muscular Dystrophy Association and have been a camp counsellor at a camp in upstate NY working closely with children diagnosed with a variety of forms of MD. I have worked with children with special needs, including autism and have attended several workshops outside of my university study regarding children with special needs. I am living in Bruce, have a car, and although I am studying, I don't have many contact hours during the week and would be happy to work out a schedule that works for both parties.
