Management Team

MATT RIGNEY

Chief Excecutive Officer

Matt leads operations and commercial initiatives for Getprice and is responsible for day to day management of our team. Matt has been with Getprice for 5 years after joining from Fairfax where he was International General Manager of IT Media managing their global B2B operations. Matt also spent 5 years at IDG media as a Publisher and Sales Director for a number of their tech-focused properties. Matt has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney.

DAVID WHITEMAN

Chief Marketing Officer

David leads marketing, product development and innovation for Getprice. Prior to joining Getprice, David was the Head of Market Insights at Google Australia where he led strategy, research and analysis for the local media sales teams and planned and executed all B2B marketing activity. David also spent time at Sensis as Product Manager building a new e-commerce business for the Trading Post. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of the Witwatersrand.

NIV SCHWARTZMAN

Chief Technical Officer

Niv is the co-founder of Getprice and leads the technology team and all R&D. Previously Niv was Co-founder of Naltec, Israel’s first ISP managing all technology and platforms. He also served as CTO for Gogo.co.il, a large-scale web publisher. Niv is also Co-founder of AudienceTV, a global online video media company and an advisor to Value Comparisons Australia. Niv holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Computer Systems.

CHRIS HITCHEN

Co-founder / Director

Chris is the former chief executive officer and original co-founder of Getprice. Prior to his current role, Chris was Executive Director - Local & Commerce at News Digital Media where he oversaw a number of digital businesses in the News Ltd. portfolio. Chris is a Co-founder of AudienceTV and a non-executive Director for Value Comparisons Australia. He is an active investor and advisor in the Australian startup community.

JARED OKEN

Co-founder / Director

Jared is the former COO of Getprice and co-founder. He is a serial entrepreneur with over 12 years experience in the technology, online media and ecommerce sector. He has helped found and advised a number of online startups in numerous markets including Israel, Australia and the US. Jared is also currently the Co-founder of AudienceTV and a non-executive Director for Value Comparisons Australia.
