Welcome to the baking industries only recognised national pie and paste competition.

The Australia's Best Pie Comp and The Great Aussie Pastie Comp are conducted by the Baking Association of Australia the industries peak body.

Both these competitions carry industry prestige and pride as they are conducted by the industry and for the industry. Both competitions are also supported by key industry allied traders and judged to an industry standard criteria used and recognised nationally.

The ability to have an industry body conducting such a prestigious competition allows industry the valuable feed back and assistance to improve and allow customers the knowledge that they are buying quality endorsed pies and pasties.

The competition is held at Food Service Australia Trade Show Sunday 31st May - Tuesday June 2nd 2015 visitors are also able to talk to judges, receive up to the minute tips on making perfect pies and pasties from our demostration area.

The overall national winners of both competitions receive a wonderful promotional prize courtesy of sponsors and the national body the BAA. There is no other way than to allow the industry to assist and promote your business for receiving one of the National titles.
