        The Bank itself is good. I have online saving accounts and a mortgage and it is awesome doing banking without going places to pay bills or have to go to the bank itself (GREAT) but promises made to me after paying an upfront fee of $50.00 to replace my credit card after it was lost took longer than promised one day replacement. I was given my $50.00 back after complaining but promises must not be broken when offered and paid for in advance and my mortgage took a month to process as it should have only taken a week or so as it was an open straight forward loan.
