The Commonwealth Bank is a great bank to be with. They keep upgrading and coming up with new ideas all the time to try and help their customers. I have been with the Commonwealth for 20 years now and I know that I will be with them for 20 more. I would advise anyone to give them a try.I guarantee that you will not be sorry. The only reason you would be sorry for is not joining with them before when you realise how great they really are.

Highly recommend a credit card from the Commbank. I've been using one for several years and providing you pay in full each month, you don't get any interest charges. You also accrue points which can be used to purchase items from the catalogue. This is an easy way to handle your money, always used card, pay only one monthly amount.

Great customer service and competitive products. My whole family is with NAB and it makes getting money to each other so easy! And they're up to date with the latest technology, I rarely need to enter a branch. But when I do I'm met with great service and quality branches.

Have been with this bank since day dot and have never felt the need to change the provider as nothing I have requested has ever been an issue. I can honestly say that each and every person I have dealt with in the bank in branch online or phone has ever caused me any angst.

I love this Bank. Whenever I call or visit they are always very polite and helpful. I am never made to feel my question is small and foolish. I am also sent a text message to remind me when my payment is due so I do not get charges. To me this is an excellent service.

Customer service is bad, their online and mobile banking is archaic at times and the amount of times I have to call them because they have blocked overseas transactions whilst I am travelling overseas, even after informing them of my travels, is ridiculous.
