Check this evil (censored) out, she’s a prosecutor for BBC TV Licensing. The women she went after let the BBC into her house but they couldn't get a live signal on the TV so no laws were broken but Capita (Run TV Licensing for the BBC) need a result so took her to court for ‘obstruction’ This (censored) plays on her disability and has a blue badge but as you can see can walk more than 20 metres without a problem and she’s using a DLA car for work, doubt it’s insured for business either! -

I also remove their Implied Rights of Access. The TV Licence agents agree with me and agree to stop sending me extortion bills. Feel free to use this information to stop receiving extortion bills from the TV Licensing agency.

A television licence (or broadcast receiving licence) is official permission required in many countries for the reception of television broadcasts, or the possession of a television set. The licence is sometimes also required to own or receive radio broadcasts. A TV licence is generally a hypothecated tax for the purpose of funding public broadcasting, thus allowing public broadcasters to transmit television programmes without, or with only supplemental, funding from radio and television advertisements.
The early days of broadcasting presented broadcasters with the problem of how to raise funding for their services. Some countries adopted the advertising model, but many others adopted a compulsory public subscription model, with the subscription coming in the form of a broadcast licence paid by households owning a radio set (and later, a TV set).
The UK was the first country to adopt the compulsory public subscription model with the licence fee money going to the BBC, which was formed on 1 January 1927 by Royal Charter to produce publicly funded programming yet remain independent from government, both managerially and financially. The licence was originally known as a radio licence.
