Safety glass is used in all shower screens as this is a requirement by law.  The glass used can be clear, slump, tinted or frosted.  However, when using tinted glass, be aware that it may change the look of your tiles.  Tinted glass may also show up soap scum and other marks more easily than other forms of glass.
