China's CPI up 1.4pc on fruit, veggies

China's consumer prices rose more than expected in February, which may ease concerns about deflation risks and take some of the pressure off policymakers to take more stimulus action. The consumer price index rose 1.4 per cent last month compared to a year earlier.
