No Nonsense is a brand of women's legwear, owned by Kayser-Roth (itself a subsidiary of Golden Lady), sold at many food, drug, mass and club outlets. Today, in addition to hosiery, tights and dress socks, they also offer sleepwear, panties, sporty style socks, novelty socks and foot comfort products, as well as socks for men and children.

No Nonsense (officially trademarked as No nonsense) was introduced by the Kayser-Roth Corporation (then owned by Gulf+Western) in 1973, as an inexpensive brand of legwear, including pantyhose, tights, and control tops. By 1978, the brand introduced the first control top pantyhose, No Nonsense Control Top, with a green-coloured package. By the mid-1980s, No Nonsense products started to be made using a production process called 16-point graduation, a technical breakthrough in pantyhose knitting from Kayser-Roth that allowed for improved fit and comfort.

During the 1990s, No Nonsense introduced Great Shapes, the first "shaping pantyhose" that combines traditional pantyhose with the figure-enhancing effects of body shapers, Sheer Endurance, a sheer, strong hosiery collection. In 1997, No Nonsense introduced the Transparent Control Top. Kayser-Roth's Calvin Klein brand of hosiery introduced a similarly invisible control top pantyhose around the same time. A year later, Kayser-Roth introduced its first age-defying hosiery products for No Nonsense and HUE (a sister brand to No Nonsense) legwear. Both brands began utilizing technology that delivers therapeutic benefits to women's legs. In 1999, No Nonsense introduced Almost Bare pantyhose.

Fela Anikulapo Kuti (15 October 1938 — 2 August 1997), or simply Fela ([feˈlæ]), was a Nigerian multi-instrumentalist musician and composer, pioneer of Afrobeat music, human rights activist, and political maverick.

Fela was born Olufela Olusegun Oludotun Ransome-Kuti in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria into a middle-class family. His mother, Funmilayo Ransome-Kuti was a feminist activist in the anti-colonial movement and his father, Reverend Israel Oludotun Ransome-Kuti, a Protestant minister and school principal, was the first president of the Nigerian Union of Teachers. His brothers, Beko Ransome-Kuti and Olikoye Ransome-Kuti, both medical doctors, are well known in Nigeria. Fela was a first cousin to the Nigerian writer and Nobel laureate Wole Soyinka, the first African to win a Nobel Prize for Literature.

Fela was sent to London in 1958 to study medicine but decided to study music instead at the Trinity College of Music. While there, he formed the band Koola Lobitos, playing a fusion of jazz and highlife. In 1960, Fela married his first wife, Remilekun (Remi) Taylor, with whom he would have three children (Femi, Yeni, and Sola). In 1963, Fela moved back to Nigeria, re-formed Koola Lobitos and trained as a radio producer for the Nigerian Broadcasting Corporation. He played for some time with Victor Olaiya and his All Stars.

Jimmy Bruno (born July 22, 1953) is an American jazz guitarist.

Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Bruno started playing at the age of 7. He began his professional career at the age of 19, touring with Buddy Rich. Among his many credits, he is the only guitarist to have ever led Frank Sinatra's band. He played for many years in Los Angeles before returning to the Philadelphia area.

He counts Johnny Smith, Hank Garland, Joe Pass, Tal Farlow, Wes Montgomery, Howard Roberts, Jim Hall, and Pat Martino amongst his influences.

In March, 2011 Jimmy opened up Jimmy Bruno's Guitar Workshop, a website that allows students to learn directly from Jimmy through video lessons. A student can watch video lessons of Jimmy teaching, record a video and send it to Jimmy for his review.

Sir Isaac Vivian Alexander Richards, KNH, OBE (born 7 March 1952) is a former West Indian cricketer. Known as Viv (or King Viv), Richards was voted one of the five Cricketers of the Century in 2000, by a 100-member panel of experts, along with Sir Donald Bradman, Sir Garfield Sobers, Sir Jack Hobbs and Shane Warne. In February 2002, he was judged by Wisden to have played the best One Day International (ODI) innings of all time. In December 2002, he was chosen by Wisden as the greatest ODI batsman of all time, as well as the third greatest Test batsman of all time, after Sir Don Bradman and Sachin Tendulkar.

Richards was a very powerful right-handed batsman with an extremely attacking style, besides being an excellent fielder, and a handy off-spin bowler. He is often regarded as the most devastating batsman that ever played the game by cricketers, journalists, fans and others alike, and played his entire career without a helmet, across the 17 years from 1974 till 1991.

Several prominent personalities including former cricketer and legendary fast bowler and all-rounder Imran Khan and noted writer John Birmingham are of the opinion that Richards was the best ever batsman against genuine fast bowling. Many other former players of the game rate him extremely high overall as a batsman. Richards was also Crowe's cricketing idol along with Donald Bradman, Garfield Sobers and Greg Chappell.
