In musical terminology, tempo (Italian for time, plural: tempi) is the speed or pace of a given piece. Tempo is a crucial element of any musical composition, as it can affect the mood and difficulty of a piece.
The tempo of a piece will typically be written at the start of a piece of music, and in modern Western music is usually indicated in beats per minute (BPM). This means that a particular note value (for example, a quarter note or crotchet) is specified as the beat, and the marking indicates that a certain number of these beats must be played per minute. The greater the tempo, the larger the number of beats that must be played in a minute is, and, therefore, the faster a piece must be played. Mathematical tempo markings of this kind became increasingly popular during the first half of the 19th century, after the metronome had been invented by Johann Nepomuk Mälzel, although early metronomes were somewhat inconsistent. Beethoven was the first composer to use the metronome, and in 1817 he published metronomic indications for his (then) eight symphonies. Some of these markings are today contentious, such as those on his "Hammerklavier" Sonata and Ninth Symphony, seeming to many to be almost impossibly fast, as is also the case for many of the works of Schumann.
Casa de Leones (English: "House of Lions"), also known as Los Leones, were a Puerto Rican reggaeton group.
The members of the group are Miguel A. De Jesús (Guelo Star), Jaime Borges and Héctor Padilla (J-King & Maximan), Randy Ortiz and Joel Muñoz (Jowell & Randy). All five members began their music career writing and producing for other artists, establishing them in the world of reggaeton and rap. In 2007, they joined forces and were taken on by the reggaeton producer of Black Lion Records, Elías De León.
Their first studio album was released on June 26, 2007, and their single hit song No Te Veo reached #4 in The Billboard Hot Latin Charts.
As of 2008 Los Leones stopped performing as a group, however since this was a result of poor contract negotiation and not of any animosity within the group, no official break-up was announced. The 5 members are still signed by White Lion and still have a close working relationship.
John Titor is the name used on several bulletin boards during 2000 and 2001 by a poster claiming to be a time traveler from the year 2036. In these posts he made numerous predictions (a number of them vague, some quite specific) about events in the near future, starting with events in 2004. However, as of 2012, these events appear not to have taken place; he described a drastically changed future in which the United States had broken into five smaller regions, the environment and infrastructure had been devastated by a nuclear attack, and most other world powers had been destroyed.
To date, the story has been retold on numerous web sites, in a book, and in a play. He has also been discussed occasionally on the radio show Coast to Coast AM. In this respect, the Titor story may be unique in terms of broad appeal from an originally limited medium, an Internet discussion board.
The first post appeared on the Time Travel Institute forums on November 2, 2000, under the name TimeTravel_0. At the time the posts had nothing to do with future events and the name "John Titor" was not being used. Instead, the posts discussed time travel in general, the first one being the "six parts" description of what a time machine would need to have to work (see below) and responses to questions about how such a machine would work. Early messages tended to be short.
Maria De Filippi (born 5 December 1961) is an Italian television host. She is one of the most popular Italian presenters in Italian television.
De Filippi was born in Milan, Lombardy, but grew up in Pavia where her family moved when she was ten years old. She is married to talk show host Maurizio Costanzo with whom she has an adopted son.
She has hosted numerous talk shows broadcast by Mediaset's Canale 5 such as Uomini and donne and C'e posta per te. From 1993 until the present day (2012), she has hosted on Canale 5 the talent show Amici, which changed its name in 2002 to Amici di Maria De Filippi. Similar to the American series Fame, it features a school with two groups of aspiring young singers and dancers who compete against the other, performing live before an audience, and a panel of judges and instructors. Albanian-born dancer Kledi Kadiu was a regular performer on the programme.
In 2001 she hosted Telegatto with Gerry Scotti. Since 2009, she has been one of Italia's Got Talent's judges and producers.
Luciana Littizzetto (born 29 October 1964 in Turin, Piedmont) is an Italian comedy actress and writer from Piedmont in NW Italy. She grew up in the San Donato district, where her family owned a milk and cheese shop.
Luciana graduated in 1984 from Torino Conservatory with a piano playing degree. She later obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Turin, College of Letters and also attended an acting school in Moncalieri, a suburb of Turin.
She became a school teacher, but kept her stand-up comedy and acting skills in check, by performing at local theaters in Torino and province. Television appearances on Maurizio Costanzo Show allowed her to eventually give up on the teaching career and focus on her entertainer talents.
In 1993, she was part of the Cielito Lindo TV show cast, playing the sketch character Sabrina. As such she had her first catch phrase: "Minchia Sabbry!" Luciana Littizzetto is very famous in Italy for her irreverent gags, where she lampoons government ministers and church prelates alike. She created numerous famous characters and entertained the Italian public with her fertile and varied Television, Film, Theater and Literary work. In recent years, together with moderate TV personality Fabio Fazio on the TV show Che tempo che fa she brings attention to cultural, social and political facts that confirm her as a prominent mind of contemporary Italy.

Quelle vere pi? profonde e pi? leggere
Ed il telefono interromper? ogni conversazione inutile
E spegneremo con un clic questa invasione insopportabile
E gli orologi segneranno l'ora di cambiare
E canteremo sound of silence come simon e garfunkel
(hallo darkness my old friend)
Verr? il tempo in cui daremo nuova logica alle cose
E sar? il tempo in cui daremo ancora senso alle parole
Quelle vere pi? profonde e pi? leggere
Tempo e logica
We wrote a new song, we were looking for some money
Thought hard about the lyrics, thought we'd make em kinda funny
But halfway through we hit a snag, what do you do
When you can't find a speed to set it to?
Some of us were thinking "make it fast, loud and proud!"
While Matt suggests we let the groove be determined by the bounce of
the crowd
Or maybe we could take it slow?
But, pray tell, do you know if we could handle the flow?
Tell me do you like it?
Fast or Slow?
Tell me do you like it?
Tell me do you like it fast or slow?
One night when I was younger, took a walk with this girl
Looking for some privacy so she could rock my world
I found a darkened little corner, thought i better warn her
"This won't be an easy ride."
She laughed as she looked at me with knowing eyes
As if to let me know she's been with plenty of guys
And as my hands met her thighs, mood started to rise
She says "There's just one thing I need to know..."
Tell me do you like it?
Fast or Slow?
Tell me do you like it?
Tell me do you like it fast or slow?
There's something fast about the way that I live
I say "I don't wanna walk up a hill, I want to jump off a cliff"
Another way I just don't know
In getting high, getting low, only two ways to go.
Tell me do you like it?
Fast or Slow?
Tell me do you like it?

They kiss like it's going out of style
They never leave without a smile
She cries and he wipes her cheeks
He melts whenever she speaks
Her voice is soft just like the wind
She lifts her head up and holds her chin
up so it's facing toward the sky
She'll never let time pass her by
She never lets time pass her by [x3]
I wrote this song in the tempo of your windshield wipers
so when it's raining, you won't forget his name
you won't forget his name [x2]
These stars won't replace the colours of your eyes
We won't stand for this [x2]
These stars won't replace the colours of your eyes
I wrote this song in the tempo of your windshield wipers
so when it's raining, you won't forget his name
you won't forget his name [x4]
I wrote this song in the tempo of your windshield wipers
so when it's raining, you won't forget his name
