Ayesha Raza is now summing up. 1.40pm Over in Tredegar for the People's March, a representative from the Trade Unionist and Socialist Coalition (TUSC) said: "Do you think Aneurin Bevan would have accepted cuts to the NHS? We need a national integrated NHS. Private companies can walk away from a contract any time they want. Imagine if a nurse did that." A group from Darlington who made national news by marching 300 miles from Jarrow to London last summer for this very cause are on the bandstand. 1.36pm In Cardiff Bay there is still plenty going on following the 1st Battalion Welsh Guards St David’s Day Parade: 1.30pm Rain and hail is falling in Tredegar and the crowd gave Michael Sheen a "thunderous applause" following his speech where he said: "There is never an excuse to not stand up for what you believe."
