Sal Solo (born Christopher Scott Stevens, 5 September 1961, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, England is an English singer.
Solo began his career with an obscure band called The News, who only released one 7" single on GTO Records. Later, he achieved fame as the lead vocalist of the pop group, Classix Nouveaux who were one of the first wave of New Romantic bands in the UK along with the likes of Japan and Ultravox. They released three albums with EMI Records. Solo also achieved some notability as the singer for the French Space Rock group Roketz, who were one of the most popular bands in Italy.
Classix Nouveaux had number one hits in Poland, Portugal, Israel, Iceland and other countries in the early 1980s. They also had one Top 20 and various other Top 50 hits in the United Kingdom, including "Is It a Dream", which reached #11 in the UK Singles Chart. They toured extensively in more than 30 countries, selling out big arenas. Their most fanatical following was, and still is, in Poland, where they were one of the first Western bands to tour in Communist times, after martial law was lifted.
Jennifer Damiano (born May 12, 1991) is an American actress and singer, most known for originating the role of Natalie Goodman in Next to Normal on Broadway. She was nominated for the 2009 Tony Award for Best Performance by a Featured Actress in a Musical for her performance in that musical. She most recently appeared in Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark on Broadway as Mary Jane Watson; the musical opened officially on June 14, 2011.
Damiano was born in Rye Brook, New York. From a early age, she took voice lessons and joined a children's theatre, The Random Farms Kids' Theater, playing parts such as Dorothy in "The Wizard of Oz", the title role in Cinderella, Gertrude in "Seussical" and Marion Paroo in "The Music Man". Her father, Mark, owns an amusement company, and her mother Nancy works at a hospital. Damiano is one of three children. Her brother Pat attends University of Tampa, and her sister Elizabeth graduated as an arts management major at Purchase College in May 2011. As Damiano began her acting career, she stayed enrolled in her hometown's public high school, where she graduated in 2009.[citation needed]
Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13, 1989) is an American singer-songwriter and occasional actress. Raised in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, Swift moved to Nashville, Tennessee at the age of fourteen to pursue a career in country music. She signed to the independent label Big Machine Records and became the youngest songwriter ever hired by the Sony/ATV Music publishing house. The release of Swift's self-titled debut album in 2006 established her as a country music star. "Our Song", her third single, made her the youngest sole writer and singer of a number one song on the country chart. She received a Best New Artist nomination at the 50th Grammy Awards.
Swift's second album, Fearless, was released in late 2008. Buoyed by the chart success of the singles "Love Story" and "You Belong with Me", Fearless attracted a crossover audience and became the top-selling album of 2009. The record won four Grammy Awards, with Swift becoming the youngest ever Album of the Year winner. Fearless also received Album of the Year plaudits at the American Music Awards, Academy of Country Music Awards and Country Music Association Awards, making it the most awarded album in country music history. In 2010, Swift released her third album, Speak Now, which sold over one million copies in its first week. She then embarked on the 111-date Speak Now World Tour, which was attended by over 1.6 million fans and has become one of the highest-grossing concert tours of all time. The album's third single, "Mean", won two Grammy Awards for Best Country Song and Best Country Solo Performance. Swift is currently recording her fourth studio album, due for release in the fall of 2012.

I never promised you
It would last forever
We took it one day at a time
But when I held you close
I felt your desire
I saw the love that's in your eyes
Sacred heart don't you bleed
We got time on our side
We just can't let love slip away
Your all that I want
Your all that I need
I just can't let you go away
I know that you've been hurt
Let's face this thing together
Running away only makes things worse
I've been down that road before
Too many broken hearted
There's no easy ride but we'll get there
Sacred heart don't you bleed
We got time on our hands
We just can't let love slip away
Your all that I want
Your all that I need
I just can't let you go
All that I want is you
And I won't let you down
All that I want is you
And I'm not fooling around
Sacred heart don't you bleed
We got time on our side
We just can't let love slip away
Your all that I want
Your all that I need
I just can't let you go away

Freedom
And a chance for a better world
Freedom
Tonight
Freedom
And a chance for a better world
Freedom
Tonight
Everywhere you go there's someone
Trying to put you down
They'll rip you off for what you got
Even mug you for a pound
Violence like a cancer it's a prehistoric age
The more we have the more we want
In these 21st century days
There is no discipline or values anymore
Respect so long ago went out the door
The jungles full of animals with gold dust
In their eyes while the ghost of past
Generations shed a tear
Still there's something that's worth fighting for
Still there's something that's worth living for
Streets are full of psychopaths and weird
And savage beasts
The system looks the other way
While the maniacs run free
It seems we've lost all decency
Our spirit and our pride
Cause we're all in for ourselves
Who cares who lives or die
But if you try and make a stand
You won't get far
Cause they own the strong arm of the law
Money talks and money walks everybody's got a price
As long as someone out there's still prepared to pay
Still there's something that's worth fighting for
Still there's something that's worth living for
Freedom
And a chance for a better world
Freedom
Tonight
There is no discipline or values anymore
Respect so long ago went out the door
The jungles full of animals with gold dust
In their eyes while the ghost of past
Generations shed a tear
We try and bring our children up to learn
Whats right and wrong
We give them things we never had but
Still they come on strong
It seems the world 's a frightning place
If your growing up today
Cause no one listens anymore
To what you have to say
But if you try and make a stand
You won't get far
Cause they got the strong arm of the law
Money talks and money walks everybody's got a price
As long as someone out there's still prepared to pay
Still there's something that's worth fighting for
Still there's something that's worth living for
Freedom
And a chance for a better world
Freedom
Tonight

Churchill had a sign for it
Nelson lost an eye for it
Shakespeare wrote the words
We all salute you
The Beatles rocked the world with hits
Errol Flynn starred in it
Rolls Royce made the others sick
We're still making history
Oh we ruled the waves
Oh we ruled the waves
Drake he sank the Spanish ships
Her majesty reigns over it
Remember world cup sixty six
And dear Bobby Charlton
The Rockers and the Mods
Blackpool and its Tower
Morecamb and the wise
Sir Lawrence Olivier
Oh we ruled the waves
Oh we ruled the waves
All this is England's Glory
Lie back and think of all the things we've done
All this is England's Glory
No-one can take away our finest hour
Robin and his merry men
The hall of fame at No. 10
Guy Fawkes lit the Parliament
And went for the big one
Henry and his wives
Rupert is bear
Richard of the round
And Billy Smarts Circus
All this is England's Glory
Lie back and think of all the things we've done
All this is England's Glory
No-one can take away our finest hour
All the Hooray Henrys go to Oxford and Cambridge
While the working class build the motorways
The Royals choose their brides while they're out
Playing Polo but no-one gives a damn cause we like it that way
Maggie's kept the boys in place
Prince Charles grows a Monarch's face
Concorde roars and sets the pace, the reading of the Times
Tales of Sherlock Holmes, it's great to be British
Oh we ruled the waves
Oh we ruled the waves
All this is England's Glory
Lie back and think of all the things we've done
All this is England's Glory
No-one can take away our finest hour

I was looking for something just a sign
When I saw something moving in the sky
Seemed to start a reaction there was fire
Then the lightning it struck
And the flames got higher
I wanted to run
I wanted to hide
Something just seemed to take over my mind
I couldn't feel what was happening to me
Everything just getting out of control
When the light came on I saw
Visions of the future
In the night I thought I heard
Voices speaking to me
When the light came on I saw
Visions of the future
In the night I thought
Started seeing these pictures on the wall
It was the strangest of place, I'd never
Been before
Everything was so life like so real
In the temple o' knowledge
I felt no fear
A feeling of power ran through my veins
I was about to receive second sight
I couldn't explain why they gave it to me
Everything just getting out of control.
When the light came on I saw
Visions of the future
In the night I thought I heard
Voices speaking to me
When the light came on I saw
Visions of the future
In the night I thought
I wanted to run
I wanted to hide
Something just seemed to take over my mind
I couldn't feel what was happening to me
Everything just getting out of control
When the light came on I saw

Bring on the dancing girls
There's pink champagne on ice
He's so outrageous you gotta go
Just to see the show
Valentino had the looks
He also had the style
But this guys got everthing and more
Thats for sure
Play that song again, turn up the radio
Just sit back and watch I like the video
Just a victim of his time
A star that he wanted to be
A kinda magic so unique
His like again we'll never see
Just a victim of his time
A star that he wanted to be
A kinda magic so unique
His like again we'll never see
I love that rhapsody
It reminds me of a time
Bring back those memories to me
Like it used to be
The pleasure you gave to us
It just goes on and on
The music's so sweet like a vintage wine
Gets better all the time
Play that song again, turn up the radio
Just sit back and watch I like the video
Just a victim of his time
A star that he wanted to be
A kinda magic so unique
His like again we'll never see
Just a victim of his time
A star that he wanted to be
A kinda magic so unique
His like again we'll never see
See him there standing in the light
A showman to the world
Living out his royal reign in his own way
Strutting around in that style of his own
A prima donna to the crowds
A messenger from the gods
Sent to spread the word
Bring on the dancing girls
There's pink champagne on ice
He's so outrageous you gotta go
Just to see the show
Valentino had the looks
He also had the style
But this guys got everthing and more
Thats for sure
Play that song again, turn up the radio
Just sit back and watch I like the video

Standing in an empty room
Staring at the walls of gloom
Trying to fix my mind on some romantic place
Thinking of a different time
When music played and we drank wine
And freedom was a dream we shared together
If it's not black and it's not white
Won't you tell me what your looking for
If I'm not wrong and you're not right
Won't you tell me what your looking for.
I gave you all I had to give
Money to spend a place to live
But all you did was use me like a stepping stone
You only ever wanted me
To get you where you had to be
I took you in but then you went and let me down
If it's not black and it's not white
Won't you tell me what your looking for
If you're not wrong and I'm not right
Won't you tell me what your looking for.
You went the other way the bright
Lights held a fatal charm
You had to know what it's like
To ride out on the merry go round
You always loved the wealthy ways
Flashy cars and power craze
You'd sell your soul if it ment getting to the top
There's nothing that get's in your way
To vou life's just a game we play
We're all part of your outrageous master plan
If it's not black and it's not white
Won't you tell me what your looking for
If you're not wrong and I'm not right
Won't you tell me what your looking for.
If only they knew what we're doing
Who knows, we might have a chance
If only they'd hear what I'm saying
God knows, we might have a chance
To make a contribution
A standing Institution
I remember the dream
Who can see where we're going?
Maybe there's room for a change
Time slips like sand through my fingers
Sometime I feel so old
Is it worth the mind games?
Am I going insane?
Oh, come in from the cold
I wanna make it in my own time
For absent friends and faces
I wanna stay when the lights go up
The show it wasn't wasted
I wanna make it in my own time
For absent friends and faces
I wanna stay when the lights go up
In a sea of faces
Why am I always the loser?
God knows I'm not like the rest
You can survive on the surface
I wish I could too
Always walking the same road
Always carrying the same load
Come in from the cold
I wanna make it in my own time
For absent friends and faces
I wanna stay when the lights go up
The show it wasn't wasted
I wanna make it in my own time
For absent friends and faces
I wanna stay when the lights go up
(Dave Hill-Steve Watts)(Cloth Cap Songs)
Hey you pretty boys and girls
D'ya really wanna make it?
I like the sexy ones
With the long blond curles
We'll supply the make-up
You don't need to know a thing about rock'n'roll
The record's already a hit
There's been a million sold
Straight out of Hollywood
Like all of our heroes
Straight out of Hollywood
We're going to the Rock Show
We're gonna take you all the way
Down Sunset Boulevard
We'll spare no extravagance
Straight out of Hollywood
Do you all wanna play some rock'n'roll?
Do you all wanna stand out in the light?
Who wants to drive a Cadillac?
Who wants to live in Beverly Hills?
Straight out of Hollywood
Like all of our heroes
Straight out of Hollywood
We're going to the Rock Show
We're gonna take you all the way
Down Sunset Boulevard
We'll spare no extravagance
Straight out of Hollywood

Sound the early warning
Now put on your mask
Get behind the heat shield
They got poison gas
Missile knows the time and place
War-head set to detonate
Attack - let's blow-out
Attack - we'll blow-out
All those moving pictures
All those deadly strikes
Man there's so much hi-tech
What's a few more lives
Let's go out and kick some ass
We got weapons of a different class
Attack - we'll blow-out
Attack - let's blow-out
It's all on fire
The flames get higher
It's all on fire
The flames get higher
War the game that we play
Anytime anyday
You can find us we're out there
On the front line
Fight our units the best
North, South, East and West
We're the meanest there's no one
That can touch us
Got your marching orders
Got your battle cry
This ain't no manoeuvres
Now it's man to man
This is what your trained to do
Now the rest is up to you
Attack let's blow-out
It's all on fire
The flames get higher
It's all on fire
The flames get higher
War the game that we play
Anytime anyday
You can find us we're out there
On the front line
Fight our units the best
North, South, East and West
We're the meanest there's no one
That can touch us
(Dave Hill-Steve Watts)(Cloth Cap Songs)
I'm going out to blow some bread
Soak up the sun, get out of dept
I'm gonna see the world
I'll buy up time and send out gifts
We'll live in style be stinking rich
And hit the Vegas trail
And it's a racing cert
You know this one can't lose
Let it all ride on the red
I only need two draws
And one each way
This is the big chance of your life
This is the moment that you've waited for
This is the big time of your day
This is the payoff you've been searching for
So come on down
Come on down
You can win your dreams
You've nothing left to lose
Come on down
Come on down
It's waiting here we'll help you what to choose
You can't stop now it's all too close
Just one more try
This time I'll win
It's written in the stars
He knows the price
She's seen the cards
My luck is in
So spin the wheel
There's fortune waiting here
My number's coming up
A gypsy told me so
I'm odds on favourite everytime
I take my soma like a good boy should
This is the big chance of your life
This is the moment that you've waited for
This is the big time of your day
This is the payoff you've been searching for
So come on down
Come on down
You can win your dreams
You've nothing left to lose
Come on down
Come on down
It's waiting here we'll help you what to choose
Come on down
We're giving it all away
Caravans, fancy cars, gold toilet seats
And trips to Mars
Holidays, exotic tours, camel rides and German whores
Stocks and shares and teddy bears
Tokens for every shape and size
Free beer for a year
A video, a television, a compact disc
A face lift, a night out with the stars
American Express, the Orient Express
The government expects
Hey come on down
We're giving it all away
(Dave Hill-Steve Watts)(Cloth Cap Songs)
There's a shadow in the dark
A Surgeon with a rusty knife
There's a tiger in a cage
And he's waiting to be free
Oh don't go out there
Someone's moving in the dark
Wait until the coast is clear
Before you step into the scene
You have to know what is for real
Oh don't go out there
Standing in the shadow on the opening night
Waiting for the curtain, can't you feel the bright light?
Standing in the shadow, now there so much more
Gotta face the music make it last a lifetime
There's a cast of thousands
An army waiting in the wings
A ghost out on the balcony
The master's holding centre stage
Oh don't go out there
Feel the pounding in your heart
The tension of a waiting game
But when the memory catches fire
Even whores have dreams
Oh don't go out there
Standing in the shadow on the opening night
Waiting for the curtain, can't you feel the bright light?
Standing in the shadow, now there so much more
Gotta face the music make it last a lifetime
And in the still night a small boy cries
Hands a tremble for his mother's arms
Now there's no-one there
This is the moment his time has come
And through the trap door
He makes his break his journey has begun
Standing in the shadow on the opening night
Waiting for the curtain, can't you feel the bright light?
Standing in the shadow, now there so much more
Gotta face the music make it last a lifetime
Standing in the shadow on the opening night
Waiting for the curtain, can't you feel the bright light?
Standing in the shadow, now there so much more
Gotta face the music make it last a lifetime
(Dave Hill-Steve Watts)(Cloth Cap Songs)
Through the morning mist I hear the jungle drum
Concrete hugs against the sky
Like a needle searching for the vein
It feels so cold
Wish I was high
Life on the wire
How I love to be up there
Life on the wire
How it leaves me running scared
No more waiting something had to give
And when it came a strange release
I never really knew if it was in my brain
Until the day I went too far
Life on the wire
How I love to be up there
Life on the wire
How it leaves me
I can't stand it one more night
Take this hell away
I can't stand it one more night
There's no other way
A stage door pass for friends
Amongst the garbage cans
Just old soldiers calling time
The smell of meths runs high
Across this stinking waste
Is it any place to die?
Life on the wire
How I love to be up there
Life on the wire
How it leaves me running scared
I can't stand it one more night
Take this hell away
I can't stand it one more night
There's no other way
(Dave Hill-Steve Watts)(Cloth Cap Songs)
They stood together back in '86
Two old soldiers came in search of peace
They shared a vodka with their memories
Held hands and cried on Armistice
They were friend at last
It had taken seventy years
There was no more hate
Only hope behind their fears
Here we are living in the shadow
Guns can kill just like bows and arrows
If all the world laid down their arms tomorrow
Would there be peace?
No living in the shadow?
We can travel round the universe
But we can't live together side by side
Did we ever learn the lessons we were taught?
Still on bloodstained roads, we hear the thunder roar
Here we are living in the shadow
Guns can kill just like bows and arrows
If all the world laid down their arms tomorrow
Would there be peace?
No living in the shadow?
Stalingrad
Millions of ghosts are marching
Afghanistan
The marters march for glory
Vietnam
The GI's biggest nightmare
Lebanon
Religions bloody story
They still display their might in Red Square
Our missiles face towards the eastern block
I have a dream that all old soldiers
Spend their last days in a world of peace
They were friends at last
It has taken seventy years
There was no more hate
Only hope behind their fears
Here we are living in the shadow
Guns can kill just like bows and arrows
If all the world laid down their arms tomorrow
Would there be peace?
No living in the shadow?

They were fighting for their civil rights
We were raising hell on motorbikes
Then someone shouted anarchy
We all got up to dance
We answered revolutions call
Drove the politicians up the wall
But I guess we knew that it would end
When we outgrew the cause
Everything has changed, nothing stays the same
The fashion thing was all the rage
With bristles studs and razor blades
Our parents thought that we were mad
We'd totally lost control
It was anti this and anti that
But still they fed us all that crap
About God the queen, the flag
It was still worth dying for
Everything has changed, nothing stays the same
Everything has changed, nothing stays the same
Now we stand for king and queen
And all of life's desires
Two kids, a wife, surburbia and an XR3 on hire
Now we sing God save the queen
With a lot more of tradition
We gladly stand and fall in line
And forget the things we'd written
The spirit I can still recall when I
Heard it in the record store
The songs that broke the barriers down
And gave us back our youth
Freedom was our battle cry
We swore we'd live or else we'd die
And change the world a little bit
While we still had the time
Everything has changed, nothing stays the same
Every generation comes of age
And settles for the same old ways
The rebel song is handed down to
New champions of the cause
But we always will remember when
Those magic days of us and them
Before we all grew up and moved away
Everything has changed, nothing stays the same
Now we stand for king and queen
And all of life's desires
Two kids, a wife, surburbia and an XR3 on hire
Now we sing God save the queen
With a lot more of tradition
We gladly stand and fall in line
And forget the things we'd written
Everything has changed, nothing stays the same
Now we stand for king and queen
And all of life's desires
Two kids, a wife, surburbia and an XR3 on hire
Now we sing God save the queen
With a lot more of tradition
We gladly stand and fall in line
And forget, forget
(Dave Hill-Steve Watts)(Cloth Cap Songs)
Somewhere in the dark someone is waiting
A boy of seventeen his body breaking
It's a one way trip there's no turning back
Pusher on the street he's a hungry bloodhound
Assassin getting rich in the devil's playground
It's too high a price what a sacrifice
The men of evil hide behind their fortress walls
While the dealers worm their way inside the law
Barons of darkness we won't take no more
Barons of darkness we won't take no more
Show your face what expression lies behind your greed?
Show your face to the addicts killing for their need
Shiny limousines up-town operators
Billion dollar deals and million dollar babies
Selling paradise at any price
Shipment in the night, secret destinations
Army on the move there's a fortune waiting
At the end of the line, if they cut it fine
In a world of flashing lights and suicide
They go looking for their kicks on the murder mile
Barons of darkness we won't take no more
Barons of darkness we won't take no more
Show your face what expression lies behind your greed?
Show your face to the addicts killing for their need
Show your face what expression lies behind your greed?
Show your face to the addicts killing for their need
Your bloody rule of fear will one day be all over
Your bloody rule of fear is gone, gone, gone, gone
Starting in the face of revolution
Walking hand in hand with destitution
Columbia, oh Columbia
Riding on the back of a starving nation
Reaping the harvest of eternal damnation
Too high a price what a sacrifice
The men of evil hide behind their fortress walls
While the dealers worm their way inside the law
Barons of darkness we won't take no more
Barons of darkness we won't take no more
Show your face what expression lies behind your greed?
Show your face to the addicts killing for their need
Black and white
Expressing the heart of our time
Old and young
Expressing the heart of our time
You and me
We, have so much to learn
We speak as children do
Without fear of our lives
Love and hate
Expressing the heart of our time
Things we say
Expressing the heart of our time
You and me
We, have so much to learn
We speak as children do
Without fear of our lives
Black and white
Expressing the heart of our time
Old and young
Expressing the heart of our time
Love and hate
Expressing the heart of our time
Things we say

Battles rage on city streets
Two tribes face to face
Sunsets high on riots shields
It's a no-goers place
The lines holding fast run run for cover
The heat's so intense into the night
Somebody said this couldn't happen
Not in our time, it can't happen here
The Hurricane blows streets all on fire
The Empires now striking back
The Hurricane moves hearts of the land
The silence was too good to last
A tidal wave rides the crowd
Incensing the mob
A sea of blue rushes in
It's a cavalry charge
Eyes fueled with hate stare through the darkness
A cry stirs the pack sensing the kill
We stood together for Queen and for Country
Something went wrong
We're divided in fear
The Hurricane blows streets all on fire
The Empires now striking back
The Hurricane moves hearts of the land
The silence was too good to last
Bloodshot sky in the morning rain
The battlefield sleeps
Only kids come out to play
In confused disbelief
Word quickly spreads to a man from the government
Promising everything money can buy
But he can't understand cause he wasn't born here
It takes more than words the truth runs much deeper
The Hurricane blows streets all on fire
The Empires now striking back
The Hurricane moves hearts of the land
The silence was too good to last
Caught us standing in the crossfire
Caught us standing in the crossfire
Don't make a move
The tension is rising
It's a suicide trip
No time for heroes
The runaway's a frightening sight
Staring through bloodshot eyes
Caught us standing in the crossfire
Caught us standing in the crossfire
We'd have been there by now
Breathing the free air
I'd waited so long
To walk in the sunshine
It's all someone else's fight
Who the hell's got the God given right?
Caught us standing in the crossfire
Held a gun against my head
Demanded some strange destination
Some poor souls been left for dead
So while you think of me
Remember this
If freedom's worth fighting for
Don't give in
Caught us standing in the crossfire
Held a gun against my head
Demanded some strange destination
Go play outside little one
Daddy will call
When our time has come
We're in the hands of the grown ups
We sow the seeds
And watch it grow
But unlike us
You'll never know
It was in the hands of the grown ups
You can sleep safely in your bed
While the knife it cuts deep
The blood it runs red
Did anyone hear who fired the first shot?
Who licked the first wound
Was the last one to drop?
It's just a game
(Dave Hill-Mal Spooner)(Intersong/Warner Chappel)
If I believed in all I've read
I'd be marching with them to the black lands
Of the living dead
Blackheath
Nothing goes on here
Blackheath
Nothing grows on here
Blackheath
Only children play
Standing out in wastes of time
Deals where made while you're away
Your part's in the answer
To it all
To it all
Run free you spaced out monkey
Run free you superman
A shining example to us all
Destination has no matter
Gravity can't take the weight
You wait in the slipstream
To be called
To be called
Run free you spaced out monkey
Run free you superman
He stares alone at the night
No emotion shown
A glimmer of light
Now and then
Communication is broken down
Contact is lost
Just a machine between him
And his maker
It's a strange institution they call life
A nowhere existence, but who's right?
They gave you a mountain to climb
But left you no will to survive
It hurts to see him now
The way he is
Just a shadow of a man
That I once knew
A restless spirit running wild
Hey you! Hey you always laughed
In the face of disaster
It's a strange institution, they call life
A nowhere existence, but who's right?
They gave you a mountain to climb
They left you no will to survive
There's just a machine between him
(Dave Hill-Mal Spooner)
(Intersong/Warner Chappel)

Don´t break the circle
Don´t break the circle
Concentrate!
I´m your contact link across the great divide
Many voices in my ear
Hold on I think there´s something coming through
From the other side. It´s for all those who believe
The chain is stronger if the lifeline is unbroken
So beware the presence of The Unexpected Guest
Don´t break the circle
Don´t break the circle
Unexplained
Many things we thought were lost may come to light
On a higher plain in the spirit world
Where only a few of us possess the second sight
Now the messenger awaits
The chain is stronger if the lifeline is unbroken
So beware the presence of The Unexpected Guest
Don´t break the circle
Don´t break the circle. The circle must keep going on and on
But wait
Is there one amongst us here who believes?
A stranger to the sign
Take care, for all the things you fear
May be revealed
Within the forces of the night
The chain is stronger if the lifeline is unbroken
So beware the presence of The Unexpected Guest
Don´t break the circle
Don´t break the circle
Don´t break the circle
Don´t break the circle
The circle must keep going on and on
Somewhere inside a raging storm
Is waiting to be free
The balance hangs on one slim thread
A twisted nerve could blow it
All around the heat is on
Confusion. Confusion
A finger hitches on a trigger
Another mark of the gun
It's a sign of a madman
Losing his control
It's a sign of a madman
Losing everything
An insane act where genius reigned
The traitor came to light
He swore you were the chosen one
Who'd come to take his place
Now it seems you're showing signs
Of stress. Distress
The sentence passed upon yourself
There's no way out of here
It's a sign of a madman
Losing his control
It's a sign of a madman
Losing everything
How does it feel to be alone in there
How does it feel to be alone in there
Nothing is real now you're alone in there
Nothing is real now you're alone in there
You're all alone in a crowded room
Surrounded by your fate
In the grip of all your plans
You didn't even know it
Now the shadows hide the one
Who lies in wait
Looking for a place in history
How many more like you?
It's a sign of a madman
Losing his control
It's a sign of a madman
Losing everything
It's a sign of a madman
Losing his control
It's a sign of a madman
Nowhere to run
No place left to hide
Nowhere to run
No place left to hide
I just can't believe it
What a waste
What the hell has gone on here
This devastated place
Thought this was buried with Dachau
But there's new blood on the tracks
Outside the city
They're shooting people out of fear
Nowhere to run
No place left to hide
Nowhere to run
No place left to hide
Broken lambs to the slaughter
Soiled red like the sea
In the land of the holy
The Devil runs free
No dignity in death now
As they litter the streets
What's for the living
They'll build you up to knock you down again
Shadows cast upon this land
A black cloth drapes a promised land
Shadows cast upon this land
Fever's in the city
Fever's in the city
The wind she cries
A bell is ringing
Stood outside
I could hear the sound
Keep away
Before we know
Before we will know
Fever's in the city
The fever's in the city
People dying in the city
A lonely sign
Red welcome
Somewhere our side
For just someone
How do we
Heaven forgive them
For they finally blew the wall
It's a visitation to us all
Fever's in the city
The fever's in the city
Take a seat we've got it made
You're move to precision
We're all sold out of human rights
It's made your decision
Keep belief in avoiding wars
Keep faith with Santa Claus
Feel free the first time in you life
Give yourself away
Blackheath nothing goes on here
Blackheath nothing grows on here
Blackheath only children play
On your admission the ride is free
Whatever takes your fancy
It's time to change your life support
We've got the future bottled
One chance to go away from it all
What a way to go
No more fear from crazy toys
We got the answer
Blackheath nothing goes on here
Blackheath nothing grows on here
Blackheath only children play
If I believe in all I read
I'd be marching with them to the black lands
Of the living dead
Blackheath nothing goes on here
Blackheath nothing grows on here
I can't come down
It's gone too far
Oh, I can't come down
It makes no sense
Just wasted words
Oh, I can't come down
I've tried to come to terms with it all
Has it really gone this far
Love suspended frozen in a jar
I never did belong
They're staring back at me from inside the cage
I'm staring back at me
The ape's coming of age
I can't come down
It's gone too far
Oh, I can't come down
It makes no sense
Just wasted words
Oh, I can't come down
Why offer stimulation to a lost cause
You drive the nails in, I can't take anymore
I'm the last one survivor I took you all
I'm the rare breed the cast off
Come on break the mould
I can't come down
It's gone too far
Oh, I can't come down
It makes no sense
Just wasted words
(Dave Hill-Steve Watts)(Cloth Cap Songs)
Everywhere you're lookin'
But there's no place to hide
The strain on your face
You're on the downward side
The hands you crushed
On the way to the top
Smiling faces
As you face the drop
You're here at last
Won't you please come inside
What do you think about hell
The knife in your back
Only pays the debt
Now the vultures have gathered
For a pound of flesh
The countdown starts
Enjoy your last breath
You've been programmed
For the lingering death
Time to own up
It's the reader's reward
What do you think about hell
Dante's dream has come of age
And now we know
Did you think throughout your days
You'd get this low
The night marks new reality
And you can't wake
You had the chance to change the course
Now meet your fate
The hands you crushed
On the way to the top
Smiling faces
As you face the drop
You're here at last
Won't you please come inside
What do you think about hell
Dante's dream has come of age
And now you know
Did you think throughout your days
You'd get this low
Hell
Dante's dream has come of age
And now we know
Did you think throughout your days
You'd get this low
The night marks new reality
And you can't wake
You had the chance to change the course
Now meet your fate
Hell
Just to compete was once the prize
Now mega bucks are in their eyes
We light the torch then stand our ground
Money makes the world go round
Commercial dynamite
Commercial dynamite
Commercial dynamite
Commercial dynamite
What price your chariots of fire
Where's your spirit and burning desire?
My God is that what you earn?
Bionic Kid I gues I'm too old to learn
Commercial dynamite
Commercial dynamite
Commercial dynamite
Commercial dynamite
Now in my day all men were men
And stereoids were something not invented then
With pride and honour true grit and sweat
You could put down your money and make your bet
Commercial dynamite
Commercial dynamite
Commercial dynamite
Commercial dynamite
Wanna play with the big boys son?
I can manage your account
So go have some fun
Jump when I tell you
Win when I say
And we can have a hell of a big pay day
Commercial dynamite
Commercial dynamite
Commercial dynamite
(Dave Hill-Steve Watts)(Cloth Cap Songs)
Everywhere they gathered on that day
Poppies worn with pride
And in a land torn apart by hate
People came to pray
It was a time of hope, a time of peace
A time for a change
But in a moment all was raised to the ground
Could it ever be the same?
Some mother's son or daughter lay in wait
And blew some mother's child away
And every dream we dream
We have to pay the price
In God's name what have we become?
On Remembrance Day
On Remembrance Day
Through the hell a father dug with his bare hands
Still standing firm in his belief
He asked forgiveness for the one who'd taken life
I'm sure I heard the heavens cry
And as the grey reality of violence leaves its scar
The pictures tell their stories more than words
A sense of survival might teach us all we know
But there's another way for voices to be heard
Some mother's son or daughter lay in wait
And blew some mother's child away
And every dream we dream
We have to pay the price
In God's name what have we become?
On Remembrance Day
On Remembrance Day
I pray they find a peace
In a great and proud land
Where their sons and daughters
Will walk hand in hand
And all the hearts will beat
To the sound of one drum
When the streets no more
Echo the gun
(Dave Hill-Mal Spooner)
(Intersong/Warner Chappel)
There's a scream in the night
There's death on the wind
And a heartbeat that's pounding like rain
There's a flash in the sky
A cry of a hound
As if someone is wailing the dead
And the nightmare begins as the Devil rides out
From the heat thru the gates of Hell
And there's no escape from the curse of the damned
You better beware
Don't you know it's the night of the demon
When spirits run high
Don't you know it's the night of the demon
When spirits run high
Better lock up your doors
And get off the streets
If you fear for the reaper of souls
For they say when he rides he never returns
Till he's paid back the debt that he owes
So beware of the night
As the darkness descends the terror's about to unfold
And pray that your life will be spared of the fate
You better beware
Don't you know it's the night of the demon
When spirits run high
Don't you know it's the night of the demon
When spirits run high
And the nightmare begins as the Devil rides out
From the heat thru the gates of Hell
And there's no escape from the curse of the damned
You better beware
Don't you know it's the night of the demon
When spirits run high
Don't you know it's the night of the demon
When spirits run high
Don't close your eyes they'll never wake you
You're into the nightmare
Beware the dreaded sleep don't let it take you
For this is the nightmare
Your mind begins to drift away
You try to fight but now you know it's too late
The power's to great
Your losing control they've taken your soul
You're into the nightmare
This nightmare may take your life tonight
You're into the nightmare
This nightmare may take your life tonight
Spirits on the wall they're growing taller
You're into the nightmare
The madcap voice that moans for you to follow
Into the nightmare
Run for your life no place to go
The naked truth is now on show to us all
You've taken a fall
The phantoms of night your too weak to fight
You're into the nightmare
This nightmare may take your life tonight
You're into the nightmare
This nightmare may take your life tonight
Out of the dead of night they came into the nightmare
Out of the dead of night they came into the nightmare
Out of the dead of night they came into the nightmare
Out of the dead of night they came into the nightmare
Your mind begins to drift away
You try to fight but now you know it's too late
The power's to great
Your losing control they've taken your soul
You're into the nightmare
This nightmare may take your life tonight
You're into the nightmare
Like a river you keep flowing through me
Feel like I'm drowning
Drowning in your love
Just how long can I survive
With this weight so deep inside
I'm a fool to play it the hard way
I'm a fool to play it the hard way
I'm a fool to play lt the hard way
Like a gambler on a losing streak
Played my cards, but you're misdealing me
Guess I should have realised
As I Iooked in your eyes
I'm a fool to play it the hard way
I'm a fool to play it the hard way
I'm a fool to play it the hard way
I'm a fool to play lt the hard way
I'm a fool to play it the hard way
Need your lovin'
I can't let go
I'm a fighter guess
You always knew
I'll take all you can give and more
But you're sure worth living for
I'm a fool to play it the hard way
I'm a fool to play it the hard way
I'm a fool to play it the hard way
I'm a fool to play lt the hard way
(Dave Hill-Mal Spooner)
(Intersong/Warner Chappel)
(Instrumental)
In the beginning he gave us the word
But a voice in the wilderness
Can never be heard
So he called for a father of time
Called on the father of time
I guess you've all heard of me
I count the cost
I was there at Calvary
When he died on that cross
I'm the father of time
I'm your father of time
And the world needs me now
Like never before
And the world needs me now
Like never before
I make the predictions
I am your fate
But when you're running with progress
You hear me too late
I'm the father of time
Yes I'm your father of time
And the world needs me now
Like never before
And the world needs me now
Like never before
Now I see destruction
Flames burnin' high
No need for the word now
No father of time
I'm the father of time
Yes I'm your father of time
And the world needs me now
Like never before
And the world needs me now
Something is wrong inside your head
Who you think your foolin'
I don't believe a word that you said
Why'd you tell it to me
Liar your word is make believe
Liar you cheated and deceived
What ya doing oh what ya doing to me
I should have known right from the start
It was playin' with fire
You've given me hell, I've been through it all
Your a two bitten liar
Liar to you it's all the same
Liar to you it's just a game
What ya doing oh what ya doing to me
Your a liar, your a liar, your a liar
Something is wrong inside your head
Who you think your foolin'
I don't believe a word that you said
Why'd you tell it to me
Liar your word is make believe
Liar you cheated and deceived
What ya doing oh what ya doing to me
(Dave Hill-Steve Watts)(Cloth Cap Songs)
Strike up the band
Break out the bar
Let'em know we're back in business this time
Don't be a fool
Can't you see I was kicked when I was down
Got nerves of steel
My memory's long and I've learned to be
The hunter not the hunted
I want the best that money can buy
Gotta have the sweet smell of success
So get out of here
This thing is starting to roll
If you wanna play tough
You might just get lost in the cold
I want it all I don't care
I want it all the lion's share
I want it all I don't care
I want it all the lion's share
Give me the lion's share
I'm sick and tired of playing second best
But now I don't look back anymore
I've served my time
I've paid my debt
And tonight I'm gonna ride out in the sunset
I've been around I know where it hurts
You see action speaks louder than words
Just start me up give me the power
And I feel just like a jet on the runway
So get out of here
This thing is starting to roll
If you wanna play tough
You might just get lost in the cold
I want it all I don't care
I want it all the lion's share
I want it all I don't care
I want it all the lion's share
Give me the lion's share
You can spend all your life beeing somebody's fool
Or sell your soul and go break every rule
You know there's no money in honesty
But I tell you son, you've gotta be what you'll be
Give me the lion's share
Give me the lion's share
Give me the lion's share
Give me the lion's share
Hey mr Big watch your cigar I'm gonna stick
My nose in your business
I've seen the light that shines in the dark
I've seen my destiny written in the stars
So stand your ground it's face to face
And prepare yourself for a showdown
The game is up the pack's at your heels
And there's nothing left for the loser
So get out of here
This thing is starting to roll
If you wanna play tough
You might just get lost in the cold
I want it all I don't care
I want it all the lion's share
I want it all I don't care
I want it all the lion's share
Give me the lion's share
(Dave Hill-Steve Watts)(Cloth Cap Songs)
I love to walk these streets
The ghost of my own childhood
It's the place where I was born
All my memories are here
There's a heart that beats so strong
It keeps me safe and warmer
And no matter where I go
I know I'll always come back home
Out in the night I can hear the voices calling
Out in the dark i can hear it more and more
I gotta shoot for the city
It's the place where I belong
I gotta shoot for the city
I can't stay away too long
I gotta shoot for the city
I'll never be alone
There's so much love round here
I gotta shoot for the city
I'll never be alone
There's nothing that I fear
My father spent his life here
Digging for the future
A man of great respect
But he never had a chance
I left when I was young
To seek out fame and fortune
I had to know what life was like
Out on the other side
Out in the night I can hear the voices calling
Out in the dark i can hear it more and more
I gotta shoot for the city
It's the place where I belong
I gotta shoot for the city
I can't stay away too long
I gotta shoot for the city
I'll never be alone
There's so much love round here
I gotta shoot for the city
I'll never be alone
There's nothing that I fear
The school where I was taught
That life was but a journey
A retired army officer, reminising about the war
The park where Sunday afternoons would last forever
And down at Johnny's place
Where we danced the summertime blues
Out in the night I can hear the voices calling
Out in the dark i can hear it more and more
I gotta shoot for the city
It's the place where I belong
I gotta shoot for the city
I can't stay away too long
I gotta shoot for the city
I'll never be alone
There's so much love round here
I gotta shoot for the city
I'll never be alone
There's nothing that I fear
(Dave Hill-Steve Watts)(Cloth Cap Songs)
Wipe the tears from your eyes
It's time for leaving but not goodbye
You don't know what it's like
They went and took the best years of my life
And they broke all our hearts
But not our spirit while we were apart
Now it's their turn to pay
But they can't give back what they took away
Oh I've waited such a long time
That I can't believe it's true
That somebody finally realized
It wasn't me or you
I wanna stand on the streets tonight
Out of the shadows and into the light
I wanna stand on the streets tonight
Out of the shadows and into the light
Who do you think you are?
If you've got problems I'll show you my scars
So don't turn away, you better listen
I've something to say
There's a wrong and a right
And there's a law if you're black or you're white
So we all make mistakes
Like being born in the wrong time and place
Crossing weeks and months off on a wall
Counting hours in a day
Writing letters well into the night
There was no other way
I wanna stand on the streets tonight
Out of the shadows and into the light
I wanna stand on the streets tonight
Out of the shadows and into the light
I'll take it all, take what's mine
Cause all i ever got was time
Take it all, take what's mine
And maybe it will work out fine
Wipe the tears from your eyes
It's time for leaving but not goodbye
You don't know what it's like
They went and took the best years of my life
And they broke all our hearts
But not our spirit while we were apart
Now it's their turn to pay
But they can't give back what they took away
I wanna stand on the streets tonight
Out of the shadows and into the light
I wanna stand on the streets tonight
Out of the shadows and into the light
My hair's too long my pants are too tight
I hit the bottle everynight
They say I'm lazy good for nuthin' at all
But what I've got all make'em holler and ball
Big love, big love
Big love, big love
I take my chances I go all the way
Ignore the warnings don't hear what they say
There ain't a woman can tie me down
Got big love spread it around
Big love, big love
Big love, big love
Got me some big love
Nuthin' gonna come between us
Except big love
Nuthin' gonna come between us
Except big love
Some like 'em big
Some like 'em small
I like it best when they're givin' it all
Don't pull no punches don't hold back on me
I ain't expensive what I get's for free
Big love, big love
Big love, big love
Nuthin' gonna come between us
Except big love
Nuthin' gonna come between us
Except big love
Big love, big love
(Dave Hill-Steve Watts)(Cloth Cap Songs)
I looked in the mirror
But someone else had taken my place
I pulled on my blue jeans
Then found out I was so out of shape
So I walked in the sunshine
And suddenly it started to rain
So I reached for the crossword
But couldn't find where I'd left my brain
It's just one of those days
When nothing turns out right
It's just one of those days
When nothing turns out right
I tried to hide in the darkness
When someone went and turned up the light
All I wanted was peace and quiet
The everybody started to fight
So I called for a taxi
But the man said I'd have to wait
Cause i thought it was tomorrow
When I found out it was yesterday
It's just one of those days
When nothing turns out right
It's just one of those days
When nothing turns out right
I turned on the T.V.
But all I got was the same old repeats
I asked for coke with my whisky
And the waiter brought it to me neat
I took a drive in the country
But couldn't find my way out of town
I booked a table for dinner
But then the restaurant went and closed down
It's just one of those days
When nothing turns out right
It's just one of those days
When nothing turns out right
(Dave Hill-Steve Watts)(Cloth Cap Songs)
Last night I went to sleep
And dreamed the strangest dream
I was a prisoner in a land I'd never seen
The heat was so unbearable
The day was black as night
And I heard my children's children screaming
You left it all to us
The oceans and the skies
You let it all decay
Before your very eyes
The judge and jury they have sentenced you to life
But that's not long enough
Cause life has passed you by
No more hell on earth
You left us with your broken promises
No more hell on earth
There's no time to change it all
No more hell on earth
You left us with your broken promises
No more hell on earth
There's no time to change it all, to change it
Out in the distance
I could hear a lost soul's cry
Waiting for relief to come
Left alone out on the wire
I saw the face of God
In a cradle as a child
He held the cross within his hands
A sword was in his side
He came a second time
But still was crucified
You never did believe
The one called Jesus Christ
You called yourself a Christian
But what about your faith?
You built your temples of desire
Upon the sacred place
No more hell on earth
You left us with your broken promises
No more hell on earth
There's no time to change it all
No more hell on earth
You left us with your broken promises
No more hell on earth
There's no time to change it all, to change it
A shelter in an underground
Strange symbols on the wall
A rat infested sewer
Like some relic from the war
You left it all to us, you left it all to us
These are the corridors of power
Where forever you shall walk
I searched the wastelands till
I found someone I knew
Then I finally realized
The nightmare had come true
The place where I was standing
Was the place where I was born
And my name was on the roll of honour
To the fallen of the third world war
You left it all to us
The oceans and the skies
You let it all decay
Before your very eyes
The judge and jury they have sentenced you to life
But that's not long enough
Cause life has passed you by
No more hell on earth
You left us with your broken promises
No more hell on earth
There's no time to change it all
No more hell on earth
You left us with your broken promises
No more hell on earth
There's no time to change it all, to change it
(Dave Hill-Steve Watts)(Cloth Cap Songs)
There's a gang who live for violence
On the streets of East L.A.
Survival is to fight or kill
If anything gets in their way
There's a girls from a land of plenty
Who always wanted more
Now she's found her true vocation
Working for the lord
There's a mother in a vacuum
In fact she's now divorced
She's the spirit of the sixties
Still waiting for tha call
And the leaders of the new frontiers
Turn their thoughts toward the sky
No acid rain more greener fields
And micro genetic births
And the leaders of the new frontiers
Sail their shpis toward the stars
In search of new horizons
The answer to it all
There's a child who cries of hunger
In a town that's got no name
He doesn't know he's born yet
But he's learnt to live with pain
In a city just for dreamers
Where the sign says "Sex for sale"
You can live out all your fantasies
Behind the windows without shame
And still we think of east and west
And still we're black and white
And while the poor still hate the rich
I guess we're always gonna fight
And the leaders of the new frontiers
Turn their thoughts toward the sky
No acid rain more greener fields
And micro genetic births
And the leaders of the new frontiers
Sail their shpis toward the stars
In search of new horizons
The answer to it all
There's a dickhead blowing money
Cause he's never had to work
While the homeless live in boxes
Eating garbage out the dirt
There's a world that stand united
Where once the madman reigned
It's a lesson to us all
The threat of war is too insane
And half the planet's starving
And that's a fact of life
Have we got used to all those pictures
That we can't tell wrong from right?
And the leaders of the new frontiers
Turn their thoughts toward the sky
No acid rain more greener fields
And micro genetic births
And the leaders of the new frontiers
Sail their shpis toward the stars
In search of new horizons
The answer to it all
(Dave Hill-Steve Watts)(Cloth Cap Songs)
I am the high climber
And I'm never gonna stop
Gotta keep pushing
Gonna make it to the top
I am the high climber
Got the bit between my teeth
You better watch out now
Gonna knock you off your feet
Don't stand in my way
I'm a rolling stone
A Sherman Tank
I really mean
And executive breed
High powered machine
And when I stalk the streets of Hollywood
I'll climb the stairway to the stars for sure
Cause I've got class and more
I am the high climber
And I'm never gonna stop
Gotta keep pushing
Gonna make it to the top
I am the high climber
Got the bit between my teeth
You better watch out now
Gonna knock you off your feet
I'm one big surprise
A real live wire
A megge dude
I spread it around
I'm the DJ's friend
Give points for plays
I'll buy a multi coloured rag mag
And let the critics all get rave reviews
For the bar room blues
I am the high climber
And I'm never gonna stop
Gotta keep pushing
Gonna make it to the top
I am the high climber
Got the bit between my teeth
You better watch out now
Gonna knock you off your
(Dave Hill-Steve Watts)(Cloth Cap Songs)
I feel the sun go down
As I watch you walk away
And I caught a breath of life
When you looked at me today
It's a feeling i don't know
What I miss well who can say?
But every road leads back to you
You got a hold on me
Can I turn and let you go?
Can I really give up now?
There's a force that drives me on
I gotta have your love
Gotta hold on to the dream
Yes it's only love
It's everything I ever need
When i think of love
I gotta hold on to the dream
Yes it feels like love
You're everything I ever need
I'm at this point in time
A crossroads in my life
So close and yet so far
Am I wrong or am I right?
Decisions are the hardest part
They're the things I never made
We always seem to work it out
We always found a way
Now I'm caught between two worlds
It's the one thing we can't share
You're asking me to make a choice
I gotta have your love
Gotta hold on to the dream
Yes it's only love
It's everything I ever need
When i think of love
I gotta hold on to the dream
Yes it feels like love
You're everything I ever need
They say you never missed
What you've never had
But when you've got it all
Sometimes it's sad
To think that we can't find
Another way to compromise
But now we can't pretend
Cause that's just another lie
I gotta have your love
Gotta hold on to the dream
Yes it's only love
It's everything I ever need
When i think of love
I gotta hold on to the dream
Yes it feels like love
You're everything I ever need

There's a convoy of eastern dinkies
Flies on the wall of death
Caught in a crazy time warp
Trubs, Mercedes what's next?
Stretched out to the distant horizon
Gypsies in search of a dream
Driven on through the snow and the cold wind
Hypnotized by the things that they'd seen
And the fire burns bright
So bright in their eyes
While the past it cuts deep
In all of our lives
And the face of a child
Tells its own special tale
As she looks for the west
Where her future unveils
There's an eastern sunset
At the border of life
And we've travelled so far
Like wings through the night
There's an eastern sunset
See the coming of age
It's a memory we'll keep
In a lifetime of change
There's an army of brothers and sisters
Forty years in the wilderness
Marching the road to freedom
As the darkness descends at the frontier
The crowd gather just for the feast
And we make our way to the footlights
As the sound of a thousand hearts beat
And the fire burns bright
So bright in their eyes
While the past it cuts deep
In all of our lives
And the face of a child
Tells its own special tale
As she looks for the west
Where her future unveils
There's an eastern sunset
At the border of life
And we've travelled so far
Like wings through the night
There's an eastern sunset
See the coming of age
It's a memory we'll keep
In a lifetime of change
Stop the show cvame the call from Mike
Won't somebody call the cops
Let the ambulance through
There's a life at stake
Not a minute to be lost
The wounded is taken away
He's winning his fight for life
The crowd settle down
To the gig once more
As the evening reaches a high
We leave the stage to the shouts for more
But what more does tonight have in store
It feels like we travelled half way
Round the world, but never left home at all
There's an eastern sunset
At the border of life
And we've travelled so far
Like wings through the night
There's an eastern sunset
See the coming of age
It's a memory we'll keep
In a lifetime of change

Searching for gold on another man's highway
Fixing the price of another day's pay
Stalking the streets like a hired assassin
Changing your side like the night turns to day
Do you ever care who's right or wrong
Are you just a hired hand who fights and feels no pain
Soldier of fortune dealer in life
Have you got no conscience were's your pride
Mercenary fighter out on the line
Your just a time bomb ticking inside
Leading the charge under cover of darkness
Blowing bridges in some South American state
Waiting for news of a new revolution
Catching a plane for some god forsaken place
Do you ever care who's right or wrong
Are you just a hired hand who fights and feels no pain
Soldier of fortune dealer in life
Have you got no conscience were's your pride
Mercenary fighter out on the line
Your just a time bomb ticking inside
Surviving the heat in a sweltering jungle
Freezing to death at the edge of the world
Squeezing your finger so tight on the trigger
With the keenest of eyes and the deadliest nerve
Do you ever care who's right or wrong
Do you ever care who's weak or strong
Do you ever care who's right or wrong
Are you just a hired hand who fights and feels no pain
Soldier of fortune dealer in life
Have you got no conscience were's your pride
Mercenary fighter out on the line
Your just a time bomb ticking inside
