These Job Consultants charge FEES from candidates in the name of Consultation Fee, Placement Fee, Processing Fee, Registration Fee, Refundable Security Deposit or Training Fee. These Job Consultants promise to get u a GUARRANTEED JOB and if u don’t get a Job Placement then they promise to REFUND ur FEES (which never really happens). All Placement Agencies that promise the Candidates a “Guaranteed Job” or “Job in return of FEE” are BOGUS and FAKE. Myths and Facts – 1. JOB GUARANTEE – There is no such thing as Job Guarantee. A Genuine/Legit Job Consultant will only “discuss ur Bio-Data” with u and after “ASSESSING ur Bio-Data”, he will “FORWARD” it to Different Companies, later HR Dept. of Companies wud call u for Interview. All Candidates give Interviews in different Companies thru the REFERENCE of their JOB CONSULTANT but their “Selection” in Company is not in the Hands of their Job Consultant. “Selection of Candidate” in a Company is entirely in the Hands of HR Dept. of the Company, therefore a Job Consultant can’t give “Job Guarantee” to candidates, all by himself. BOGUS and Fraud Job Consultants give “JOB GUARANTEE” to Candidates just by “Word of Mouth”, and charge FEES from them, when in reality, their “Selection in Company” is solely in the HANDS of HR Dept. of the Company. So, if ur Job Consultant is giving u “Job Guarantee” then he is lying to u and is just looting money from u. Also Note that there is no such thing as “Back Door Entry” for landing in a Pvt. Job or a Govt. Job. The only BASIC WORK of a Genuine/Legit Job Consultant is just to “Assess and Forward ur Bio-Data” to different companies and arrange for ur Interviews in the Company 2. JOB FOR A FEES – Some Job Consultants and Placement Agencies in India charge FEES from candidates for placing them in Jobs. Charging FEES from candidates is a Job Fraud. A Candidate gives Interview to HR Dept. of Company thru the REFERENCE of his Job Consultant. And whenever a Candidate gets “Selected” in a Company then in that case the Company pays “Commission” to the Job Consultant. For all the Successful Candidates that get “Selected” in a Company, the Company pays the Job Consultant a “Commission”. In other words Companies pay “Commission” to the Job Consultant for REFERRING Successful candidates. So, a Candidate has no need to pay any money (or any FEES) to his Job Consultant. Please NOTE: NO FEES is charged by any Company (not just in India but anywhere in world) for giving Job Interviews in the Company. A Candidate doesn’t need to pay a “Single Penny” to his Job Consultant for appearing in Job Interviews of Companies. Only FAKE and FRAUD Job Consultants charge FEES from Candidates for referring them to give Job Interviews in Companies. U can easily search for a Job by creating profile in any “Job Portal/Job Website” and can appear in as many Interviews as u like for Free 3. JOB FOR MONEY – There are several BOGUS Job Consultants, Touts and Pimps, who offer Job for Money. Job Consultants that offer to Sell a Job in return of Money are BOGUS and FRAUD. CASE 1: Sometimes Fraudsters Create FAKE WEBSITES of Govt. Agencies, that look and feel just like a “REAL Govt. WEBSITE” and then offer to Sell Govt. Jobs for a “Price” thru these FAKE WEBSITES. Fraudsters asks Candidates to pay money thru NET BANKING to buy a Govt. Job and when a Candidate pays money, these FRAUDSTERS start displaying the NAMES OF CANDIDATES on their FAKE WEBSITE to make them believe that they have actually landed a Govt. Job. After Collecting Money from numerous innocent Candidates these FRAUDSTERS shut down their FAKE WEBSITE and become untraceable as the money was collected through NET BANKING. Case 2: And sometimes FRAUDSTERS offer to sell u Appointment Letter of a Company in lieu of money. Fraudsters collect money from Candidates and then give them FAKE APPOINTMENT LETTERS. U cannot purchase Appointment Letter of a Company or obtain it without giving any Interview. No Company issues Appointment Letter without taking Interview of Candidate and No Company sells its Appointment Letter. If a person offers to give u Appointment Letter of a Company in return of money or without u taking any Job Interview then that Appointment Letter would always be FAKE. The Moral of the Story is that never try to Buy a Job (on seeing any Advertisement or a WEBSITE), whether the job is in Private Sector or Govt. Sector. U don’t need to spend a Single Rupee to land in a Job, as ur Selection in a Company depends solely on ur Education Qualification and Work Experience.
