A district is a type of administrative division, in some countries managed by a local government. Entities known as districts vary greatly in size, spanning entire regions or counties, several municipalities, or subdivisions of municipalities.
In Austria, a district or Bezirk is an administrative division normally encompassing several municipalities, roughly equivalent to the Landkreis in Germany. The administrative office of a district, the Bezirkshauptmannschaft is headed by the Bezirkshauptmann. It is in charge of the administration of all matters of federal and state administrative law and subject to orders from the higher instances, usually the Landeshauptmann (governor) in matters of federal law and the Landesregierung (state government) in state law. While there are matters of administrative law the municipalities themselves are in charge of, or where there are special bodies, the district is the basic unit of general administration in Austria. Officials on the district level are not elected, but appointed by the state government. There are also independent cities in Austria. They are called Statutarstadt in Austrian administrative law. These urban districts do have the same tasks as a normal district.
Brandon Keith James (born December 21, 1987) is an American professional football wide receiver and kick returner who is currently a free agent, and last played for the Edmonton Eskimos of the Canadian Football League (CFL). James played college football for the University of Florida, and received All-American honors. Thereafter, he has played professionally for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League (NFL) and the Edmonton Eskimos.
James was born in St. Augustine, Florida in 1987. He attended St. Augustine High School, where he was a standout running back for the St. Augustine Yellow Jackets high school football team. As a senior team captain in 2005, James ran for 900 yards and eight touchdowns while leading the Yellow Jackets to a Florida Class 3A state championship.
James received an athletic scholarship to attend the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, where he played for coach Urban Meyer's Florida Gators football team from 2006 to 2009. As a freshman in 2006, James saw immediate playing time as a kick return specialist, returning thirty-three punts for 363 yards and one touchdown in 2006, and earning Freshman All-Southeastern Conference (SEC) and Freshman All-American honors. His 33-yard kickoff return against the Ohio State Buckeyes in the 2007 BCS National Championship Game gave the Gators the ball in Buckeye territory after Ohio State's Ted Ginn, Jr. opened the game with a kickoff return for a touchdown. James' dramatic return and the Gators' resulting touchdown changed the early momentum of the game, with the Gators ultimately defeating the top-ranked Buckeyes 41–14 to win the BCS National Championship.

Seniorita, Posporo, La Mesa Dam
Random Spanish words like Antonio Banderas
Met up with her in Cantina(it's about you girl)
Had six to nine margaritas(yeah)
I was there, shorty had a familiar face
And it was on his neck, his hands on her waist
Tryin' to restrain her, but no, she was havin' her way
and She took a ride on the spaceship in the basement
Wait, blame it on the alcohol
Thing is the dame was so vulnerable and out of control
She could have been anyone's ex, it was random y'all
But it's a small world after all, and right now well
it's about you girl, it's just about you girl
it's about you girl, it's just about you girl
YY: Girlfriend ko na'ang ex-girlfriend mo
CM: Teka lang medyo awkward to
YY: Girlfriend ko na'ang ex-girlfriend mo
YY: Sayo nalang ex-girlfriend ko
YY: Girlfriend ko na'ang ex-girlfriend mo
CM: Teka lang medyo awkward to
YY: Girlfriend ko na'ang ex-girlfriend mo
YY: Sayo nalang ex-girlfriend ko
Maybe one day we will be friends again

Purge the district
Scrub it hard
Time to clean up our own backyard.
People standing in the way
Are on the list of people getting paid.
Not just the common thug
Also those up above
Making laws and deciding how the districts run into the ground.
Now the choice is up to us
Between the crooked and corrupt.
Whose made fewer bloody deals
Chose the lesser of two evils.
Soul turns to evil quick
Without love or discipline.
Poison for the destitute
Is also in the silver spoon.
The rain is coming down
But the drugs are dollar signs.
Pads the pockets of the bent
And we cant pay the rent.
Someday a real rain is gonna come
Someday a real rain is gonna come
Someday a real rain is gonna come
Someday a real rain is gonna come
And clean up the mess.
Locked up
Feeling the common dread
Locked up in our homes and in our heads
Intimidation keeps us prisoners at home
A force that's never felt anything stand up against it.
The sky will open up this time.
We wont overlook a thing.
Criminal, Criminal, Criminal.
We wont overlook a thing.
Criminal, Criminal, Criminal.
And we'll wake up with our spirit
Purified, Purified, Purified
Purified, Purified, Purified.
Someday a real rain is gonna come
Someday a real rain is gonna come
Someday a real rain is gonna come
Someday a real rain is gonna come
And clean up the mess.
Free of the common dread
In our homes and in our heads.
Free of the crooked ways
