Directions from Boston, New York, Newark and all trains & buses that stop at 30th Street Station:
1. Exit Amtrack, NJ Transit, Megabus, etc. at 30th Street Station stop.
2. Take Pennsylvania regional train going to Media/Elwyn Line (takes 14 minutes).
3. Get off at 49th Street stop (at edge of park).
4. Walk to center of park (1 block) to Recreation Center & you will see us.

Traveling inside Philadelphia: Take 64 bus (stop at 49th and Kingsessing Ave.) or take the Number 13 Trolly to 49th and Chester Ave. Kingsessing is one block south.

30 Years of Philly Bombing & Imprisonment of the MOVE 9
May 13, 2015 marks 30 years since the unconscionable bombing and murder of my MOVE family by the US government. We don’t intend to allow officials or anybody else to forget what happened that day or what is really behind it- our unrelenting fight for the release of our innocent family members known as The MOVE 9. For this reason, we are asking our supporters, and anybody who understands the need to take a stand for justice, to be at our program here in Philadelphia on May 13, 2015.
“Let the Fire Burn” Sparks Philly Discussion
The new documentary film, Let the Fire Burn, has catalyzed long-needed discussions about the May 13, 1985 bombing of the MOVE family by Philadelphia-Pennsylvania-U.S. authorities.
