Typhoon Hagupit: Bagyong Ruby Storm Surge Leyte And Southern Samal Typhoon Ruby to bear down on 19 areas in Visayas, Luzon State meteorologists identified on Thursday 19 critical areas that will be affected by Typhoon Ruby (Hagupit) when it passes through the Philippines over the weekend.
