We're once again on the hunt for New Zealand’s best artisan-made products.

If you’re an artisan producer, this could be your chance to bring your product to the attention of a wider audience and gain coverage in the country’s best food magazine.

The 2015 Cuisine Artisan Award winners will be announced in the March issue of Cuisine, on sale 16 February 2015.

Quina Fina, whose tonic water was named the Supreme Winner in last year’s Cuisine Artisan Awards, is back with a new product – Bitter Lemon, a traditional, refreshing soda made from organic lemons and quinine. With a light bitter finish, it's delicious on its own or as a mixer.

ABOUT THE CUISINE ARTISAN AWARDS

Now in their seventh year, the Cuisine Artisan Awards aim to uncover the best of New Zealand’s artisan producers who apply their skills to making individually crafted goods, often according to traditional practices. Criteria for eligibility are outlined on the entry form. Cheese, coffee and olive oil products are excluded, as these have their own industry awards.
