Film: Den de un Puma Phone: Android HTC one & LG-VS870 San Diego, California 2013 Comedy drama Synopsis: Home from his abroad study in Brazil, Joey, an aspiring actor decides its time to settle down with his girlfriend of two months Martha. While at the same time both of their lives are about to take a unique twist when Martha finds out she is pregnant. Biography: He has remained independent from 2006 to 2013 and has worked on multiple pilot television shows, community theatre productions, and short/feature films both in Los Angeles and San Diego. In August 2013 he started his own independent production company called Royal Hall Productions. Why did you submit your film to MFF2014? As a first time participant in the Mobil Film Festival, of course I was skeptical of the idea of shooting film on a mobile device. During the course of shoot, I was frustrated with the auto corrections that the cell phone made. Thus getting the quality I would want, I wasn't able to get, but throughout the shoot I reasserted myself that all filmmakers have their share of set backs on set and not everything will go according to plan. But afterwards, our team got the hang of it a little bit, came out with a great product that we can proudly stamp our label on. I can't say for sure if I will be back next year for the festival, but when I do return, I will be ready to shoot and perform better than ever.
